Die Homepage entspricht den Angaben und ist super zentral gelegen.Bad und Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Ein kürzlich aufgetretenen Wasserschaden, der durch den Küchenoberschrank verläuft, wird bestimmt kurzfristig behoben.Der Balkon ist zu schmal u. Darauf sitzen zu können. Wir werden beim nächsten mal die Rückseite mit Balkon buchen.

appartement tres bien équipé. Le téléphone cellulaire invité est TRES utile et une tres bonne idée pour les recommandations dans la ville.Bien situé mais malpropreté dans la rue adjacente.

I was a little weirded out when I saw it was a Murphy bed, but this is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! Location was very convenient to everything too!

Il manquait le bouchon de douche dans la baignoire nous lavons demander au moins deux fois mais ne lavons pas eu du jour de notre arrivé a la fin di séjour. Fuite deau dans la douche, lors des douches eau sécoulais de la parois au sol. Mais vraiment tous ce la et un détails car tous le reste été plus que au top

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage in der Altstadt! Unser Apartment hatte eine sehr schöne Blick! Toll restauriertes altes Gebäude. Sehr Freundlicher Empfang . Gar nichts auszusetzen!!! Kommen gerne mal wieder!

Apartment war ok, hatte alles was man braucht. Gut: super zentral gelegen, alles in Fußnähe. nicht so schön: unser Apartment ging nach vorne raus und da schauten wir auf Obdachlose, die sich Heroinspritzen setzten oder Crack rauchten.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The only two things that it would have been good to know are 1) There is a very steep climb from the station up to the apartment, and 2) The double bed is a pull down bed when we thought that there was a separate bedroom. We were made very welcome by Diogo when we arrived and the mobile device provided that we could carry with us with lots of useful information and to make 30 mins of calls each day was brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped and everywhere was extremely clean. Overall we really enjoyed staying there and Porto is a wonderful place to visit - dont miss the port wine tours!

Pros: very centrally located (walking distance from just about all of town), they gave us a cell phone with local info stored and free use, great service, lots of amenities, secure building.Cons: the actual streets immediately outside the apartment are filled with homeless and stray cats and people doing questionable transactions, parking is virtually impossible, apartment itself is VERY tiny, found a few hairs in various places that didn’t come from me, and beds are firm and not at all comfortable.

Leise, top Lage, ganz im Altstadt, gute öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Verbindung - Metro, urban Züge Station. Im Apartment in der Küche alles, was man braucht. Mitarbeiter sehr nett, spricht aber nur Englisch. Rezeption in einem anderen Gebäude.

Location is amazing. Minutes to Sao Bento train station, the metro, the tram and the funicular. Good restaurants close by. Free parking out front. The staff is wonderful. Met us and showed around the apartment. Great tips and a map for visiting Porto. Galley kitchen with small dining area and comfortable living area that converted to the bedroom by lowering a Murphy style bed. Bathroom was spacious. Very busy week with Champions League football game in town, so cleanliness needed more attention which was resolved immediately. Small modern apartment, no keys needed, all electronic with easily remembered codes. No issues with homeless or fish market. Sea gulls might merit ear plugs for light sleepers. Overall great place to visit Porto.

Excellent location, centrally located. Surprisingly close to the Se and Luis I bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. It was safe. Only complaint is that the bed is quite firm... Could you please put a mattress topper or change the mattress out?

Apartamento moderno con cocina. Situado detrás de la catedral. Si no llegas a la hora del cheking te envían unos códigos para entrar. Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, muy limpio y acogedor. Perfecto en general. Lo único malo es que no hay ascensor..para los que lo necesiten decirlo porque tienen apartamentos en planta baja.

Posizione centralissima, ma non c'è reception quindi si entra solo con dei codici che ti inviano per mail però a noi non ci sono stati inviati e siamo rimasti fuori in tarda serata. Si dorme male perché intorno è pieno di gabbiani che fanno rumore notte e giorno. Se avete l'aereo nel tardo pomeriggio potete lasciare i bagagli nella loro agenzia, ma non c'è né sala d'attesa né uso del bagno. A Porto c'è di meglio.

