O quarto era novo, limpo e organizado. Tinha um varanda para os fundos muito legal. Atendimento servil e prestativo ajudando a carregar as malas. Não tem elevador. Localização é o melhor ponto. Café da manhã servido nos quartos e sem muitas opções ( café, leite, pão, manteiga, geleias, iogurte, cereais).

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen.Wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat, ist es während der Nacht sehr laut. Die Rollwagen wo man sein Frühstück darauf serviert bekommt, sind leicht kaputt (so war es bei uns). Das Frühstück ist einfach aber sehr lecker.Trotzdem ist das Personal sehr nett und bemüht einem zu helfen.Wir können es nur empfehlen

Wer ein steriles Kettenhotel erwartet ist hier falsch. Hier kann man sich wirklich wie daheim fühlen. Wir zumindest. Gemütlich, freundlich, Atmosphäre, individuell, herzlich, praktisch, schön, kuschelig, entspannend, Design, durchdacht, zuvorkommend, praktisch ... alles Worte die mir so in den Sinn kommen.

We absolutely loved our experience at the hotel. The room was adorable and the breakfast cart arriving at our room in the morning couldn’t have been any better. The hotel is perfectly located around shopping/pedestrian friendly streets and within a short walk to the train station and restuarant packed Ribeira district.

Lovely place and friendly service. Arrived early and they kindly took our luggage on hold til our room was ready. Rooms are amazing and romantic and breakfast is served in your room! They roll it in on a little trolley and its so tasty. Hotel is in a good location and not far from all the sights! Loved it!

Central position ,check in with a glass of Porto and kind receptiinist.
Old building with not lift and not soundproof room.I one week I could not sleep well because of the noises of the street and the old balcony door that did not close well .
A day forget to clean our room , I said to reception but not asked us if we need towers or something else..First day breakfast was perfect but after cheese recycled by others or something else.

Sehr stylisches Hotel. Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig (Zimmer nach hinten mit Balkon!). Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kleines, aber feines Frühstück wird im Zimmer serviert. Lediglich den fehlenden Platz zum Duschtücher aufhängen gibt es zu bemängeln. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Highly recommend this hotel, fantastic location right next to the main street surrounded with top rated restaurants.
Room is very modern with high ceiling and clean with balcony with amazing view. They serve nice breakfast to your room in the morning and serve afternoontea at 5pm for free, o and free coffee throughout the day. How amazing.
Staff is so friendly and helpful with directions and would make sure you are happy with everything.

제가 호텔스닷컴에 비회원으로 예약하는 바람에 여기에 남겨요ㅜㅜ 한국분들 후기가 블로그에 딱 하나 있는데 극찬을 하셔서 예약해봤어요. 근데 2주동안 포르투갈 스페인 여행하면서 여기가 최고였어요! 직원분들이 진짜 너무 너무 너무 친절하시고 조식도 방으로 가져다주시는데 딱 먹을것만 있고 정말 맛있어요. 웰컴드링크로 포트와인도 한잔씩 주시구요ㅎㅎ 매일 5시에서 8시까지 티타임이라고 과일이랑 쿠키 케익도 먹을수 있고 네스프레소 캡슐이 무제한이예요!! 엘레베이터가 없는게 단점이지만 직원분들이 짐 옮기는거 다 도와주셔서 불편한거 못느꼈구요 위치도 정말 좋아요~ 낼모레 환갑이신 엄마도 너무 좋아하셨어요 이런 곳은 후기 잘남겨주라며..ㅎㅎ 암튼 진짜 엄지척!! 포르투 가시는 분들 왕추천합니다!!!

Los detalles... Lo mejor, vieron que era mi cumpleaños y nos invitaron a una botella de vino y a la salida del hotel una tarta con una vela.

Highly recommended!! Perfect location to look around. The room and loby are so clean, well-decorated and even smell good. The breakfast is given in the bed!! They also offer tea, coffee, cakes, cookies, and wine from 5 to 8 pm everyday! I didn't expect this much service for this budget.

