Super Frühstück! Ziemlich hipper Laden, der Kaffee ist absolut ausgezeichnet, die Backwaren auch mehr als Durchschnitt! Kann ich guten Gewissens für ein Frühstück absolut empfehlen, wenn man in der Gegend wohnt.

Really nice venue but unfortunately way over priced. The coffee was good too. Consider this place for a coffee and a cupcake but nothing more. for breakfast there are way better places for better quality and price.

Really good experience. We were living next to the coffee during holidays and ate breakfast there each morning. Good food/ snacks and really cute place. Prices are not too high.

The atmosphere, the food, the location, the drinks - all was just as needed. Stumbled across the hidden gem while walking around the cobbled streets, and it was an oasis of good vibes and yummy delights. Returned a second time for the breakfast plate, and again, it lived up to expectations. Fairly priced too. Definitely recommend the trip!

A cause to an escalating problem. It has priced itself extortionately where a ‘cortado’ was three euros twenty. The most expensive cortado I have had in the Iberian peninsula. It may not sound much but this is extortionate from a local perspective where a coffee is 0,60 cents. If a business chooses to open up in an area it must first acknowledge that it is a service for the local community it has the privilege to serve. If it wants to price itself at that point then make sure to position yourself in an affluent area, otherwise it is just another domino falling towards gentrification and a reason that Lisbon is falling under ‘Venice Syndrome’.

The atmosphere and food here is amazing! I don’t know how but the avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had and don’t get me started on their coffee and chai lattes ❤️ a must go in Lisbon! (Also try the cardamom bun!)

What a great building for a coffee shop! Smells inviting. And such a friendly welcome. Had a chat about coffee & that felt like a great invite. Had a oat flat white. Tasted great. Food looked & smelt good! Really like this place. Plenty of space to sit, chat & there’s a few people working on laptops. Quiet & chill with some light background music. Free WiFi & password on a board (which is always a bonus rather than asking!) such a cool ambient coffee shop. Wish they had this kind of vibe & feel in London! Has an outdoor seating area too!

Tucked among the winding streets and steep staircases of Lisbon, this Bakery and coffee house is my fav espresso in the city. Lovely baked goods (they sell loaves to go too), third wave coffee (flat whites, cortados, etc) and great breakfasts with eggs and avo on house made bread.

I’ve been struggling to find a decent cappuccino for two weeks now and finally I’ve found one that stacks up to the ones back home. Really good coffee, delicious sandwiches and some probably the best bread I’ve had in Portugal so far. I’d highly recommend it, however it is a bit on the pricey side and is not really a traditional Portuguese cafe experience. But if you want a good cappuccino and nice bread, this place is great

Très beau lieu mais très cher pour la qualité du café et de la nourriture. Le verre de jus d'orange, constitué à 3/4 de flotte coûte 2,5€, les chocolatines 2€. On paye dans cette cafétéria le fait de pouvoir s'asseoir et travailler. Soit. Mais la connexion internet est incroyablement mauvaise ( on se croirait au fin fond du Tarn-et-Garonne ou de l'Alentejo ) et il y a très peu de prises pour brancher ses appareils. Rajoutez à cela que les serveuses ne parlent pas le Portugais. En résumé, voilà un lieu qui pourrait être très bien pour bosser (calme, agréable, beau) avec peu d'efforts mais qui a choisi d'être une arnaque pour gringos.

The place itself is nice. Food and bread is of excellent quality. The coffee is disputable, some days it needs working on. Staff are generally friendly although sometimes they have serious hangovers. Only thing I can't comprehend is the prices. 6 euro for a tosta mista?? (I must admit- they are delicious, but still...) 3,20 for a tiny cappucino? For that price I'd expect table service and at least a spoon, saucer and a biscuit with my drink :D
The good thing about the prices is that it keeps the place almost empty except for occasional Scandinavian erasmus students. I've never really seen it busy during week days and there is always multiple tables empty.
It's a shame a place like will be impossible for locals to visit. Either lower prices or up the standard of service and coffee. I am not sure what I am paying for at the moment.

Fantastic space with some of the best coffee we had in Lisbon. Great brunch offering and because of the size there is plenty of space to either sit inside at large tables, sofas or chairs or outside in the sheltered courtyard. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Great if you are a digital NomadZzzz working on your Macbook yooo.
Not so great when you order a black tea and it comes in a cup that holds around half a liter of water so the tea tastes like nothing but costs 4 x the price of what you pay in a good ol' Portuguese Snack Bar.
But then again it is probably some speciality tea that was imported from Papua New Guinea that is only being harvested at full moon or something like that.

