Tenho 30 peças de roupa para dar a ferro previamente pagas, desde sábado que tento contactar a senhora que lá trabalha para lhe ir levar as peças, porque foi assim que ficou combinado, e ou tem o telefone desligado ou o telefone toca e ninguem atende. Ligo para o nº de contacto da lavandaria e está desligado também... acho que vou ter de passar na lavandaria e pedir o livro de reclamações de algum jeito. Que falta de respeito e profissionalismo!!

Sou cliwnte, mas ultimamente tenho uma relamaçáo, e uma inf. a prestar. Nao vao ao fim semana pq é a segunda vez, que as maquinas náo tem liquido ou amaciador. Como entra roupa suja, sai mais ou menos. Limpa. Tratem disso ok..

do not put 20 euros in a machine for a dry or smaller laundry machine. because hundreds of 10, 50cents are coming out for a change... 1 euro is rarly coming out.

Bugs in the system that "ate" 7 euros of mine, no sign is shown after inserting the money. the dryer doesn't work but shows the sign of working. non of the three telephone numbers work. Be careful when you are using any of the machines. Nice little laundromat about a block from the Sheraton and the Crowne Plaza. Automated and clean. Three washers and two dryers. About 10 euros total to do a good size load of laundry, wash and dry. Took about an hour. Highly recommended.

More expensive than in the United States! Typically a washing machine is about $2-$2.50 and a Tide Pod is about 25 cents. The current price of €4.90 is about US$5.50. That makes it more than double. And, the customer doesn't get to choose the brand of detergent. Who knows what kind of detergent is being used here? And I would rather not use fabric softener but there is no option to leave that out.

It has two types of laundry machines, one is 9 kg and three 12 kg. There are two dryers. It seems a little big for backpackers, but I ran the laundry machine here and waited at the Cafe Boavista nearby this place.

Paypoint accepts coins and notes but no credit cards. Comfortable temperature and great tunes play. Wifi available but was very slow (password is 'belosares').
