Péssimo. Horrível. Fiquei toda picada de percevejos. Devia era ser fechado. Apeesentei queixa. Ainda estou à espera do recibo.

2 noches por 18 euros, muy barato pero no hay calefacción y en invierno se pasa frío aunque con unas mantitas se puede pasar. Ningún lujo pero lo suficiente. La localización muy bien.

Die Lage ist toll, man kann fast alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und falls es doch mal weiter weg gehen soll ist die Metro in einer Minute erreichbar. Personal nett. Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks bis zu offiziellen Check in ohne Probleme möglich. Küche sauber und man trifft dort nette Leute zum quatschen und gemeinsam essen. Lift defekt aber dritte Etage war auch so gut machbar. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet. Etagenbetten stabil, Schließfach für Gepäck. Zimmerdecke an einer Ecke extrem nass und schimmelig, keine Heizung einigen war es zu kalt, Dusche nicht sehr appetitlich, eher schimmelig. Ganzes Ambiente eher nicht sehr ansprechend. Aber wie gesagt, super günstig und die Lage einfach top.

중심가에 위치. 볼하우 임시 시장에서 음식사먹기 편리. 큰 슈퍼도 가까움. 체크아웃후 보관한 캐리어 바뀌가 손상되 있어서 아직도 의문?

Localisation parfaite sur la rue Santa Catrina
Personnel accueillant.
Chambre 4 personnes avec un rapport qualité prix impeccable ( appart quelques tâches sur les draps )
Douche dans la chambre et toilettes partagées avec une autre chambre.
Cuisine suffisamment équipée.
Seul problème pas de chauffage :(

La localización es muy buena. Te hacen descuento en el parking Vía Catarina Shopping 8€/día que está muy bien para el centro. Y es de precios es bastante económico. La cocina está relativamente bien equipada aunque la limpieza depende de los otros huéspedes...
La infraestructura deja mucho que desear. No hay calefacción y en enero hace bastante frío. Tuvimos que pedir una estufa en la recepción y gracias a eso sobrevivimos por las noches y mañanas. En general estaba todo bastante destrozado (cerraduras, armarios...)
La verdad es que con un poco de gusto se podría hacer un Hostel muy guapo.

The hostel is centrally located, secured and low priced. The staffs are good and exhibit good customer relationship. Their facilities are all functioning. I can recommend the hostel to others.

O atendimento do Staff é impecável, são pessoas muito atenciosas (típico dos Portuenses)... mas as instalações são uma miséria! Buracos nos Azulejos do WC, malhas negras de humidade no teto, maçaneta da porta do WC do quarto estava completamente destruída, a porta do quarto não fechava à chave, ficava apenas encostada, e o pior foi mesmo à entrada do Hostel em que uma porta pesadíssima em madeira do quadro eléctrico que caiu sob a cabeça de meu pai causando ferimentos ligeiros, que por sua vez poderiam ser bem mais graves.

The location is perfect, but the hostel has serious lack of facilities. Lift was out of service for the whole duration of our stay. We couldn't reach staff easily, (definitely not a 24h counter) The room didn't have clothes tree or a hanger, trash can... . The ladders for the upper beds were all very old and most of them broken, so naturally dangerous to use. One of the beds was not in a good condition (unsteady). Wi-fi connection was very poor as well in the upper floors of the building. The sanitation of the room also looked good at the beginning, but later we found insects in beds, I was bitten a lottt, and still have a lottttt of scars on my hands and legs. Over the only advantage of the place was being cheap and being in the city center.

The receptionist was amazing. Very kind. However, the hostel was a mess. There are mould, the blinders were broken. No lift. But it is cheaper and central. It is up to you.

Boa localização, porém, todo o resto não funciona! Existe um elevador com uma placa permanente de "Não funciona", ou seja, o proprietário não pretende colocar o equipamento em uso. Tivemos de subir e descer 4 andares pata chegar ao quarto. Fora isso, imagine no século 21 ficar sem internet no quarto... e experiente falar sobre isso com a recepção: puro desdém. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma!