It took more than 20 minutes to get us our coffee when the cafe was only half full...when it finally arrived, it was cold.
I politely asked the guy prepping food where our order was, (I'm a service worker and I get frustrated when I am asked this, so I understand), he was young with brown hair working on a saturday morning, but he was incredibly rude to me and told me to get a refund if I really cared. He could have just smiled and apologised and said it was coming?
Customer service is awful, ACTUAL service is awful, the pastries are too sweet and the coffee is cold and takes more than 20 minutes to arrive! As a barista I can tell you that it should not take that long. On top of that, it's super overpriced!

Very disappointed they do not do a decaf! I love coffee but cant drink caffeine!
The cups did not fit the saucer's & wobbled & spilt.
Over priced, go to a genuine Portuguese place instead!

За те же деньги в кафе через дорогу можно купить сэндвич в два раза большего размера. Если ищете хипстерские места, то, возможно, вам понравится, но тогда уж лучше поехать на LX Factory.

Really good coffee, but the sweets are modern American, which is ludicrous in the country with the world’s best sweets. Outdoor seating with no views at all. WiFi not available everywhere outdoors.

Nice breakfast oustide in the sun! Fresh juice, perfect boiled eggs tasty greek yoghurt. Only drinks take more time which is normal as latte/cappu are more work but it could be more efficient.

I keep coming here for the Cardamon Buns. That’s all. Terrible service (as has been described many times here). If you want to sit down at a table you need to clean the leftovers of the previous guests. As I am writing this I’ve been grumped at by a waitress. It’s a pity, because I really like the Cardamon Buns. But it seems like I need to find a new favorite.

The cardamom brioche roll is a must. I fell in love with spices all over again after one bite of this amazing baked treat.
The coffee selection was spot on and the V60 was executed with precision.
If you are in the area stop by, the space is open and roomy and the outside area is refreshing.

The most expensive coffee I've had in Portugal, but it was nice enough. The real problem was the baristas - two of whom ignored myself and another customer for a good few minutes before serving us, though we were clearly waiting to order at the counter.

Best breakfast! Delicious pastries and sourdough rolls (if you’re lucky they’ll be straight out of the oven), coffee, Greek yoghurt and granola. Perfect way to start the day. And very nice setting.

Unbelievable how one thing ruins it all. Not a 1 star because all rest is awesome. All it takes is one key thing to bring down the atmosphere. Sorry. Hope you can clean your bathrooms and check them during the day!

Place looks nice but the coffee is very bitter and doesn’t compare to all Portuguese places around. Couldn’t drink it. Electricity is only in the section for work on the side but Internet barely works there - it’s probably too far from the antenna. Couldn’t stay, left the coffee untouched and left.

I would 100% recommend this CPH coffee lab located in Alfama. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Much better vibes here than the other location in Alfama. The breads and pastries seem to be fresher here as well since they bake them at this location. Great coffee, and eats. Unfortunately, this location does not have that strong of WiFi (it was spotty) but there is plenty of working space and an outdoor area as well. Try it, you’ll come back for the cinnamon bun alone ;-P

No DECAF coffee in 2018? That I don’t get. Even the old cafe in Lisbon offers decaf espresso. If there is any place in Lisbon I thought would definitely offer decaf is here. It is really disappointing. Get decaf coffee!!!
Also it’s pretty pricey for Lisbon. I saw other people’s coffee and it was the size of a small rocks glass.

Tasty and varied coffe in a minimalist shop located in a basement with lots of space to work on computers or spend with friends. There were also many danish pastries at good prices and a large selections of other savory dishes.

Most likely the best spot for breakfast and delicious coffee. We came here multiple times and service and quality of food is very consistent. We tried multiple items on the menu and everything was great. Great thing that they do take a way and accept credit cards.

Als Barista kann ich nur sagen Guys da müßt ihr echt noch üben. Schulung in Barista Grundwissen wäre angesagt. Da nützt es auch nichts , wenn der Kaffee aus Copenhagen eingeflogen wird.

By no means a specialty coffee shop. The barista didn’t seem to know what type of beans she was using, neither for black or milk drinks, and the coffee was bitter and burned. The name of the place would suggest that they know what they are doing, but they do not. For the barista to suggest herself that the coffee needs sugar is a truly bad sign. (Didn’t try any bakery stuff.)

