ein sehr gut erreichbares Hostel ca 3min von der U/Tramstation! Ideal gelegen zwischen Zentrum und Flughafen und Supermarkt ist in einer Minute erreichbar ! Frühstück ist inkl. und in Ordnung für den Start in Tag. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Como água no deserto,após ir a outros hostels o único que respeita realmente as pessoas em relação a acomodação.Os outros lugares que se dizem semelhantes parecem senzalas.Venham e saibam que seria o melhor possível que poderia escolher nessa classe de locações.Em especial queria agradecer a Samantha,Delmo e Gabriella!Não sei qual deles é melhor sinceramente me acolheram melhor que muitos hotéis que rodei pela Europa.Marcou minha história inicial em Porto!

Cerca de todo, el personal muy amable, muy limpio, un buen desayuno...lo único que puedo decir es que los baños de las habitaciones privadas son super super incómodos, realmente deberían mejorarlos. El resto impecable.

Cosy, clean, great kind staff, I like the receptionist. The hostel is actually a 19th century palace and it is very spacious and renovated. And they give free towels, lockers, the beds are good, with functioning lamps, clean bathrooms. Recommend.

Un poquito lejos de los atractivos principales, pero el hostel esta bien conservado, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y el desayuno bien equipado! Lo recomiendo!

Before my arrival at the hostel I received an email from the hostel staff to announce me I have to hurry up as the reception works only till 23:30. I appreciated this. The lady from the reception was over friendly and I really enjoyed her presence full of positive vibe. AL THE beds were occupied in the room but I slept very well without noise from outside or inside. The breakfast was very nice with few choices. You can use the kitchen as well after breakfast if you wanna cook for yourself. A good experience and I would go back there.

When I read this was a hostel, I had some doubts. I was traveling with my two adult children and my son, who frequents hostels, said I wouldnt like the lifestyle, I was pleasantly surprised. We had the large family room which came with a private bathroom, two single beds and a bunk bed. Sheets, blankets and towels were provided and a decent, if simple breakfast came with the price. The staff was very attentive, even staying up late to let us in. The location was central and accessible. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it enthusiastically.

Para ser un hostel esta bien pero para pagar una habitación privada no lo recomiendo mucho. Hay otros lugares mejores como 0h! Porto. El desayuno tampoco está bueno, ni la ubicación.

Minha primeira experiencia em Hostel e fiquei impressionado com o sistema.
Neste em particular o trato do Staff, sem excepções, é muito bom fazendonos sentir em casa. Antes de um não sempre vamos dar um "jeitinho" e sempre conseguem. Quartos amplos limpos e arejados, banhos limpos e a cozinha compartida está bem equipada. Preço muito bom.

Os colaboradores são super simpáticos e prestaveis e os hóspedes de várias nacionalidades tornam o ambiente numa experiência cultural fantástica. O dormitório é moderno e confortável, a cozinha é partilhada para todos os hóspedes e o jardim possui espreguiçadeiras. Junto ao hostel existe diversos pontos de venda de comida e uma estação de metro.

L'accueille est chaleureux, les dortoirs sont impeccables conforme aux photos du site. Le staff est très simpas, et fait un effort pour parler dans votre langue (même si l'anglais est plus simple). La localisation est très bien aussi: 30 min a pied pour aller jusqu'au centre historique, et à 5 min d'une bouche de métro.
Je recommande les yeux fermés.

A very nice place. The rooms are spacey, the six of us even got our own bathroom and the garden is just perfect for having breakfast (which was very good and included). The staff is super nice and helped us out a lot. Will stay there again whenever i'm in porto!

Expensive, noisy at night and the staff were quite tight. They didn’t want us hanging around after we had paid. They charge to leave luggage in addition to being the most expensive hostel we stayed in Europe in 8 weeks of travelling. Look elsewhere.

Fui con una amiga 3 noches y trato súper bueno, nos explicaron todo al detalle y además en español! El hostal está muy cuidado y limpio y es acogedor! Desayuno incluido! La única pega que hay que pagar por guardar la maleta y entrar a las 15 horas, una hora algo mala si llegas pronto. Se encuentra muy bien situado, a unos 15 minutos de la torre de los clérigos. Destacar que el check out es super rápido ya que sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en una caja indicada e irte cuando quieras! Volveremosssss!