Wir waren um 13 Uhr da und wollten einchecken, es war keine Rezeption vor Ort und kein Ansprechpartner. Wir haben versucht telefonisch die Dame zu erreichen, die nicht ans Telefon gegangen ist.
Nach paar Minuten kam eine junge Dame hereinspaziert und sie war wohl die Rezeptionistin sowie auch die Putzfrau. Es war sehr dreckig und stinkig, wir sagten ihr das wir das Zimmer nicht gebucht haben und sie meinte doch doch das ist das, sie ist nicht drauf eingegangen. Die Bilder von deren Website stimmen nicht überein !!! Wir waren so sauer und haben sofort mit ihrem Chef gesprochen und haben die Nächte storniert und nur 10% Zurückbekommen eine Frechheit! Die Gegend dort vorm Appartement ist katastrophal überall Drogenabhängige. Nicht zu empfehlen

Keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, bis mal eine Dame hereinspazierte und uns endlich das ( Apartment) gezeigt hat.
Das Badezimmer ist dreckig Haare in der Dusche. Es stinkt überall!
Keine Terrasse wie auf der Website gezeigt wird, vor unserem Fenster Drogenkonsumenten wo man Angst haben muss ins Apartment zu gehen. Man hat Angst vor die Haustür zu gehen um nicht überfallen zu werden !
Die Lage ungenügend!!!!! Nicht zu empfehlen werden uns gleich morgen sofort beschweren !

Die perfekte Lage sofort in der Altstadt. Haltestelle Sao Bento direkt vor der Türe bzw auch der Bahnhof. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Bäckereien und Restaurants sofort in der Nähe.

Nice apartment, well equipped. A little surprised to see druggies in the little square opposite the apartment, but was told they had cctv watching the entrances. At no point were we approached or harassed by them. We kept the blinds shut most of the time in the bedroom. Very close to Sao Bento station, and easily walkable to the bridges and the river, hilly of course!

A notre arrivée nous avons été déçu de constater quil ny avait pas de chambre, mais un lit escamotable. De plus comme il ny a pas de réception, nous avons eu un peu de difficultés pour le check-in. Heureusement nous avons eu laide dune femme de chambre. Pour ce qui est du reste, que de bons commentaires. Le gros plus de cette appartement est son emplacement, idéal pour visiter la ville et la gentillesse du personnel!

Aufenthalt 4 Nächte, Ende Oktober 2019. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Apartment ohne Rezeption: bei Ankunft haben wir uns tel. mit der Rezeption in Verbindung gesetzt (11.30 Uhr) und durften unser Koffer bereits im Ap. abgeben, gegen 15 Uhr wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und bekamen hilfreiche Informationen inkl. Stadtplan. Die Lage ist wirklich super, mitten drin, egal ob man zum Fluss oder Richtung Shoppingmeile gelaufen ist, alles in kurzer Reichweite. Das Ap. ist modern eingerichtet und noch nicht verwohnt, der kleine Balkon ist ein Pluspunkt. Es wird nur alle 2 Tage gesäubert (täglich gegen Aufpreis) schade fanden wir nur, dass unser Bett nicht wirklich gemacht wurde, es hatte den Anschein, es wurde lediglich die Bettdecke ordentlich gerichtet. Dennoch, können wir das Ap. wärmstens empfehlen.

Very good Host. Good location. It was close to everything, however there were a lot of homeless around the building. Also, the buildings adjacent were abandoned. The unit was a bit smaller than expected with a murphy bed taking most of the space

Das Personal hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und die Organisation des Transfers zum Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt.Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, leider an eine befahrenen Strasse mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass man Nachts die Fenster schliessen muss.Alles Andere ist super

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dass die reception nicht im gebäude ist, ist ein wenig nachteilig. Aber alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind leider sehr ringhörig. Parterre nachteilig, da alle laut redend mit dem koffer durchs gebäude laufen. Die lage ist top und das zimmer schön eingerichtet.

Die Lage ist für einen Citytrip wirklich perfekt, man darf sich von der Umgebung jedoch nicht beirren lassen (Fischmarkt, Obdachlose). Leider war nebenan eine Baustelle, welche ab 8 Uhr morgens das Schlafen verhinderte. Melden Sie die Ankunftszeit unbedingt an, wir haben leider 4 Stunden verloren, weil wir bereits um 9 Uhr morgens angereist sind und bis am Mittag niemand vom Appartment erreicht haben.. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich viel Zeit beim Check-In alles zu erklären und Tips rund um Porto zu geben. Achten Sie ebenfalls unbedingt darauf, welches Zimmer Sie buchen (Balkon/Terrasse grosser Unterschied). Auf dem Balkon kann nicht gesessen werden, es ist eher eine 50 cm Ausbuchtung nach aussen. Waren daher bei der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht, dass wir nicht das Zimmer mit einer schönen Terrasse hatten, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Sauberkeit und das Appartment selber ist sehr lobenswert und es fehlte, nebst der schönen Aussicht, an nichts. Nach einer gewissen Eingewöhnungszeit und Turbulenzen beim Start, ein gut gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden das Appartment auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, beim nächsten Mal einfach definitiv mit Terrasse!

