Conviniently located near Trindade station, LAM was a good base for us to explore Porto. Greeting us in was Tiago, our charming and knowledgable host that provided tips and recommendations for local attractions and cuisine. The apartment had a very spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). A large supermarket that is open until 22:00 is available nearby. The complex also features a sun deck, a laudromat and a barbeque grill for the use of the guests. Sleep quality was the only issue as the wooden deck was noisy when the guests upstairs moved around.

We were here me, my mother and my sister. Thiago is really helpful and gives you great tips to visit the city of Porto.
The rooms are beautiful, really well organized and the hotel is close to everything. Thank you very much, definitely will come here again if I have to.

This is an great place to stay, a building that has been lovingly renovated and thoughtful touches throughout. Tiago the host is so welcoming and helpful with anything you might need, he really goes above and beyond. Well located about a 10 mins walk from most things, in easy reach of the station, quiet with comfy rooms and a lovely roof terrace. Would stay again!

Es un sitio inmejorable para ubicarse si vas a Oporto, cerca de todo y andando y si no quieres metro en la esquina, Tiago el gerente es genial , está al quite de todo cuando vuelva a Oporto volvere allí, el apartamento genial

A beautiful old Portuguese house that has apartments, each apartment has been kitted out with all of the modern items to make life easy, the building still maintains the character of an old building.
I would recommend this place, it's near the railway station and local shops and restaurants, its a good base for exploring.

Lovely apartment for our stay in Porto, super close to Trindade metro and very convenient as a base to explore the city. Loved the kitchen facilities and supermarket around the corner. Comfy, roomy and would have happily stayed longer. Manager was very helpful throughout.

C'est vraiment une très très bonne adresse à Porto. Idéalement situé, il offre un décor très insolite avec des espaces extérieurs très sympas ! Les chambres sont très bien décorées et offrent un réel confort. L'accueil par le patron du lieu est parfait: Portable sur la table, il vous décrit, photos à l'appui, les lieux à visiter et à connaître dans Porto. Un service de garde des bagages vous permet de déposer à l'accueil vos affaires pour pouvoir profiter de votre dernière journée !

Positive: The apartment was very nice even though there was no view from the window. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space, there were many amenities and the staff was nice. It is also very close to the biggest metro station and a supermarket and five minutes walking from the old town center.. Negative: It was a bit difficult to find because the entrance in the street only has one very small sign above the door.

Positiva: Es un apartamento muy acojedor y muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo necesario y muy bonito.. Negativa: Esta un pelin lejos del centro para mi gusto. Pero creo que gracias a eso, vimos muchas más cosas y la estancia fue genial!

Positiv: Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns super Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Porto geben konnte. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation über Mail und WhatsApp, sehr schnelle Antworten. Die großartige Dachterrasse könnte mit genutzt werden, und dort hatte man auch seine Ruhe, weil es insgesamt nur 6 Zimmer im ganzen Haus gibt. Richtig gute und qualitativ hochwertige Innenausstattung. Einfach rundherum zu empfehlen.. Negativ: Nichts zu bemängeln!

Positiv: Der Service und Empfang von Tiago war außergewöhnlich genauso wie die Sauberkeit des Appartements. Außerdem war es sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage war es Nachts angenehm ruhig zum schlafen.
Tiago hat außerdem super Tips für leckere einheimische Restaurants.. Negativ: -

Positif: L emplacement très pratique, et calme. Proche du metro ligne direct vers l aéroport, ainsi que du centre ville. Très bon conseils (resto, monument) de Tiago. Ainsi qu une bonne disponibilité... appartement de très bonne qualité, beau, propre, fonctionnel... les photos correspondent au lieu.. Négatif: Un seul defaut on entend légèrement les voisins.

Local simpatico, sossegado , sem barulho , amplo bem arranjado e agradável.
No atendimento quando se reserva ...tudo facilidades nao há problemas com hora de chegada....depois quando se chega as 23h "empregado/dono" mal educado, irônico , sarcástico impaciente ....não aconselho nao compensa !

