Localização fantástica. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, porém o acesso com a bagagem é complicado em função das escadas e recomendamos fazer contato com o hotel para definir o tipo de quarto.

Great location. But my room was nothing like the photos. More like a hostel room with temporary walls. You can hear everything! Also no one to help carry luggage up 2 floors. Not impressed with the room or the service.

Magnifique chambre au 5ème gauche avec ...terrasse. Vue magnifique sur Porto. Je recommande. Hôtel au meilleur emplacement dans Porto.

Me ha encantado, está situado en el centro, muy cerca de la estación sao bento. Me tocó la habitación deluxe y no podía ser más bonita, con una bóveda preciosa dentro de la habitación. El desayuno tiene de todo, te hacen al momento huevos fritos, cocidos o revuelto y zumo de naranja, el resto es tipo buffet (hasta tenían torrijas).
El personal de recepción amabilísimo y de precio no puede estar mejor, pagamos 60€ por la habitación doble con desayuno incluído.
El hotel no tiene parking y nos dijeron que había uno de pago muy cerca del hotel, ojo porque es muy caro, 25€ por día más o menos.
Si vuelvo a Oporto repetiré en este hotel seguro.

너무 친절한 직원들! 체크인 하자마자 포르투 주변의 관광할 곳이나 음식점 추천해주는데 다 만족스럽더라구요. 조식도 엄청 맛있어요! 딱 유러피안 감성! 5층에 묵었는데 엘리베이터 있어서 좋구, 뷰도 (나름..?) 좋았어요. 매일매일 깨끗하게 청소 해주시고, 캡슐커피도 매일 리필해주시고, 욕실도 넘 깨끗하고.. 인테리어도 예쁘고 침대도 편안했어요. 더 오래 묵어도 좋을 정도로! 상벤투역(지하철역, 기차역 둘다)과 가까워서 위치도 좋아요. 주변에 다 맛집..ㅎㅎ 햐.. 또 가고 싶어요...

Location location location...fantastic but our room was a double on the top floor and the tiny lift went only as far as the floor below. There was a steep assent to the next floor which was more like a ladder than a stair. The room was clean and tidy but we couldn’t swing a cat in this room and the bathroom was tiny, very reminiscent of Amsterdam. It was difficult to open our two large suitcases and our two overhead luggage cases let alone put them out of the way but there was a nice roomy balcony outside. Steps and stairs and different floor levels everywhere in this hotel but the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful. Cantina 32 (a fantastic restaurant) was just down the street but this hotel is handy to everything. It’s a little hard to find the hotel entrance when the door is closed ...ring the bell and someone will come eventually. Despite some shortcomings I enjoyed this hotel immensely.

Good located at Oporto city. We stayed in one middle class room, no bad. But second floor without elevator. (It is two old houses transformed in Guest House). A little expensive after all.

A consecuencia de la escalada del covid 19 y por fuerza mayor con las fronteras cerradas , se solicito la cancelación de la reserva, y la devolución del importe, no es que no queramos ir sino simplemente no podemos, la contestación del hotel es que no nos devuelven el dinero que si deseamos nos cambian las fechas hasta el 2021,es evidente que no sabemos si podremos ir, nadie dispone esa información. El viaje quedara pendiente pero si tengo claro que nunca sera en este hotel o mejor dicho en la cadena en general

Foi uma viagem rápida, de um final de semana, mas valeu muito a pena! O quarto que nos deram era muuuito bom, com vista para a famosa Rua das Flores. O atendimento foi muito bom, tanto no checkin/checkout e no café da manhã, que eles fazer ovos mexidos na hora, quentinho, uma delícia! Outra coisa que eu achei legal, é que a área do café da manhã fica aberto pra você fazer um chá ou comer alguma coisinha que esteja ali, fora de hora! Super recomendo!!

This is a truly lovely bed and breakfast in the heart of Porto. The staff are beyond amazing (friendly, helpful, attentive, patient), the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Truly, we could not have been happier with our stay at Casa dos Loios by Shiadu. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast. And, if we ever return to Porto, I know where we are staying.

Fantastic Staff! All the staff at this lovely boutique hotel are friendly, helpful and informative - they really added to the enjoyment of our stay.Great location - 10 minutes walk from Ribeira ( a little more on the way back!) and 5 minutes from the best bars and restaurants in the city.

Great place to stay, centrally located so easy to get to the river and bridge, and also near lots of good restaurants and bars. Friendly service and we were surprised with a lovely fruit platter for my partners birthday. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

위치도 상벤투역에서 5분도 걸리지 않아, 이동하거나 관광할 때 좋았고, 조식 및 객실도 완벽.
가장 좋았던 건 직원들 모두가 정말 친절하고, 잘 해줘서 혼자 여행하는데도 외롭지 않았다.
다음에 포르투에 가면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묶을 것이다.

The staff were particularly warm, welcoming and engaging, from Sara in reception to Bianca at breakfast. The passport revealed my husband's birthday and a platter of fresh fruit was delivered to the room. The breakfasts were very good catering to every taste from cereals to scrambled eggs. Information and advice was readily offered and, all in all, we had a pleasant, relaxing stay.

조식을 포함하여 모든 서비스, 직원 태도 등등 너무 좋습니다.
참고로 제가 화장실에 있는 컵을 체크아웃 오전에 실수로 깨뜨려서 얘기하면서 변상하려고 했으나
제일 처음 직원이 다친 곳은 없냐고 물어봐서 감동했습니다.
포르투에서 2박을 머물렀는데 관광지 보다 이 숙소가 가장 기억에 남네요.
만약 포르투를 다시 가게 되면 여기서 묵을 예정입니다.