LOVE IT!! They thought of everything! Nice apartments with keyless entry, which is sooo nice because the people in your group can split off and go to different places without worrying about who has the key; they have comfortable beds, nice kitchen (equipped with a coffee maker and coffee which I loved!) nice bathroom, they even have an iPhone in the room that you can use while you're there which is especially nice if you're visiting from out of the country and don't have international minutes on your cell phone. You can have breakfast delivered to your room but keep in mind that because they are apartments, not a hotel, and meant to be used the way you would you're own apartment breakfast and housekeeping services are available, but NOT included in the daily rate. They have umbrellas you can use while you're there, you can contact the very kind and helpful staff members via WhatsApp (call or text) in addition to phone or email. We were arriving late, so the keyless entry afforded us the chance to have a late arrival without worrying about a staff member needing to be there to check us in - they just emailed us all the info and key codes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go here!!

Bett ist eine Bettcouch, aus der man schlecht aussteigen kann. Es gab zwar Stadtblick, aber hauptsächlich auf eine triste Gegend mit Obdachlosen. Es ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass sich das Zimmer im EG direkt vor den vorbeigehenden Passanten befindet, Zum Glück waren wir von Samstag Nachmittag bis Montag frph da, denn unmittelbar daneben befindet such der Markt Sao Sebastiao, von dem es sogar am Sonntag noch etwas nach Fisch gerochen hat.

The central location was perfect as so many places of interest are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything one needs for an extended stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Their main interest was to make us happy. The only thing that might be a problem for some is the steep hill one has to climb to get to the property. This should be taken into consideration if you have mobility or health issues. But then, Porto is pretty hilly all over! All in all though, we loved our stay at this property and would happily go back.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for sightseeing. The access from Sao Bento was very steep, but more manageable from the other side. The team couldnt have been more helpful.There were a group of homeless people camped outside, shooting up in plain view, but they were no bother at all (I only mention it in case you are offended by such things).Overall, a wonderful place, and one that we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Appreciated the representative dropping by and giving us a personal briefing on the capabilities of the apartment. Location very handy for sight seeing in the old town. Security of the external car parking turned out to be an issue , but appreciated the support of staff to resolve.

Location, location and location! This apartment is in the middle of everything. You can walk 5 minutes to the heart of the town. The downside is also about the location, in terms of how to find it. There is no sign at all, and it is on a narrow side street that GPS hardly work over there, and nobody heard about this apartment. We rented a car and it literally took us an hour to figure out where exactly this apartment is. There are actually some free parking on the narrow street. Driving is quite a unique experience here.

Pluses: Great customer service from Mariana and staff! We blew it and thought there was a washing machine--- she helped us with laundry soap and extra hangers. And staff was also responsive with other requests, including printing our boarding passes. Nice space, overall very clean (but drawers not so much), and good location. Minuses: bed was super uncomfortable--- did not sleep well; shower arrangement left water all over bath floor.

Positiva: La ubicación es extraordinaria: nosotros ibamos con un bebé y queríamos movernos con facilidad, y el apartamento está en pleno centro, pegado a la catedral y enfrente de San Benito. También destacar la limpieza, lo bien que nos trató Pedro, la calidad del equipamiento, en general todo, muy cómodo. Negativa: Un poco estrecho para el carro del bebé, pero sin mayor problema

Positif: Un service parfait et un emplacement idéal pour tout visiter à pieds. Un accueil dès notre arrivée, une jeune femme souriante et prête à nous conseiller en fonction de nos besoins, appartement rénové, clair et très fonctionnel dans le quartier historique. Rénovation de grande qualité et parfaitement moderne avec toutes les exigeances des voyageurs (Nespresso, thé, draps blancs, grande salle de bains, linge changé après 2 nuits...). Petit plus, la terrasse (appartement du rez-de-chaussée) et un petit marché couvert devant l'immeuble.

