Freshly renovated, beachfront house with clean and cosy rooms. Kitchen, washer & drier, and a large terrace are also available. Everything you need for a couple of days long stay. Great location, very close to the train which will take you to the very heart of Porto, close to bars and restaurants. Quiet location with free public parking right outside the property. Filipe, the owner, was very kind, helpful and always available to assist. Highly recommended.

O espaço tem uma ótima energia, decoração incrível e está super bem localizado. O host é extremamente simpático e disponível. Adorei!

Tudo o que se pode querer para uns bons momentos de relax! Casa acolhedora, bem decorada, bem equipada e com excelente assistência para eventuais necessidades. Ótima localização junto à praia. Vale a pena alugar uma bicicleta e conhecer as redondezas. Ótimo preço-qualidade, qualquer um dos pacotes são uma boa opção para um divertimento extra, desde surf e yoga a workshops de culinária. Está ainda rodeada de bons bares, cafés e restaurantes para todos os gostos. Com tudo isto, apesar de haver, nem é preciso usar free wifi!!

Positiv: Die Lage ist top, da Strand nah und in Bahnhofsnähe. Man konnte alle Geräte benutzen.. Negativ: Es gab kein Fenster im Zimmer, und trotzdem Nachts zu hell, da ständig Lichter an waren..

Positif: L’emplacement est vraiment agréable ainsi que le propriétaire. Les pièces à vivre et la terrasse sont très sympathique!. Négatif: Il est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout d’une chambre à l’autre. Les lits ne sont pas confortable du tout ..

Положительный: Хост был великолепен! В день отъезда нам разрешили выехать из апартаментов попозже, так как поезд был после часа выселения. Роскошные апартаменты, если они не полностью заселены. Кухня полностью оборудована, в ванной комнате есть все необходимое, терасса стоит особого внимания (тут можно было сделать гриль, позагорать, просто посидеть поболтать)! До океана рукой подать. Магазины в шаговой доступности с рыбой и креветками. Отличные впечатления!. Негативный: Общая ванная комната. Все-таки делить ванную с кем-то - не лучшая идея..

Отличный дом для отдыха, на берегу Атлантического океана! Нам очень понравилось сочетание в интерьере старинной мебели с элементами современного декора, внутренний дворик с шезлонгами и барбекю, идеальная чистота и конечно же, радушный приём владельца! Обязательно, ещё вернёмся всей семьёй!

Positive: The place and its standards exceeded our expectations, we had almost the entire house for us, along with the backyard garden. House is nicely furnished and fitted with anything one might need at a house 200 m away from the beachfront, brick grilled in the garden included. Kitchen is very functional, good bathroom, comfy bedroom at the back, shops nearby, a minute walk to the vast, sandy beach, some good local restaurants in the area, good value for money, it's all in. The best thing about the place though is its owner, Filipe, who was a massive help to us, making sure that all of our needs were met, providing answers to all of our questions almost instantaneously with friendly advice and info. It honestly made the whole experience much much more pleasant - we felt at home :)) Thanks, man!. Negative: Although it is totally out of the owner's hand, the parking in the area is really difficult, it's really busy around there so it might take ages to get a spot. However, with the extent of local expertise of our host we managed just fine. It's all about timing ;).

Positiva: La casa en general. Negativa: Si nos duchamos todos a la vez,nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

Positif: L’emplacement, la facilité pour trouver l’établissement, la gentillesse du propriétaire. Idéale pour passer une seule nuit pour dépanner mais pas pour un long séjour.. Négatif: Le sol de la chambre était encore plein de sable, pas agréable pour marcher pieds nus... L’annonce n'était pas claire concernant les espaces communs : nous avions compris que nous avions le micro-ondes, la cuisine, etc, dans notre chambre. La chambre était située au rez-de-chaussée, tout à côté de l’entrée, donc nous entendions tous les passages des gens comme s’ils passaient dans notre chambre..

Positive: It’s a beautiful house with all mod cons and the patio/garden area is amazing. The rooms are really lovely and the house is old but beautifully done up and it got really high ceilings and amazing old doors. Thanks also to Felipe, you made my stay, without you it wouldn’t have been the same. Thanks so much for showing me around and giving me all these tips about the best restaurants . I really hope to come back!. Negative: Nothing.

Positiva: La ubicación excelente, a un paso de la playa. La habitación que alquilamos daba directamente a la calle y era un poco ruidosa. Los servicios que ofrece el establecimiento están muy bien, ya que está bien equipado. Lo único que echamos en falta fué que los espacios comunes fueran limpiados a diario..

Positive: Filipe is a very kind host. He was always there, when we needed he him. We got plums from his parents garden <3 We also had a beautiful room, with 3 windows.. Negative: The house is deodorised, we didn't like the odor. Two rooms do not have windows. You might want to ask beforehand, if your room has windows..

Positiu: Situacio, distribucio i recursos de cada espai, els banys , la terrassa. Negatiu: Els llits son uns mics petits d'amplada i llargada. Algun problema amb la pressio de l'aigua al pis de dalt quan hi havia aixeta a baix encesa.

Pozytywna: Super położenie, dosłownie kilka kroków do plaży. Ladny i dobrze wyposażony dom. Wygodnie, przytulnie i bardzo czysto. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem więc łóżeczko i fotelik ułatwiły nam pobyt :) pomocny właściciel. Plus za możliwość późniejszego odebrania bagaży..