This spot is a super place to start your day. I recommend having a mid morning brunch and coffee here, to fuel up for a day exploring in the city! Order the 10€ breakfast, you will feel full and satisfied. Not a “cheap Lisbon eatery”, but not over the top expensive either. The quality of food, coffee and friendly service is well worth it. We were offered some fresh ciabatta for free today. It’s was delicious! We will be back :)

I found this to be a great little coffee shop all round. Coffee is well made and definitely one of the better ones I had in Portugal. Pastries were also very good and fresh which makes them even better. Quite a large space as well so heaps of room if with more people. Staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Although I didn't order it the full breakfast plate option for 10euros was good value if you want a rounded breakfast.

From all the locations they have in Lisbon this one is my favorite. It has a nice ambience it's ats very chill, it has a small terrace in the back and it is great to go work, read a book or just find someplace to rest. They have a great breakfast menu that in my opinion is good for two people. All the bread is fresh and I will also recommend the granola ( when I was there they were making it in the oven and it was spectacular).

Incredibly good coffeeshop! Great environment, people working, and great taste of their cardamom buns. Nice outside seating space behind the building too. Their ice coffee was particularly well made. Fully recommended for a quick visit after walking around the Alfama for the whole day.

Really cute space, and some of the staff are nice (some could be a little more warm and inviting). Most importantly.... the coffee is inconsistent. Ive been here on multiple occasions and sometimes the barista's take their time to pull a good shot, other times it is done in haste and without care. It's frustrating. Wifi service is spotty, if you're looking for good internet to do work. There also seems to be some issues with communication higher up between stores, as I got a punch card at one location that they will not honor at others (it seems they're not all informed of changes taking place). I enjoy coming here to do work when the Wifi is good, and some of the food items are really nice. And again, sometimes so is the coffee! But its all pretty inconsistent. I hope they continue to improve!

What a pity to be served delicious pastries so rudely. You can definitely go there for the cardamon bun, but take it (far far) away.
The first time I went to order a breakfast, the waiter asked me to go pick up my hot beverage at the counter. I waited in queue for 15 minutes to be roughly told that no hot beverage was included in the breakfast menu.
The second time I went, the employee who took my order assured me that I would have a black coffee included in my breakfast. It never came and when I asked for it to his colleague, he grumped at me saying (again) that it was not included in the breakfast menu. So I queued (again), went to see the employee, was finally granted the black coffee which was ironically served by his more than annoyed colleague, arguing that I just forgot I ordered a coffee additionally to my breakfast.
The third time… no, there won’t be any third time. The disorganisation reigning in this place is almost funny, until you have to deal with it.
What else?
- If you want to use your laptop there, know that the wifi connection is as inconsistent as the service.
- The employees are less proficient at filling your plate than the pigeons are at emptying it, so you had better hurry up. It also applies inside the café.

We came here every morning for breakfast. It has a cute terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the sunshine. The breakfast plate was delicious - we shared it every day. The bread and pastries are so fresh and delicious. The coffee is great. It’s hipster and everyone is working on a Mac but if you’re into that kind of thing then this place is the one.

Excellent little breakfast spot in Alfama. I had the open faced breakfast avocado sandwich and it was delicious. Was far better than I had expected. The cardamon buns were out of this world. One of the best baked concoctions I've had period. So good that we got a second one to go. The cinnamon buns very good. Top notch. Chai latte also fantastic. Overall top shelf breakfast.

Great coffee: we had an americano and a cortado (50% espresso, 50% milk, like a tiny, dense cappuccino).
Awesome location, with a cozy little garden, great for studying/staying for some time.
The staff was friendly, though full table service would be very nice!

Der Cappuccino ist im Vergleich zu anderen Cafés sehr lecker. Leider hatte er so gut wie keinen Schaum. Die süßen Stückchen sind auch lecker, jedoch ist das Café an sich sehr teuer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und man kann draußen sitzen. Man wird jedoch nicht bedient, sondern trägt sich alles selbst zum Tisch. Die Bedienungen sind auch sehr freundlich.

In Lisbon, you can find many Copenhagen Coffee Labs. The coffee there is really good and the breakfasts are delicious. If you’re looking for really good coffee- definitely go there. In this cafe, they also have really nice outside seating.

Il locale è meraviglioso, lo stile nordico prevale su quello portoghese, ha un giardino esterno molto bello dove poter fare colazione. Siamo stati due mattine, la prima abbiamo preso 2 croissant (uno vuoto e uno al cioccolato) nulla di speciale, simili a quelli surgelati del bar.. ho preso un espresso ma era imbevibile, davvero troppo acido, il cappuccino (3,6€) aveva una schiuma abbastanza liquida. Il secondo giorno ho optato per pane, marmellata e burro, di marmellata ce n’era un cucchiaino scarso.. la focaccia di patate invece non era male..

