EDWARD BRUCE: After many years of teeth problems eg fillings,bridges, ect. ect. I read an advert in the local English papers here in the Algarve Portugal. It gave me a detailed description of a process called 4 in 1, that is , taking all of your teeth out and fixing permanently a new set of teeth made to measure from x-rays & scans of your jaw & mouth ( Guaranteed for 10 years ). I made an appointment to see the Dental Surgeon and after explaining the whole procedure I was totally convinced that he would do an excellent job and after making a date for the procedure he stood up and shook my hand and said '' I will give you a beautiful smile ''. When I arrived at the clinic I was given some tablets to sedate & relax me and after about 15 minutes was taken into the main Dental Room. I don't really remember to much but after about 45 minutes all the teeth were extracted and the inserts for the securing screws were done. My gums needed to relax so I was put into a separate room with a cold mask over my Jaws to help reduce any swelling. By late afternoon my gums had relaxed and I was taken back in for the teeth to be fitted. The final result was fantastic, I was handed a hand mirror for me to see my new teeth, I could not believe what I saw, they were absolutely beautiful. I would like to thank all the wonderful staff for not only giving me a new set of teeth but for making it the most pleasant Dental experience that you could imagine. Eu tenho comprado aparelhos aqui há pelo menos 10 anos. Até comprei para a minha sogra uma máquina de lavar roupa para transportar para sua casa em Rockport, tx porque ela confia mais na A&S do que em qualquer uma de suas lojas locais. Eu tenho uma residência e duas propriedades alugadas aqui na SA e tenho continuado a ficar satisfeito com as minhas compras para ambas. Os artigos simplesmente duram e nunca lhes dou uma segunda opinião. Black estava mesmo disponível para a minha cozinha em casa. Mais uma vez, eu sou um cliente fiel para toda a vida.

No outro dia, quando fui às compras, encontrei um verniz de unhas no centro de limpeza. Tinha sido marcado duas vezes com os seus autocolantes. Quando fui tocá-lo, o preço tocou a todo o custo e chamaram um supervisor. Ela tirou os autocolantes do preço de venda e disse que era um erro, o preço total. Sem desculpas, sem compromisso e sem dar a mínima. Ela simplesmente foi-se embora. A caixa tinha a mesma atitude. A má formação não deve ser um problema dos clientes.