WORST HOSTEL. ROBBED. LIERS. UNSECURE. BEDBUGS.
WORST hostel I’ve ever been to. Woke up early in the morning to find out that my tablet was STOLEN and the door of the room was completely open - most probably someone got in the room during the night.
There's no one in the reception during the night, however, there were a bunch of room keys on the desk at the entrance, left by people who checked-out during the night. Basically, anyone could grab a key and enter the rooms, even people from the street, because the main door could be left opened and even if closed it unlocks with a key code, which most probably is never changed.
The staff checked the recording of the surveilance camera and started to tell us contradictory things and lied to get rid of us - among other things, they promised to send us the camera's recording wich they didn't.
To make the things even worse, there were bedbugs in the room! We got a lot of bites all over our bodies and even brought them home! So, we're still living a nightmare trying to eliminate them!

In heart of city center. Cancellation without advance payment is a plus point. Beware you have to pay 2€ extra on arrival. You can read about in booking confirmation email. Staff is so nice and cooperative. Recommended.

Très bien situé dans cette belle rue piétonne.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Dans les chambres les casiers ont une belle hauteur ce qui permet de mettre amplement son sac à dos ou sa valise.
La salle d'eau dans la chambre est une bonne idée sauf qu'elle est minuscule, on a l'impression qu'elle n"est pas propre à cause des marques d'humidité.
D'ailleurs la chambre est humide, des traces d'humidité au plafond.

The hostel is a scam, they stole 112,99€ from the card i payed for my reservation with a few weeks after i made my reservation (the cost of my stay should be 24€), I called them 10+ times and wrote an email but noone answered untill two weeks later when i went to the police, saying that is was a mistake (which it was not because i saw other costumers having the same problem before and also at the time it happened to me). If I didnt see the notification from my bank they would steal the money without a problem, which probably often happens with other costumers. So DON’T BOOK THIS HOSTEL if you want your bank account to be safe!

This hostel made an unauthorized transaction of €112,99 several months after my stay. They say that they are going to refund the money. If I don’t receive it soon I will be forced to take the matter up with the police. Be very wary of staying here. I have read other reviews in which the very same thing has happened, for the same amount on money... highly suspicious.

Super friendly lady at the desk. Perfect location, good beds, free wifi, luggage storage optional, laundry and printing service, nice place to have breakfast at the neighbours. All in all a very good option when you're passing through Porto and/or on a budget.

Localização excelente na principal rua de comércio do Porto ( Rua Santa Catarina). Bom atendimento e preço razoável. Não gostei foi dos beliches para dormir, a escada para subir para o beliche de cima estava solta o que pode se tornar perigoso.

Don't book any room in this Hostel! After they cancelled my room one week before my arrival, they haven't paid me back my money! I've been emailing them more than 3 months and I haven't got any answer. In conclusion, they have stolen me 90 euros. If you don't want to loose your money, don't go to Sport Hostel.

Una vez hecha la reserva nos comunicaron que habría cambios debido a unas obras. Nos dieron la opción de aceptar esos cambios o de cancelarlo y buscar otro hostal (en ese caso nos devolverían el dinero). Meses después, seguimos esperando que nos devuelvan el dinero de un hostal en el que no dormimos. Cada día es una excusa nueva, no sabemos si es booking o el hostal pero es indignante el trato recibido.

Realice la reserva a través de booking y me cargaron la totalidad del importe de la reserva. La misma tuve q anular y después de dos meses sin respuesta por parte del alojamiento ni a mi ni a booking estos se tuvieron que hacer cargo de la devolución
Me parece indignante a pesar de q nunca llegue alojarme este establecimiento tiene muchas opiniones negativas y lo de los CHINCHES que no tienen limpieza.este no deberían estropear la buena reputación que tiene booking debería eliminarlo
Gracias a booking por su personal y buen servicio sin ellos no hubierapodido recuperar mi dinero.

Five starts to be read. They have been having bedbugs (percebeijos/chinches) for at least two years (When I went there) and I still read bad comments about this.
After our stay we had to go to the hospital here in Spain as a result of this. And we brought these insects to our house. I informed the Tourism Office in Porto, the City Council and the Authorities of the Health Department, but apparently they don't do anything.

Damn.. This hostel was amazing, located on the central pedestrian street, friendly staff, nice rooms, young people, a lot of clean tables and equipment in the kitchen, lovely atmosphere to go with friends. Would definitely go again when I visit Porto next time!