The best cup of coffee that we’ve found in the area. The pastries were fresh and the breakfast items we ordered were cooked well. Plus, the space is super comfortable and includes a large, shaded outdoor area. If you’re looking for something more than an espresso, stop on in!

Great place, would prefer if they tried a little harder to speak Portuguese, after all we are in Lisbon. Service is great, and we would be regulars if there was some benefit to it, for instance the place we usually go have a loyalty card, and also they always bring something for us to nibble and try, and we always end up ordering that.
I spoke today to one of your great staff and mentioned that I used to have a few restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. And something that I did and love was too have a Pay it forward campaign, where as the customer got to the cashier to order, there would already be a coffee paid for him, and a note about this campaign encouraging people to connect. Should the customer decide to pay it forward the next customer would come it in the same situation. In my experience that would increase happiness all together and a one digit percentage on your income. Win win Situation!

Hidden (literally) gem! These guys know what cappuccino is! We had over 10 "cappuccinos" in Portugal, but this was the only one of them that was good. Very nice to quit our holidays with. And they have very nice Danish pastry!
Bonus: they chase the pigeons with a water gun. Had a good laugh :)

We stumbled across this coffee bar / bakery by coincidence and figured we would have a quick coffee and perhaps a pre-lunch snack. It turned out to become our lunch that day. It was easily the best coffee we had during our 4-day Lisboa trip, and with perfect pastries on the side. The rye/avocado/egg sandwich was made to perfection, and the cinnamon rolls were almost as if they were made in actual Copenhagen. Highly recommended for its atmosphere, coffee and food quality. Clean and nice and modern too!

Ordered a hot dirty chai latte for take away. Got an iced one in a take away cup. I asked the waitress to replace it with a hot one. She was annoyed, but did bring me a hot one, but this time not in a take away cup. I asked her to put it in a take away cup. The girl rolled her eyes and then I heard her cursing about it under her breath. The worst service I've experienced in Portugal, but the waitress was not Portuguese. Great breakfast for €10, if you're willing to deal with crappy service.

A pesar que se veía bonito y cálido, nos fuimos decepcionados de este lugar. Poco profesionalismo y calidez al atender, se demoraron bastante en traer un sandwich y cuando me acerqué a preguntar qué pasaba me dijeron que me lo podrían hacer sin aguacate. Aparte de eso, el "sandwich" está lejos de ser un sandwich: es una simple tostada con hojas verdes encima. Nuestra conclusión es que es un lugar presumido con precios altísimos por lo que entregan.

Service here is atrocious. Not only is it slow, but team members actively argue with guests when an error is made. Unwillingness to cater for minor menu changes or dietary requirements. Young Scottish man is the exception. Food is average, coffee is fine, all are expensive. Recommend going to Campo Santa Clara location instead.

Very beautiful location and incredibly confused service which was fun to observe. Coffee is third wave but preparation is unprofessional, therefore the result is far from great. We had coffee particles in the espresso. Bread is awesome. Overall still worth it.

The baker is danish and I can confirm that the cafe, is authentic of the danish experience. The coffee is well made and some of the best I had in Lisbon. The staff and manger is very friendly and helpful.
The interior is nice fits perfect with the "copenhagen concept".
Tip: Try the V60 for a more "fruity coffee flavour"

Nice Cinamon Buns
When you enter the place, a nice smell of coffee and cinnamon welcomes you. The staff is very friendly but seems to be a bit unorganized and slow. We waited quite some time for our overpriced breakfast plate 10€ which clearly isn’t worth the money. The iced tea is delicious and not too sweet. The cinnamon bun is delicious as well and not too sweet either. Good WiFi. Overall I cannot figure out what rectifies the high prices as coffee is generally good in Lissabon. The place is in my personal opinion a bit overrated.

I work remotely and when I want to get out of the house to work, I seek out coffee shops with nice ambience, good wifi, affordable coffee and good pastries. This place has it all! Added bonus that it is very spacious so you never have to worry about finding a place to sit or feeling rushed to leave. Copenhagen Coffee Lab is definitely a hidden gem.

We paid 8.6€ for a couple of cappuccinos and a pastry but that's never an issue with high qualitative products.
Pastry was delicious, they have an amazing Victoria Arduino coffee machine & grinders but it's a shame that the milk of our cappuccino was clearly burnt.
Let's say it's because it's a brand new venue and staff is still underskilled. Hope I'll have the opportunity to edit my review in a few weeks with a better experience.