Guest House is well located in old city on a pedestrian road. Close to train and metro but not so close as to be noisy. An excellent base for seeing Porto and doing day trips to the surrounding area. Staff are exceptional.

Kleines aber sehr schönes Hotel, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich unschlagbar, super zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und zudem auch schön groß(Vintage). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker zubereitet, dazu muss man sagen, dass alle Sachen selbst gemacht waren wie z.B. Crêpes, Kuchen o.Ä. . Es bestand jeden Morgen die Möglichkeit zwischen frisch gekochte Eier, Spiegelei oder Rührei zu bestellen. Desertieren gab es jeden Morgen frisch gesprossen Orangensaft.Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und zeigten sich sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir ziemlich spät ankamen bestand die Möglichkeit des Self-Check-in. Dies lief reibungslos ab .

The staff at this hotel were incredible! They went above and beyond expectations and couldnt do enough for me, remembering my name and even taking my luggage up to my room before I had formally checked in, which I was not expecting. Sara in particular was wonderful and made my stay run so much smoother! The hotel itself is very clean and quirky, loved the decor and had all the extras you could want (coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer etc.) and is in the perfect location. Cannot recommend enough!

Close to main attractions, cafés and restaurants. It is a guest house in an old building with a very small elevator. We had to go up a staircase, but they have rooms available that can be reach without having to climb one. The staff is great and very helpful.

Centrally located. Service staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are only okay. They are functional but clearly old and could use some maintenance.
There is always some food and coffee available at the common area which is nice. The breakfast is simple but good.
I forgive the maintenance issues, since the bed was comfy at we did sleep well, but I wouldn’t go here expecting a luxury experience. It’s a nice guesthouse.

Antonio n'a pas bronché quand nous sommes arrivés à 13:00 sans réservation et .... à neuf! Il a été au petit soin, Nathalia nous a préparé un déjeuner à base uniquement de produits locaux et tout était divins. Nous avons même goûté pour patienter un Porto tawny 20 ans et finis par un Marc local. Excellent conseil de vin rouge local délicieux.
Il faut absolument faire le détour, surtout que la vue est magnifique.

Der Service war überragend!! Von Check in bis zum Check our habe ich mich super umsorgt gefühlt! Auch das Frühstück ist perfekt und der Service toll! Ich war bereits das zweite mal hier und würde immer wieder diese Location wählen. Die Lage - mitten in Porto - ist perfekt! Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und eine Ubahnstation direkt vor der Türe! Trotzdem sind die Zimmer recht ruhig gelegen! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Fazit: sehr gerne wieder!!

During our 3 night stay, we notice the ac is not working immediately after we checked in. However, it takes 2 days not just not able to be fixed but they didn't get us room change until last night. The first 2 nights were pretty tough for us since the temperature is around 27°C all the night. During the day time it was even hotter....

This guesthouse was just the best with very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast and the room was great. It is perfectly situated in the bustling city, but in contrast, nicely quiet when you were inside. I would definitely be staying there again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Porto. Obrigado!

Casa dos Louis by Shiadu is a lovely small hotel right in the heart of Porto on a pedestrian street. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the street. We had no problem with noise, just close the door. Immaculately clean with a modern bath. Great big king bed with wonderful linens and cool air conditioning. The hotel is full of antiques and they try hard to blend feeling of old Porto with new amenities. They succeeded. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage and explore and they give you a map and make recommendations. The breakfast which is included was the best we had on our 2 week trip. Eggs made to order and real American coffee! If you like authentic this is the place. We felt safe and cared for. Thank you Sara and staff!

Un sitio fantástico donde hospedarse en Oporto. Muy diferente a un hotel tiene un toque acogedor, confortable, hogareño. El trato es totalmente personalizado, haciéndote sentir protagonista y único. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Fantástico desayuno. Muy céntrico en plena Rúa das flores.

Etablissement magnifique. Personnel très agréable et donne de très bon conseil. L'accueil est personnalisée. Le confort de la chambre est vraiment bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni.
L'établissement se situe au centre de Porto et permet d'accèder tous les batiments à visiter.
Seul bémol, l'insonorisation. De simple Boules-quiess suffisent pour palier ce problème.

Maison d"hôtes faisant plus hôtel, mais très bien. Excellent accueil, chambre de luxe très grande et propre. Seul bémol, chambre 1 située au dessus de l'accueil. Pour peu qu'il y ait des hôtes tardifs, cela peut être bruyant.
Petit déjeuner buffet à base de produits frais. Gâteaux faits maison, tortillas, bruchettas, cuisson des oeufs à la demande, jus d'orange pressé . Très bon.
Petite terrasse où l'on peut prolonger sa soirée.

Estuvimos el paso fin de semana 4 amigas y el hotel nos encantó. Sobre todo el personal. Siempre con una sonrisa. Está situado muy cerca del metro y tren en una calle peatonal con lo cual por la noche no se oía nada.La habitación preciosa, cómoda, silenciosa.... perfecta¡¡¡¡¡ el desayuno muy completo. Nos hicieron un zumo de naranja natural y un café de máquina. Para mí importantísimo. Volveremos seguro. Gracias por todo

Nice and clean, perfect location with very fair price. The staff are all very friendly and always offering help proactively. The house itself is already interesting enough as it's a bit winding on the inside. Make sure you ask them for the story of the house.
I stayed for 3 nights and this will be my choice again for my next visit to Porto. Highly recommended.a