Lugar agradable, cómodo y acogedor de carácter contemporáneo.
Debido a las características del edificio, tiene muchas escaleras, no es un sitio apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Sin embargo, su atención a los detalles en el diseño, uso de envases reciclables y amabilidad del personal se merece las cinco estrellas de puntuación en Google.
El desayuno se sirve en la habitación y consta de un pequeño surtido de embutidos, bollería, panes, zumo (no natural), café y leche. También ofrecen una pequeña merienda en un espacio común y disponen de máquinas de café gratuito en todas las plantas del establecimiento.
Se ubica en una de las calles principales de Oporto repleta de tiendas y cercano a otros puntos de interés.

Booked this place from Trip Advisor and have to saw we were overly impressed. They gave us the room on the top floor (no elevator) and it was HUGE. We had a great view of the city, a modern/contemporary room that was very comfortable.
They gave us a cell phone that we could take with us. It allowed us to make calls, look up restaurants and places of interest which for us was great (we didn't have a data plan). Unfortunately we couldn't receive calls so the front desk staff had to climb the stairs to communicate with us vs call us.
Morning breakfast was brought to our room and catered to my food allergies. We we're both well fed and coffee was endless. The welcome glass of port was a welcome addition.
We would definitely go there again. Great service, comfort and location.

Super! Vriendelijk personeel en een kamer (op de bovenste etage) met fantastisch uitzicht. Er is geen lift, dus het is een beetje sjouwen met de koffers al willen de medewerkers van het hotel je daar gerust bij helpen.

Poco número de habitaciones (es necesario reservar con mucha antelacion) y las habitaciones son un pelín pequeñas. La atención es muy buena, y es 24 horas. La localización es perfecta. En plena calle céntrica de compras de la ciudad de oporto, con muchos enlaces mediante metro, bus o tranvía.

Lovely quiet quaint hotel with well proportioned rooms. We had a lovely room with a view over the city. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who checked us in and explained everything. Breakfast delivered to your room is a nice touch with a good choice of food. The afternoon cake and snacks are a nice touch when you get back from a day around the city. The hotel is nicely positioned close to everything and we would gladly stay again.

Loved our weekend. Although I recommend not staying in ROOM 4 as it’s directly under the kitchen and it will wake you up multiple times. Breakfast was phenomenal, service was exceptional. Loved our stay! Its literally on the shopping street close to attractions. No car parking, its close by 18e/day. Lots of hills. You cannot driver on the hotel street.

They are doing the right things and they do them right! The accomodation is located in the old center. Close to everything, all at walking distance. The building is lovely, love the stairs! There is no elevator so make sure climbing stairs is not a problem for you as guest. Rooms are absolutely clean and in top condition. And yes, good breakfast in your room, a personal and handwritten welcome, a complementary daily coffee with fresh cake available in the hall, 24h reception service, very nice but all things that every accomodation could easily copy. On top of these 'hardware'-things there is one element that makes the accomodation really outstanding: The whole staff, and I mean every individual, is friendly, helpful and determined to make your stay as comfortable as they can. For example: The receptionist, while we were out enjoying the city, tried to find out for us how to get tickets to a certain soccermatch in a nearby town. She left a printed answer, with very friendly directions and advice, in our room. Her shift had ended but the next receptionist asked if this would work out for us. That is what I call personal service!
To the management of this accomodation: be proud of every staffmember! They do an amazing job making your guests feel welcome!

What did I like? The warm welcome, complimentary drinks on arrival, location. What didn't I like? the noise from the busy outside street, the small room which made eating breakfast from the trolley delivered to our room difficult, the layout of the shower, and toilet - not very private.

Fantastic value for the location, style, and service. The location is perfect for a weekend trip in Porto and we really liked how the room and hotel was decorated. Breakfast delivered to your room was also adorable!We faced the back of the hotel so street noise was not an issue but we found the walls to be a little thin - could hear the next room snoring.Also note that while the photos show bathrobes, these amenities are no longer available. The bathroom also only has hand soap, bath gel, and shampoo.

