A localização é imbatível. O mar quase à janela, sente-se o cheiro a maresia como se estivéssemos mesmo à beira da água. A decoração é de um chique rústico, cheia de pequenos pormenores que marcam a diferença: As madeiras aproveitadas, os tons claros, as fotografias e pinturas com sabor a mar. O quadro de boas vindas. Os roupões, chinelos e toalhas verdinhos, confortáveis e bonitos. Os trocadilhos em língua inglesa com itens do mar e expressões como Don't be Shellfish, Be Shore of Yourself, Sea You Sea Me, Shell we dance?, No crabby attitudes, Sea you later,... A cozinha completamente equipada. A máquina de café e cápsulas que permitem o primeiro café da manhã a ver o mar, ainda antes de descer para o pequeno-almoço. O creme de mãos e os sais de banho. A cestinha para a praia. Os cadeirões na varanda. A mantinha no sofá. As maravilhosas massagens!!! A piscina com vista para o mar. A atenção à ecologia, o respeito pelo ambiente, a aposta na sustentabilidade. Nada aqui foi deixado ao acaso e nada disto passa despercebido. Fabuloso! O Restaurante Jangada é imperdível: pizzas, pratos, sobremesas, sangria - difícil só a escolha!

O local é único, esmagador, brutal, incrível, quer no inverno quer no verão, simplesmente excelente, hotel bom, acolhedor e empregados muito simpáticos!

Das Appartement und die Lage nahe an der Küste sind wunderbar. Der Spa-Bereich wertete unseren Aufenthalt, kurz vor Weihnachten 2018 wesentlich auf. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist aber das motivierte und stets hilfsbereite und vor allem freundliche Team.

So peaceful and tranquil here. Our apartment was huge!!! In fact it was too big for the three of us. I liked the restaurant too and was convenient to get to the beach. The pool is indoor/outdoor so makes it convenient to swim even if it’s a bit chilly.

This hotel is fantastic! The pros: Large, spacious apartments feels more comfortable than a regular hotel ocean view extremely helpful staff - at check-in, they give you a complementary drink from the restaurant, and give you a tour of the premise and show you to your room good location not far from Sintra and on the beach Good restaurant on the ground floor Has a spa with saunas, pool, and massage rooms The cons: none. If I'm being very picky, maybe add a hot tub to the spa and increase spa hours. More details: I stayed here a week ago with my family. We were a party of 5 and we got a HUGE apartment/room overlooking the beach. The apartment is very spacious and does a great job of making you feel at home, instead of a regular hotel feeling. It includes amenities of a modern apartment, including a large living room with couches, a big dining table, kitchen, and 2 huge balconies! The staff was super helpful with all questions about the area, getting places, etc. It was a last minute decision to stay here in order to go see Sintra the following day and we ended up staying an extra night there.

Boas instalações, mas ainda ligeiramente desorganizado em algumas situações (pequeno-almoço, recepção, apresentação das contas).

Excelente opção para quem precise de um alojamento na Ericeira. Apartamentos com excelentes áreas e facilidades. Não falta nada. O restaurante é uma agradável surpresa . Os pequenos almoços não ficam atrás. A piscina é interior mas aberta para o relvado, tem uma vista fantástica sobre o mar e fica colada ao restaurante, o que ao jantar dá um look fantástico. A água por ser aquecida de forma ecológica não me pareceu muito quente. Bom parque de estacionamento coberto. Quanto ao serviço é bom, mas por ser recente terá que melhorar a forma como os clientes são atendidos por parte de alguns empregados. Mas no geral é satisfatório.

Gostei mto deste lugar. Estava dentro de hotel, praticamente. A recepção foi boa, o valor tbm, e estava próximo da prata tbm, que é mto bom.

Jangada restaurante é um lugar espectacular para comer a qualquer hora do dia. Os preços são elevados mais vale a pena. Great location for fiber or breakfast at 10 minute walk from Ericiera centre.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet établissement idéalement situé à la sortie de Ericeira, au dessus de la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et l’établissement vient d’ouvrir avec l’avantage du neuf : Tout est au goût du jour, équipement dernier cri, matériel neuf,etc.. mais aussi ses inconvénients : malfaçons, plus de pression d’eau, matériel mal fixé .. et organisation du travail à affiner .. nous avons attendu que notre chambre soit terminée soit un Check in à 17h30. Attention seulement 2 ou trois chambres ont la vu sur le front de mer, les autres sont exposées nord et n’ont qu’une vue partielle sur l’horizon. Autre point faible : peu de transat au bord de la piscine (10) et la proximité de la route (bruit, odeur d’échappement) Point fort : le restaurant, son équipe et sa carte. On en a Pris pleins les yeux et les papilles : produits d’excellente qualité, saveurs équilibrées, cuissons et assaisonnements parfaitement maîtrisés ..

Located just near the beach (perfect location), the hotel / appartments offer great hospitality and incredible facilities (restaurant, bar, garden, direct access to the beach, heated indoor pool, meeting and events facilities, spa with turkish bath and sauna, fitness center, children's playground, lift, parking, climbing wall). The hotel staff was amazing and guided us throughout our stay. If you're in to Surf and you are connected to the ocean this will be your place. Loved it!