Positif: Nous étions avec un petit de 20 mois, appartement bien agencé et super bien placé, on est vraiment en plein centre. Equipe discrète mais présente dès que vous demandez ils sont là, serviable et aimable. Superbe vue à 5 minutes à pied (voir photo) Très bon endroit j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Negativa: No aconsejo aparcar el coche en el parking que está pegado al hotel en la calle, dos de las noches que he pasado allí rompieron la ventanilla de un coche para robarles lo que tuvieran dentro. Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig! Bahnhof, Bus und U-Bahn gleich daneben, zur Ribeira nur ein paar Schritte! Und mein Apartment im obersten Stockwerk bot einen super Ausblick! An den kühlen Tagen war es Dank der Heizung auch angenehm warm. Ich fühlte mich vom 1. Tag an zu Hause dort! Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber! Danke!. Negativ: Alles super!

Positiv: Leiligheten med bad og kjøkken var fin og moderne. Kanskje litt mye møbler. Det var det vi trengte iforhold til utstyr. Det var nært byens severdigheter, bare rett ned bakken. Porto viste seg å være en veldig flott by. Nært stoppen til hop on / hop off bussene. Negativ: Beliggenheten på bakkenivå med blomster/ fisketorget og parkering rett utenfor vinduene. Klokken 07:00 om morgenen kom Porto Kommune med lastebil og bensindrevet høytrykk-spyler og parkerte utenfor rommet vårt. De holdt på en times tid. På bildet av overnattingsstedet hos booking.com var det med en liten balkong og det var ingenting som tilsa at det var på bakkenivå i mot parkeringen.

We had a great stay at Old City Design Apartments in Porto. The location could not have been more central and we were able to walk everywhere. Even better, we were able to park our rental car in a small adjacent lot so we didnt have to drive or worry about the car while we were in town. Apartment was modern and comfortable. I was worried about the fact that there was no air conditioner (not allowed due to historic designation of the building), but the humidifier/ chiller unit worked great, and the outside tempature was cool the days we were there.

Positief: Top locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Bij de sleutel overdracht kregen we gelijk een map van de stad en deze is met ons doorgenomen zodat we het beste uit ons verblijf konden halen. Super goed geregeld.

好意的: 駅から近くて便利。部屋からの景色も素敵でした。バスタブやキッチンなど、部屋の設備も満足。
ただし、ホテルのようにレセプションが同じ場所にあるわけではないので、チェックイン時は要注意。
アパート到着時に電話をして担当者を呼ぶか、電話の通話ができなければ決まった時間にアパートの下で待ち合わせをするか、5分ほど離れた場所のレセプションを訪ねるかのいずれかが必要。私は、通りがかりの人にレセプションに電話してもらってなんとかチェックインできました。ただし、コストパフォーマンスの良さはこういう点にあるので、理解した上での宿泊をお勧めします。
チェックイン後は、担当の方がとても丁寧にポルトの街について教えてくれました。また、ヨーロッパの鍵の開閉はコツが必要でどうにも苦手だったのですが、こちらが何度も練習するのに嫌な顔ひとつせず付き合ってくれました。

Appart Hotel super bien situé, en plein centre. Tout est prévu ds la chambre et dans la cuisine. Belle petite terrasse. Pedro qui s est occupé de nous est très gentil dispo accueillant vraiment parfait. Je recommande vivement cet appart Hotel pour un séjour à porto

Положительный: Потрясающее месторасположение. В самом центре города с видом на собор Се. Апартаменты вполне комфортные, особенно для двоих. Возможно для четверых будут маловаты. Персонал испонил все наши пожелания. Рекомендую!

负面: 特别的方便，地理位置也很棒，特别适合几个舍友一起出门玩，附近就是一个特大的教堂，估计是个景点但是我没去~前台小哥也很专业，在旅游路线上给了很多的指导。. 正面: 床太重了，the bed is too heavy to stand for the girl.前台上班时间太短，从下午三点到晚上8点~还是多多少少有些不方便

Positive: Posizione ottima, casa pulita e rispondente alle aspettative, bagno spazioso e asciugamani sufficienti. Utili le stufette nel mese di gennaio.. Negazione: Per un breve soggiorno è ok. In gennaio nessun problema ma Credo d'estate ci sia il problema delle zanzare essendoci in casa un diffusore anti zanzare.