The hotel was very centrally located. It was clean, friendly with every amenity you could wish for. Having breakfast served on our room was a real treat. Un hotel qui porte très bien son nom. Un personnel adorable, serviable et gentil. Un verre offert à l'arrivée, des petits chocolats dans la chambre et un petit mot. Si nous retournons à porto nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! De plus l'emplacement est idéal.

We absolutely loved staying here during our Porto trip! We stayed in the room on the first floor next to the reception. The room also faced a street, but it was fairly quiet all and we got good rest at night! The location was also super convenient, close to a subway station and walking distance to all the popular tourist attractions!
Our favorite part about staying here was the daily continental breakfast delivered to our door every morning! The breakfast included croissants, ham, cheese, yogurt, granola, fruit cup and coffee. It was simply perfection! You can pick the time of breakfast delivery between 8am-10am. We also loved the daily cakes on the second floor. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Está súper céntrico, estás a 2 pasos de todo lo que se quiere visitar, es muy bonito y tienen muy buenos detalles, cómo traerte el desayuno (supongo que por no tener espacio para un comedor) y por la tarde, de 6 a 8, hay una mesa con merienda gratis donde puedes decirte libremente, con un bizcocho super bueno. Repetiría si volviera a Oporto sin pensármelo!

The hotel location is in the city center. You can walk or take the nearby tram to explore the city. The room was spacious for a European hotel. Our room was so cozy and quite. We had a small balcony and city view from our room.Nunu was so kind and helpful while we’re staying there. He gave us some breads, cookies, apples and orange juice since we had to leave the hotel so early in the morning. He also arranged our taxi to go to the airport.Overall, we loved the hotel. We’d come again and recommend this hotel!!

Loved this place! It's a very nice B&B. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast is served in your room and they set up snacks in the evening. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is great as well, just up a hill from Sao Bento Station. (The only negative is if you cannot walk steps; they do not have an elevator.)

The property was charming, clean, and well-situated. Moreover, the staff was phenomenal. My favorite part was continental breakfast delivered to my room at my preferred time. The hotel could make two small tweaks - having slippers in the room and offering umbrellas.

We really enjoyed the location, the quaintness of a 15-room boutique hotel, in-room breakfast, but most of all the friendly helpful staff from the moment of our check-in. We felt so welcomed with Anas reception at check-in and making sure our restaurant and tour pick-ups were confirmed, Viktors assistance printing our sightseeing bus passes, Alisons admirable patience with helping us purchase bus tickets to Fatima because the public website was unclear, and her taking the time to give us detailed instructions to get around the city. Then, there was Nunos attentiveness with our very early morning departure with breakfast and assistance with our heavy luggage.

central location with easy access to town. Uphill from the train station. No lift at the 3 storey modern hotel but friendly helpful staff will help with luggage. Great continental breakfast brought to your room on mobile cabinet which converts to a table. Self service tea/ coffee available 24hours on each floor. Knowledgeable staff to help with local information. Would highly recommend as long as you are happy climbing stairs!

Das frühstück war sehr schlecht. Wie in einem Krankenhaus wird es ans Zimmer gebracht. Das klappbare Frühstücksstisch war eine Zumutung, da es wärend des essens ständig zusammengeklaapt ist. Als erstes hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der selben Etage wie die Rezeption. Hinter dem Haus ein großes Parkhaus mit großen Lüftungsanlagen direkt vor dem Fenster. Öffnen den Fensters unmöglich. Selbst mit geschlossen Fenster ist das Schlafen durch den Lärm nicht möglich.Bei Nachfrage zum wechseln des Zimmmers wird blöd angeguckt.

Ganz entzückendes, kleines unscheinbares Hotel in guter Lage. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber wirklich fein. Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück ist lieblich angerichtet und wird ins Zimmer serviert. Ideal, wenn 2 Personen reisen, Gruppen frühstücken dann lieber zusammen. Trotzdem kann ich es jedem empfehlen und auch ich komme gerne wieder hierher!

