EDWARD BRUCE: After many years of teeth problems eg fillings,bridges, ect. ect. I read an advert in the local English papers here in the Algarve Portugal. It gave me a detailed description of a process called 4 in 1, that is , taking all of your teeth out and fixing permanently a new set of teeth made to measure from x-rays & scans of your jaw & mouth ( Guaranteed for 10 years ). I made an appointment to see the Dental Surgeon and after explaining the whole procedure I was totally convinced that he would do an excellent job and after making a date for the procedure he stood up and shook my hand and said '' I will give you a beautiful smile ''. When I arrived at the clinic I was given some tablets to sedate & relax me and after about 15 minutes was taken into the main Dental Room. I don't really remember to much but after about 45 minutes all the teeth were extracted and the inserts for the securing screws were done. My gums needed to relax so I was put into a separate room with a cold mask over my Jaws to help reduce any swelling. By late afternoon my gums had relaxed and I was taken back in for the teeth to be fitted. The final result was fantastic, I was handed a hand mirror for me to see my new teeth, I could not believe what I saw, they were absolutely beautiful. I would like to thank all the wonderful staff for not only giving me a new set of teeth but for making it the most pleasant Dental experience that you could imagine. Minha família e eu compramos aparelhos da Dixons há mais de 10 anos e nunca ficamos desapontados. Eles têm electrodomésticos usados de alta qualidade e estão sempre fielmente atrás dos seus produtos. Eu aprecio Mike por ir sempre acima e além para ter certeza de que você está satisfeito e entender como cuidar dos seus aparelhos por muito tempo. Obrigado ao Sr. Billy & Mike pelo excelente serviço ao cliente. Eu não confiaria em mais ninguém para comprar aparelhos usados ou para repará-los. Mesmo após a garantia os seus preços de reparação são imbatíveis e sempre justos. Mais uma vez obrigado & desejando-lhe mais sucesso!!

Trabalhar com a LG num trabalho de garantiaA primeira nomeação foi agendada, e eles nunca apareceram ou ligaram. Agendaram uma segunda nomeação, e cancelaram novamente. Não vou lidar com Scratch and Dent novamente...Edit:Resposta com detalhes adicionais foi enviadaEditar: 9/9/2019Fridge está agora a funcionar bem, a garantia foi processada.Depois de escrever a revisão 1 Star original, fui contactado pelo gerente de serviço e descobri que as coisas estavam muito agitadas no momento em que isso ocorreu. A comunicação após a chamada inicial foi feita via texto, e foi excelente. Os compromissos foram feitos o mais possível em torno da minha agenda. Eles também forneceram várias dicas sobre o que esperar após o trabalho de garantia para reduzir surpresas inesperadas.