Positiu: Situació excel.lent en tot el centre. Equipament de la cuina molt bó i nou. El nostre apart. molt silenciòs. De totes maneres per famílies en cotxet s'ha de superar una rampa molt empinada per arrivar als apartaments.. Negatiu: Els apartaments són molt macos i ben decorats però no crec que s'hagin mantingut correctament: parets brutes i portes brutes, parquet molt danyat, zones amb pols, defectes construcció.
No tenen aire condicionat ni calefactor al lavabo per l'hivern.

Positive: Appartamento con tutto ciò che serve....grazioso....moderno....in una posizione più che ottima ad un prezzo molto conveniente.
Vitor....il responsabile....molto disponibile, simpatico, a disposizione in caso di bisogno 24/24 con una semplice telefonata.
Volendo....la pulizia durante il soggiorno, è compresa nel prezzo.
Ed inoltre....Porto è bellissima !!!!
Che dire.....tutto perfetto :-). Negazione: Nulla da dire. Sono stata benissimo.

Positiu: Apartament nou, ben situat a prop de la catedral, acollida agradable.. Negatiu: Estàvem a l'apartament que dóna al carrer, i per tant a l'obrir les finestres et trobaves a peu de carrer. Molt sorollós a la nit.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja jest świetna, chociaż mewy mocną dają w kość w nocy. Sposób zagospodarowania przestrzeni w apartamencie jest bardzo dobrze przemyślany.. Negatywna: Rozkładana sofa absolutnie nie nadaje się do spania - materac totalnie do wymiany, bo inaczej można się obudzić z siniakami od sprężyn.

חיובי: המיקום מעולהההההה
דירה חדשה, יפה ונקייה.
כשהגענו פגשנו את ויטו שהראה לנו את הדירה והיה מאוד אדיב ונחמד.
הוא ענה לנו על כל שאלה והתקשר לפני כדי לוודא מתי אנחנו ניהיה באיזור על מנת שלא נחכה לו.
הדירה הייתה בקומה הראשונה לכן היה מאוד פשוט להעביר את המזוודות.
המקלחת מאוד מפנקת יש מים חמים במיידי והיה קפה ותה מסודרים יפה במטבח.
ויטו גם נתן לנו המלצות לאן ללכת והאמת שכל מה שהוא אמר לנו היה מוצלח מאוד (חוץ מביקב לצערי).
הייתה כמות מספקת את נייר טואלט, יכול להיות שאם היינו מגיעים ליותר זמן היינו צריכים לבקש ממנו עוד נייר אבל זה לא המקרה.
ויטו גם הראה לנו דרך קיצור שעשתה לנו את החיים ממש קלים, כי צד אחד בלילה היה לא נעים ללכת בלילה וצד שני היה ירידה מטורפת ומאוד קשה, ככה שזה היה קיצור דרך חשוב מאוד.
אל תגיעו אם אוטו לפורטו (אפשר להתנייד במטרו, אוטובוס או רגלית) למרות שיש שם אפשרות להחנות ברחוב.. שלילי: -לא היה דברים פשוטים ובסיסיים במטבח (מלח, פלפל, שמן זית וכו)
-האינטרנט האלחוטי עבד בחלק מהמקומות בדירה ובחלק לא והיה יחסית איטי (מה שכן, בכל פורטוגל האינטרנט אלחוטי היה מאוד איטי ובאיכות ירודה מאוד לעומת ישראל).
-ציפינו לקבל מיטה זוגית ועוד ספה נפתחת (יכול להיות שלא הסתכלנו טוב), המיטה הזוגית הייתה גם ספה נפתחת אבל באיכות טובה וכריות ממש טובות.
-הספה הנפתחת של היחיד הייתה פשוט מזעזעת, אפשר היה להרגיש את כל הברזלים (אני יכולה לישון על עץ וזה יהיה בסדר, ככה שאין לי סטנדרטים גבוהים במיוחד למיטות).
-ליד הדירה יש שוק דגים, הריח לא הגיע לדירה אבל כשהלכנו לכיוון העיר היינו צריכות לעבור ליד והיה ריח מאוד לא נעים (אבל זה רק באיזור אחד של השוק).
- שימו לב שהם מבקשים מקדמה, אנחנו הזמנו את הדירה יום לפני אז לא היה מקדמה והיינו צריכות לשלם במזומן בלבד את כל הכסף בכניסה שלנו לדירה ולא אחרי השהות.
