We can't recommend Quem Casa Quer Fotos highly enough. Luis and Isabel are true professionals, and extremely talented - we're so glad we chose them to photograph and film our special day. We put a lot of time into researching the right photographer, and knew we wanted someone who could really capture the spirit of the day, rather than generic formal shots. Being an ex-photojournalist, Luis has an incredible eye for story-telling and caught so many wonderful moments and emotions – going through the photos was like reliving it all over again, and catching up on everything we’d missed. Our friends and family love them too and all commented on how perfectly the pictures reflected the day. The video is equally brilliant, capturing perfectly all the tears, joy and laughter from the day, and resulting in lots more happy tears when we watched it back! We had a destination wedding in Portugal (we live in Canada) and were so fortunate to find Quemcasaquerfotos to be a part of our big day. We had a few skype calls with them before coming to Portugal and from those calls were immediately impressed with the interest they took in learning about us, our vision of the day and what was important to capture. We felt confident with them from the start. They spent two days with us and did both still photography and video for our two events (Indian ceremony and Catholic ceremony) as well as capturing the rehearsal and getting ready. The photos and video they took were breathtaking! They have such an amazing ability to capture real moments in a very documentary/journalistic style that is so natural. When i look back on the photos now, they really take me back to the moment and all the emotions from that time. All our guests even mentioned how the photography of the wedding was so well representative of every moment they experienced. They also are great at being completely invisible, yet are able to get the best angles and shots. No idea how they did that!! But it makes for such a great event when the photography just happens in the background and not front and center so that it interupts things. Thats how amazing and professional they were. We had some fun ideas for photos too, and they went along with every thing we suggested and also had some really great ideas for us too. It's a once in a lifetime moment that you will want to look back on forever. So you need to have photographers that you can trust and that will capture the real emotion, feeling and memory of the day. Quemcasaquerfotos is the greatest. I truly feel like they became a part of our family over those two days and we are so grateful for the big part they played in our wedding.