Положительный: Прекрасные аппартаметы. Оригинальная планировка. Всё необходимое есть (фен, кофемашина, посуда, чай и т.д. Даже есть такие мелочи как ватные диски и палочки). Убирались каждый день и меняли полотенца тоже.

Положительный: Апартаменты большие, очень красиво и стильно оформлены, интересное и нестандартное решение с зонированием, для удобства было все: сковороды, посуда, посудомоечная машина, плед, большая гардеробная... Владелец доброжелательный и готов помочь. Расположение тоже удобное - рядом метро и главная площадь. Все понравилось.. Негативный: Все-таки, я бы рекомендовала апартаменты парам, которые близко друг с другом знакомы, т.к. интересное зонирование помещений (в том числе нахождение туалета без плотно закрывающейся двери, а только с перегородкой) возможно кому-то не понравится.

Positive: Ottima posizione per muoversi coi mezzi (di fronte alla fermata Trinidade della Metro). Proprietario molto cordiale, cucina ben attrezzata e stanza pulita, stanza spaziosa e comoda per soggiorni un po' più duraturi.. Negazione: Purtroppo il bagno non è ben isolato, e ciò non garantisce un'ottima privacy

긍정적: 예쁘다. 주인 아저씨가 인테리어 하나 하나 신경쓴 것이 느껴졌다. 주변에 슈퍼도 많고 위치는 매우 좋은 편.. 부정적: 샤워실 물이 안빠진다. 온풍기 위치가 애매하여 온풍기가 큰 역할은 못하는 듯. 모포가 마련돼어 있어 잘 때 춥지는 않다.

This place was a perfect spot for a visit to Porto. Clean apartment, comfortable bed, awesome location, great hosts, completely stocked apartment, laundry included and a steal of a deal. I'm not sure what else you could ask for as a base for your stay in this beautiful city. I truly hope to return here some day, it really is an amazing value and a great property. We stayed in the "red" room, which was the loft. Highly recommended.

Pozytywna: To doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek. Jestem pewien, że wielu gospodarzy
powinno nauczyć się od właściciela jak zarządzać noclegami, a także
jak sprawić by klient był zadowolony I wypoczęty. Złego słowa
powiedzieć nie mogę!
Podczas zameldowania, miły Pan na mapie zaznaczył co warto zobaczyć, gdzie zjeść etc. Był w ciągłym kontakcie od chwili gdy wyruszyliśmy w podróż z Polski.
+ super miły i pomocny gospodarz!
+ piękne wnętrze, duże, szalenie dobrze wyposażone!
+ czysto i komfortowo
+ bardzo dobra lokalizacja (metro, centrum miasta)

Olumlu: Temizlik, sessizlik ve rahatlık, apartta bizi şaşırtan ince düşünülmüş detaylar, host Tiago'nun arkadaşca yakın ilgisi, tesisin optimum konumu.. Olumsuz: Çevrede bina olmadığından sorun olmadı ama ışık yalıtımı açısından pencerelerde perde olsa iyi olurdu.

Tiago, the host, was very kind. He explained everything in detail. The room was very cozy and clean. It was well managed. The location is excellent. Trindade station helps you reach every where in Porto.

긍정적: 침대가 편안했고 세탁기가 있어서 좋았어요. 공용이긴했지만 머무는 사람이 많이 없었는지 이용에 불편함이 없었어요. 건조기까지 있어 따로 말려야하는 불편함도 없었구요.
크리스마스 전후로 머물렀어서 밖에서 사먹기가 어려울것 같아 스튜디오로 예약했는데 요리해먹을수 있는 도구들이 충분했습니다. 호스트도 아주 친절했고 미리 알려줬던 시간에 도착해서 문 앞에서 메일 보냈더니 5분도 지나지 않아 호스트가 나와서 맞이해줘 기다리지 않아도 됐어요. 포르투 지도와 간략한 도시 설명까지 해줘서 좋았고, 체크아웃할때 마침 호스트가 있어서 라이언에어라 무게가 걱정됬는데 캐리어 무게까지 재볼수 있었어요.
숙소위치가 완전 중심지는 아니라 조용해서 좋았습니다.. 부정적: 샤워실에서 약간 냄새가 났고 물이 잘 안빠져서 불편했어요.
난방기가 작은 거라 스튜디오 전체 공간을 난방하기에는 부족해서 밤에는 좀 추웠어요.
창문으로 보이는 풍경은 그냥 바로 앞 골목이라 좋은 편은 아닙니다.

