The location is terrible. On the top of a nowhere hill, In a residential area, with no shops or restaurants or cafes near. To get anywhere You need a Taxi or Uber. The receptionist is only part time over the desk, most of the time You have no one to get assistance from , like with the stacked elevator, or the broken lock on the balcony door which We forced to live open at night as well as while out of the hotel with my valuable at risk. (there is no safe in that place). In the first room they assigned to us, there was no place to work with the laptop, no suitable chair or a table, I mean any table. After a long talk they give us a new room. This one had table but lacked the kitchen, which is a kind of standard in facilities that stand for apartment hotels they claim to be. The cafe machine did not work. Nobody to complain, as with the lift and the outdoor lock, that stayed unusable until next morning. In the two rooms I saw, no place to put your trolleys. In one no cupboard, in the other there is, but strangely enough, it serves mostly as electricity source, it has two plug outlets hiding among Your clothing, if You dare to hang them with Your phones recharging during night. It is not possible to fill the electric kettle with water. The only tap in the room is in the bathroom and it is too close to the sink. The receptionist I meet was considerable rued and careless. After freeing Us from the stacked elevator, she left it as is and disappeared. The only fact to wonder about that terrible facility, is how it got such a high rating. Is the stories about the rating market are true after all or We, the consumers lost any standards We used to have.

Staff simpática, bem disposta e pronta a ajudar

Ottimo albergo personale cordiale e gentile. Albergo di recente ristrutturazione pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi. Consigliato

Buen hotel, buena localización y buen trato!

Cocina equipada. ..... Personal encantador! !!!

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, STUDIO eigentlich ein eher kleines Doppelzimmer mit Miniküche ohne Kaffeemaschine...schade ! Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt bis 18.00.

Sehr ordentlich und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang

Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo, aria condizionata silenziosissima, ascensore, personale gentilissimo.

Soggiorno perfetto! Camera molto pulita, staff disponibile e posizione centralissima

Absolutely brand new and with very kind and helpful personnel at the reception desk. Gabriela and Cyndy will do their best to make your stay pleasant and will provide any kind of advice regarding restaurants sightseeing, events, etc.. Clean and tidy rooms in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the city center. We will for sure come back.

Buen hotel, moderno, sencillo y buen precio, solo dormir

Really great hotel with everything we need in a good location just outside the main walking streets (but still close to everything). Would definitely stay here again

Super aconchegante e com uma otima recepção. Super recomendo.

Pretty and clean and room. There is no reception. All is automatic and they send you a code to get into the hotel and room.

Alloggio pulito e carino reception inesistente

Really easy going at the reception desk. You will find a welcome package with coffee and biscuits in your room. Very friendly staff, they stored my luggage after check-out and allowed me to stay at the reception even after the receptionist left.

Bom hotel. Confortavel, moderno, porém afastado do metro.

Un 10 Para este establecimiento

Stanze piccole ma ben arredate. Pulito. In centro ma silenzioso durante la notte, letti comodi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Brand New, confy, clean and it smells so good. I really enjoyed my stay! Also, so well locayed. You'll receive some candies, tea and biscuit on your arrival. So worth it!

Perfecto todo, atención, limpieza y ubicación!

This is a relatively new place so everything has that 'just painted' look. The rooms are small as you would expect for a budget hotel and some won't have a window to the outside. All things considered it's very good, a nice central location and pleasant staff. I will be going back to stay again it's very good value for money.