Its a nice hostel where you can meet other travelers from all over the world. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff members, Karina and Susana are attentive and kind. I loved the patio as well as the quiet surroundings. Its perfect to relax and enjoy Porto.

Excellent staff and very helpful!Location good, very close to the metro station. Breakfast is free and very good & generous, for a hostel (good quality fresh bread rolls, butter, honey, jams, chocolate spread, cheese, ham, different types of cereal, fruits, coffee, tea, juice. Well equipped kitchen, amazing terrace and good communal space. Now, what needs serious improvement is the bathroom. 2 toilettes and 2 showers for all females is not enough at all. Not to mention that there is not much privacy as all 4 cabinets are in the same room, separated by glass paneld with not enough shadowing (almost transparent!). The toilets are really tiny, you are squeezed even while standing.Also, some chairs in the rooms would be good. Finally, a bit shame to charge for luggage storage..my view on this though.

Es uno de los hostales más económicos de Oporto. Es acogedor y muy limpio.
Ventajas:
* Continuamente hacen limpieza en la zona de los baños.
* Te proporcionan una toalla sin cargo extra.
* El desayuno viene incluido, en la mayoría de las veces, en tu reserva. (Este incluye: cereal, pan, jamón, jugo, té, agua, mermeladas, queso untable, leche y manzanas).
* Está a 25 minutos caminando del río de la ciudad.
Desventajas:
* Como es un edificio viejo, algunos pisos de madera rechinan. Esto es incómodo si no deseas despertar a los huéspedes.
* Al llegar te cobran €2 de iva. Esto no viene especificado en donde reservas, si es que lo haces por Internet.
* Puedes dejar guardadas tus cosas pero te cobran €1.
* Te imprimen documentos, pero la impresión está en €1 por hoja.

거리 먼 것 빼고 다 좋아요! 직원들도 뭐 물어보면 너무 친절하고 무료로 타월도 1개 줍니다. 샤워실도 이렇게 널찍한데는 손에 꼽아요. 키친있고 조식도 나오고 (8시반~10시반) 가성비갑. 잘 쉬고 가요^^

This hostel is very welcoming. The building is old, but the facilities are modern and very comfortable. It is a walk to the more touristy areas, but there is piblic transport close by and lots of local restaurants. Staff were lovely

Personnel super. Bon jardin sympa. Mais chambre familiale en prise directe sur salon et cuisine. Maxi bruit jusqu a 2h du mat par groupes et à partir de 6h par personnel qui fait son travail. Pour ours hibernants avec boules Quies.

Friendly staff, everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, and the location is pretty good. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Good hostel overall, especially considering the price. Would definitely go again!

El hostal está a cerca de 20 minutos caminando del centro de Oporto, la zona es muy tranquila, se llega muy fácil desde el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias, dan un locker sin costo extra y en cada litera hay una lámpara, lo cual resulta bastante útil en la noche cuando se comparte cuarto con muchas personas. Hay wifi tanto en la zona común como en las habitaciones, no falla tanto. El baño está afuera, en el pasillo, bastante limpio y con agua caliente. En el precio de la habitación está incluido el desayuno: pan, café, infusiones, cereales, jugo, sándwich para preparar, mermeladas, etc., se sirve en la zona común y cada huésped debe colocar sus trastes sucios en el lavaplatos después de desayunar. En la zona común también hay una cocina a disposición de todos, está abierta siempre, excepto a cierta hora en que la limpian, también ofrecen servicio de bar a costo razonable. El personal es muy amable. Tuve una excelente experiencia en Oporto y fue increíble tener un lugar cómodo al cual llegar después de caminar tanto por la ciudad.