A ceux ou celles qui n’ont encore jamais goûté aux punaises de lit, je vous recommande cet établissement! Les gérants/propriétaires qui sont parfaitement au courant de la situation ont pris l’option de ne rien entreprendre pour rétablir la situation. Ainsi, en plus de démangeaisons insoutenables, emporterez-vous dans vos bagages quelques souvenirs marquants...!

La habitación del cuarto piso ( sin ascensor ) está infestada de chinches, matamos 4 y la mañana siguiente me levanté con uno encima de mi sábana. El Wifi apenas llega en la habitación y al llevarle una bolsa con chinches vivas (recolectadas de la habitación) la recepcionista nos ofrece devolvernos el dinero y ahora nos hemos quedado tirados sin saber donde alojarnos. Wir hatten ein 2er Zimmer mit bezogenem Doppelbett und Dusche samt Handtüchern für 30,- pro Nacht und haben wirklich tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Porto bekommen. Die Lage ist zentral in einer Einkaufsstraße.
Es könnte gepflegter sein. Damit meine ich nicht die Sauberkeit, sondern eher die Instandhaltung.
Für 30,- echt in Ordnung.
Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum, eine Küche und freies WLAN in allen Bereichen.

La habitacion 4.4 en el, 4 piso, esta lleno de chinches y se ve como caminan por la pared y piso.
Hice una reserva por booking y me la cancelaron para que no haga comentarios. Por favor tengan cuidado.

BEDBUGS WARNING !!!! A ÉVITER !!! IL Y A DES PUNAISES DE LIT (PUCE DE LIT). C'est horrible je n'ai dormis qu'une nuit et me suis faite dévorer par des punaise de lit et mon amie aussi. Le ménage est inexistant, l'assenceur est en panne, mon amie est resté enfermé dehors personne ne nous avait dit qu'il y avait un code pour rentrer à l'auberge. C'est n'importe quoi !!!!!!

This hostel has bedbugs. Do NOT stay here. There are bedbugs in both dorm room 44 and dorm room 2, they are on different levels. I had to check out and go to another hostel after a sleepless night watching bedbugs run up the walls next to my bed and getting bitten by them. The receptionist and owner listened to my complaints but did nothing to try to remove/exterminate the bugs. I have travelled and stayed a lot of places and never had a bedbug issue before or since.

That hostel is far from great but If you are looking only for a cheap place to stay it might be a good place.
Btw, the only sport you'll find here are the steps to got to the 4th floor.

Acordar no Sport Hostel no Porto, foi possivelmente a pior experiência que tive em dezenas de hostels que frequentei até hoje. Acordei de manhã com o fumo de tabaco e o consequente cheiro, dirigi-me ao único chuveiro que existe para 12 pessoas, construído num buraco, sem cabide e sem tapetes onde reina um forrobodó de shampoos internacionais em modo de exposição patente há vários meses... e foi quando via as várias picadas de algum tipo de bicho que plos vistos levou a mal eu estar deitado a dormir na sua casa. Das duas vezes que disse "Bom Noite ", quando cheguei e "Bom Dia "quando saí, ninguém me respondeu.

Aparentemente está bien, las fotos y la ubicación...Lo cierto es que tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable en este hostel, cuando estuvimos en octubre tenían una plaga de chinches y tuvimos que salir corriendo a otro hotel. Luego se comprometieron a devolvernos el dinero, cosa que han tratado de evitar a toda costa. Como también evitaron nuestras referencias alegando que no nos habíamos alojado allí. Se gestiona con poco personal y la mayoría son voluntarios. En definitiva, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Une auberge dont le dortoir a été infesté de puces de lits donc départ anticipé pour nous. Elle se permet à notre retour le 22/07 de prélever la somme sur notre compte bancaire des nuits que nous n'avons pas passé à l'auberge. Fin septembre, nous bataillons encore pour nous faire rembourser ! Le propriétaire est de mauvaise fois. Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas cette auberge !

Pretty OK... No air conditioning, toilet paper, towels, breakfast, bar, or events. It's a basic bed and sheets, plus a cheap kitchen. Relatively cheap, but not very social. Wouldn't come back.