Great stay. Andre and Alison were helpful and kind. Wifi worked great. As all the reviews say, its all stairs but manageable. Welcome Port wine, nespresso machines on each floor, bathrobes, and afternoon treats from 5-8pm were a nice touch. The only thing that I would have liked was a phone in the room to call the front desk so I didnt have to walk down to ask my question. Everything touristy is close and within walking distance, and if not-- uber is so cheap in Porto. Id stay here again for sure. The view from room 17 was beautiful.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück im Zimmer war gut und reichich. Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl und viele Treppenstufen bis in unser Zimmer im 3.Stock. Beim Koffer hochtragen ist das Personal unaufgefordert behilflich. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt mit einem Glas leckerem Portwein. Am Nachmittag wird Kuchen kostenlos angeboten Auch Kaffee und Tee kann man sich immer selbst zubereiten. Wir hatten das Pech, dass unser Zimmer (16) auf dem Balkon die wärmeausströmende Klimaanlage hatte und wir deshalb kein Fenster öffnen konnten. So mussten wir bei unerträglichen 30°C abends bei geschlossenem Fenster zu Bett gehen. Es gab auch keine Abhilfe nach Rücksprache mit der Person am der Rezeption. Also meidet Zimmer 16 und das genau darunter liegende. Sonst würde ich wieder in dieses Hotel einziehen. Rs war vom Flughafen mit der Metro gut zu erreichen

Beautiful rooms that are in the small side but quiet lovely. Breakfast in the morning is a very nice touch and the staff are so friendly and welcoming they are brilliant.

Io e mio marito siamo stati 3 notti in struttura e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Tutto eccellente dalla pulizia , alla posizione.Molto cordiali e ospitali oltre che simpatici.

Hotel limpio, bien ubicado, recepción muy cordiales. La habitación del primer piso no era de las mejores. Se siente el ruido de la calle. El hotel no posee ascensor.

Das Feels like Home hat uns begeistert! Das Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Uhrzeit mit einem servierwagen direkt ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine angenehme Temperaturen auch bei Hitze draußen nachmittags sehr im 2. Stock Kuchen Kekse Milch und Saft bereit und man kann sich rund um die Uhr in jedem Stockwerk Kaffee Tee und Portwein nehmen! Sehr empfehlenswert sehr sauber und die Zentrale Lage überzeugt! Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist an guter Lage in der Stadt, trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer mit Aussicht. Das Konzept des Hauses ist für Ferien und Ausspannen sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Снимали два номера. Один отличный, просторный с отдельным санузлом, а второй, ванна, туалет и кровать, в одном помещении, т.е. лежишь на кровате и видишь, что делают в туалете и ванной!
Это не для меня!
Завтраки заказывать не советую. Они одинаковые каждый день и ничего особенного! На улице много кафешек, и можно недорого поесть!

La situación del hotel no puede ser mejor. En plena calle Vía Catarina cerca de cualquier sitio de interés de la ciudad. Muy complicado aparcar. Está completamente reformado. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, está el baño dividido por una cristalera transparente que se ve desde la cama. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que habíamos reservado porque en el último momento nos dijeron que no quedaba disponibilidad. Nos dieron una inferior. Pésima gestión por parte de Expedia. Estaba en la primera planta al lado de recepción. Nosotros porque solo fuimos 1 noche pero para más días no la recomiendo puesto que se oyen ruidos de dentro y de la calle. A las 7 de la mañana ya no se podía dormir del ruido que venía de la calle. EL desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación, muy completo. Es una pena que siendo el hotel tan bonito no se pueda descansar por culpa de los ruidos.

Ļoti laba, stilīgi izveidota istaba. Ļoti garšīgas brokastis. Tieši uz iepirkšanās ielas. Tikai kanalizācijas smaka no izlietnes traucēja.

Super schöne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist fantastisch und wird standardmäßig aufs Zimmer gebracht, nachmittags gibt es Obst und Kuchen. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!