Positive: Posizione ottima, tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro che è invece molto caotico e trafficato. Supermercato fornitissimo dietro l'angolo e aperto fino alle 22. Tiago disponibilissimo . Anche se non sempre presente in struttura è comunque sempre contattabile per qualsiasi necessità. Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario soprattutto per chi come noi (con bimbi) preferiva pranzare e cenare nell'appartamento stesso. Lungo la strada di fronte l'appartamento ci sono due parcheggi a pagamento al coperto: quello in cima alla via è disponibile ma sabato e festivi è chiuso mentre quello proprio di fronte all'appartamento dovrebbe essere aperto anche nei festivi.

Просто шикарные апартаменты, хозяин ТьЯго большой молодец. Вся Квартира оформлена со вкусом, есть всё необходимое для жизни. В том числе чай и капсулы для кофемашины. Без проблем постирали вещи в прачечной. Отдыхали с ребенком 1 год, принесли кроватку. От метро 2 минуты пешком запятая мы очень довольны выбором.

equipament de cuina I bany, llits còmodes. Inmillorable situació, molt
cèntrica, ideal per a visitar la ciutat a peu. El nostre amfitrió
simpàtic, amable I sempre disposat a ajudar amb el que necessitarem I
donar-nos consells que ens resultaren molt útils per a aprofitar al
màxim la nostra estada.
. Negatiu: Res, tot perfecte. L'únic que podria dir és que un baNY es queda una
mica justet per a 5 adults però no hem tengut cap problema, així que no

Cant say enough about this place. It is conveniently located near the heart Porto just a few blocks away. Thiago (the manager) was absolutely amazing not only accommodating our crazy hours and requests but providing excellent recommendations for places to see and visit. He even has a quick power point presentation that he gives to help you determine where you want to go. Hotel doesnt have designated parking but there is street parking and there is a parking garage across the street which is convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto.

We spent 3 nights in a mezzanine apartment - the perfect base for a visit.With 2 kids we wanted some separation in sleeping arrangements and also cooking facilities. The apartment is perfectly set up and cleverly designed. Also clean, calm, quiet and spacious!We got loads of great local advice (including where to get good take out Portuguese food when the kids were asleep!).Easy walking to all the sights and next to a supermarket and metro (to zoom across the bridge to the port houses).We will be back.Ps it looks much nicer in real life than this photo suggests!!! And the sofa is mega comfy.

Nous avons été reçu par Tiago qui nous donné un aperçu des attraits de la ville sur un plan. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et mobilier comfortable. Très bien situé, épicerie à proximité, tout se fait à pied. De plus il y a un stationnement en face de lhôtel. Cétait parfait!!

Had an amazing time in Porto, made so much better by our accommodation - really well laid out spacious apartment (the pictures dont do it justice) and gorgeous common areas and great facilities. The location was perfect for us - on a quiet street but only a very short walk from the centre and all of the sights.Our host Tiago could not have been more helpful, he gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing, food and drink, and he really made it possible to make the most of our short stay in Porto.Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

The flats were very comfortable and good size. The bed was great. Very quiet at night. Tiago gave us some valuable information upon arrival. The television didnt work properly, and it was replaced immediately. We were able to leave our luggage in his office on checkout day as we had a late flight. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the metro station that connects you to the main train stations and airport. Historical area is a walkable distance away. Only complaint, we were there 5 nights and the room was not made up during that time.

Good value, very helpful manager, quiet, convenient location 1-2KM from the main tourist areas. The actual room was much nicer than the moldy-smelling entryway you see on first arrival. I would definitely choose this place for a longer stay, for the adequate in-room kitchen facilities and free laundry machines. We are straight, but the place is LGBT- friendly in a conservative country.
