E dizem que as pranchas são de clientes, é chato incomodar para não ficar o cliente prejudicado fica o outro. Triste para uma loja desta categoria. .

This is a surf supermarket. I've been a customer of 58 Porto for a few years, spending easily over €500 here over this time (for me this is a lot - for you maybe negligible). My most recent visit will I hope be my last. Customer service I found to be 50/50. All employees seem very knowledgeable; some always friendly, some generally rude and with inflated egos. Too obvious with the upsale (guys, this is patronising). In a saturated market I think you should expect better. They have lots of quality merchandise and employees around to help you. But I don't feel valued as a return customer. My recommendation is to visit this store for research, as they have a phenomenal stock of options. But for the conscientious consumer there are better places to spend your money and get the same value in Matosinhos.