It is okay for the cheap price but beware of the cons:
- weak wifi in the rooms so that you have to be in the eating/living room, where a loud TV could be playing Portuguese shows.
- showers have nowhere to hang clothes so that you have to change clothes in a space with up to 6 other guys.
- stuff is not very friendly except one lady, who seems to be the one who cared the most
- breakfast is poor: bread, cheese, ham, marmalade, fruits, coffee, tea. After the deadline (I think 11:30) they leave no snacks at all, even coffee or tea. They hide all what was left to their personnel room.
- no free tea, coffee or snacks
- they take 1 euro for printing your flight tickets. Strange.
But there where pros:
- decent location, although you have to go 20 min to the center
- large rooms, but they are used for 10 people, so you have to be lucky to live in a packed room
- kitchen was good, so that you can cook in the over and on the stove. Pottery and cutlery on a good level
- the price is affordable

Nur ein kurzer Übergang im 6 Bett Zimmer. Alles gut gelaufen. Sehr nette Inhaberin, auch die Räumlichkeiten sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gerne wieder !

Ik vond het best tegenvallen. Ontvangst overdag was onbeschoft. Daarintegen was de vrouw die in de avond aanwezig was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Stapelbedden erg wiebelig. Vloeren in slaapzaal kraken behoorlijk en maken veel lawaai. Wanden en deuren van toilet en douche van glas waardoor er niet veel privacy is. Geen haakjes in de douche cabine. Locatie wel dichtbij treinstation. Voor dit geld zijn er betere hotels te vinden.

Oporto, lo que es el centro, es una ciudad pequeña y el hostal está bien ubicado. Es limpio y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable, te lo enseñan todo y el detalle de la toalla es genial. Lo recomiendo.

직원분들 친절하신건 물론이고 개인 락커가 따로 있어요! 락커 열쇠를 키주실때 주셔서 개인 자물쇠가 없어도 편하게 이용 가능해요! 화장실도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 조식도 먹을만 해요! 다시 온다면 주저 없이 여길 고를 것 같아요. 형태는 호스텔이지만 서비스는 거의 호텔같았어요.

The stuff is nice and polite. Wifi connection is bad, check in after 3 pm check out before 11. In other places 2pm and before 12 respectively. Print a ticket or left language 1 euro.

Nice little place with a small outdoor area. Only 2 double rooms. The rest are shared rooms and they're quite big. It's close to the tube and they do have wifi that looses strenght as you climb the stairs. Staff could do with a bit more smiling, but they do help when you ask.

I stayed in cool hostel for 4 days in february with three friends, we had a private room which was very nice, at the top floor and with the bathroom just outside our door. The place is very nice and clean, and it is in the very center of Porto, so the position is great. The staff is not particulary nice, but they will give you all the informaton that you need so it's not a problem. I will totally recommend this hostel

방, 화장실, 샤워 시설, 주방 모두 거대하고 깨끗해요. 지하철 역에서 2분 거리에 있고 1분 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 도미토리의 경우, 콘센트도 넉넉하고 정말 최상급 호스텔이라고 생각합니다. 그러나 락커에 24인치 초과 캐리어는 경우에 따라 안 들어갈 수도 있어요.

Estive com um grupo de alunos no Coolhostel. É limpo e agradável. Bem localizado. Mas... Péssimo pequeno almoço! Duas fatias de panrico (onde está o pão?) com uma fatia de queijo e uma de fiambre. Não deixaram repetir. Aconteceu o mesmo com os cereais. Fruta? uma maçã a uma aluna que tinha pedido por ser vegan ! As outras não puderam tirar... Mesmo mau!

Solo hay que caminar un poco al centro pero todo excelente. A veces medio mal humoradas las recepcionistas pero se les quita con el paso del tiempo. Muy buen ambiente.

The rooms are Beautiful and has all that you need - full accessoried kitchen, huge closet, wide bathroom. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We didn't get to the back yard, but it looked lovely from our balcony :)
The location is great - close to the old city and other attractions. And the supermarket was just across the street, if you need something for breakfast.

This hostel is not so cool. Staff not friendly or helpful. Too far away from the centre of Porto.I do not reccommend this hostel. I suggest that peiople stay in more central hostels like Tattve hostel instead

Good hostel. Clean, well equipped and the staff speaks english, french and spanish correctly enough.
The only setback is the noise from the street if you're sensitive in your sleep, but you get used to it