Divinal! Tudo espetacular!

Magnifico aparthotel com vista fabulosa para o mar. A melhor só mesmo a temperatura da sauna é do banho turco que não estavam quentes. Destaco ainda a simpatia do staff.

Such a lovely surprise! We got upgraded to a two bedroom and they let us extend for the same price. The room was sparkling clean, the facilities were high quality and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We want to live there! Will definitely be back soon!

Perfection!!! Suite is spotless,high standard furnitures,sauna,gym. Breakfast is made to order , fresh juices . Resturant with good vibes and local tastes. Staff is polite & proffesional with a good knowlege off the area & Pourtugal.

De los mejores lugares en Portugal sin duda alguna. El hotel es 5 estrellas, 4 se queda corte. Habitaciones enormes (realmente son casas de sueño, en nuestro caso 2 plantas, 3 habitaciones, 3 baños, salón de 60-80 metros, terraza gigante, cocina equipada....BRUTAL) cuidadas, con detalles, 10 estrellas. Personal atento y amable. Restaurante de primera, piscina cubierta todo el año, gimnasio, spa, buen parking, no dar 5 estrellas para este lugar es un delito! Enhorabuena, volveremos!

Immaculate accommodation and an amazing service. We shared a superior room which was enormous. All the furnishings and equipment wer top quality and well maintained down to the finest detail. Staff speak really well and have very good English which was helpful. Great value for money by booking direct. Breakfast was included! It would be nice if the receipt generated from the booking came through quicker and in the language of the guest booking the accommodation. None of this takes away from a 5 star review.

The appartment was more than expected. Very nice archetecture and design, large rooms, clean with several bslconies. The kitchen was great. Indoor parking was very comfortable. Further, the resturant was great for both breakfast and dinner

I've spent there amazing time with my friends. Our apartment was very cosy and spacious. All the places like sauna, pool, etc. were in the use everyday. There was always clean and nice. Also view from the terrace was stunning. It was a really good experience. Would come back.

The whole You and the sea experience exceeded our expectations. We have stayed there as a group of 9 for a week and everything has been perfect right from the start. The apartment itself was huge (including the terrace), stylish and very clean. All the amenities (pool, sauna, Turkish bath, restaurant, gym) were just a pleasure to use, as they were never crowded but very peaceful and high-end. The location was great as well and the view from the terrace was fantastic. 100% recommend.

If the rating was only about service and friendliness of staff, I would give You and the Sea five stars. However, as this was our annual two-week holiday, we had great (and specific) expectations: Expected: Sipping wine whilst staring at the ocean from our balcony which overlooks the beach (as assumed from the internet photos). Reality: Only a few units have a proper ocean view. Our unit was right at the back of the complex with a large balcony facing the apartment complex next to us (and them looking down on our balcony). When looking west over some neigbouring apartments' balconies, a small block of ocean can be seen, though. No gazing over the ocean whilst sipping wine here! Also, the apartments located at the back of the building (especially block 4) are exposed to the neigbouring apartment blocks' and delivery & garbage trucks' noise - sometimes quite early in the morning. Expected: Easy beach access - especially for the kids to do their own thing and not be stuck in the apartment watching Cartoon Network. Reality: The nearest beach (Praia do Sul) is about 500 meters' walk from You and the Sea over a very busy road with no pedestrian crossing close-by. There's no way that you can let children walk to the beach unsupervised. Positives: New and modern facilities. Spacious, well equipped apartments. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Really good restaurant, not cheap but priced in line with the quality of food served. Nice indoor swimming pool for those windy days. Cons: Really noisy when you are in the back part of the building with little to no privacy on your not-overlooking-the-ocean balcony. Swimming pool is quite small and the area becomes crowded quickly on windy days with not enough deck chairs available. Verdict: This property is priced in the premium league range for holiday accommodation. Vacationers in this league have high expectations and many choices. A fine property with lovely staff, but be sure to check whether the place will meet your expectations.

The apartments at You & The Sea are spacious and stunning. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed ambience and excellent food and service. The location is perfect for walking into town and has a great view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our surfing lessons arranged through the hotel and highly recommend this property!

Gezellig en modern hotel met veel accomodaties. Zwembad, sauna, Turks bad, fitness en gameroom. Kamers zijn ruim en goed onderhouden. Er is free wifi die zeer goed werkt en bij elke kamer heb je ook een balkon. Smorgens kan je genieten van een lekker ontbijt waarbij je kan kiezen wat de kok voor je maakt. Savonds kan je uit een uitgebreid assortiment van gerechten kiezen die stuk voor stuk zeer lekker zijn. De openingsuren van de accommodaties zijn wel wat ambetant want het zwembad gaat bv maar om 10u open en is om 6u al dicht. Je kan dus niet zwemmen wanneer je wilt maar los van dat is het nog steeds een tophotel. Een echte aanrader.

Beautiful apartments, nice staff and good prices. Excellent surf beaches are close as well as the beautiful town Ericeira. The experience here are probably as good as it gets around this part of the coastline.
