Positiv: Wunderschönes altes Herrenhaus mit eigener Kapelle, Räume voller Antiquitäten, gefrühstückt würde in einem Raum mit Stuckdecke und Kamin, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber, die uns das Gefühl vermittelten, dass wir willkommen sind, es war wunderschön. Danke an Ines und ihren Mann. Negativ: Gab es nicht.

Local bastante aprazível e contacto directo com a natureza. Um excelente retiro com uma majestosa propriedade rural onde a história persiste com atual conforto e comodidade.

Положительный: Домашняя атмосфера, заботливые и отзывчивые хозяева, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, отличный кофе. Это был наш первый опыт проживания в старинном особняке, мы остались в восторге от атмосферы в целом и возможности прикоснуться к истории (хозяева с любовью хранят мебель, посуду, а также владеют коллекцией книг, некоторым из которых более 300 лет).. Негативный: Отсутствие шумоизоляции (что вполне ожидаемо от здания, которому около 400 лет :)).

Que dire à part allez y les yeux fermés...
Je vais commencer par l'endroit qui est magnifique , calme et reposant.
Ensuite je vous parlerai des hôtes qui sont vraiment adorables. Ils ne se forcent pas, ils sont naturellement gentils et aiment recevoir, cela se ressent. Merci de nous avoir aider pour le péage automatique.
Un plaisir de s'y être rendu 2 nuits.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait.
(Un petit plus : ils parlent tous les deux très bien français)

Positif: Un merveilleux endroit où il est très agréable de séjourner. Maison de caractère, d'une grande propreté et un petit-déjeuner délicieux et varié. Positif: L'accueil de nos hôtes, vraiment exceptionnel et en trés bon Français qui nous ont fait découvrir cette belle demeure et raconté son histoire. Une chambre fonctionnelle, au calme, comme demandé. Une bouteille de Vinho Verde blanc local offert et servi à coté de la piscine qui est un havre de paix avec une belle végétation. Positif: Demeure authentique. C'est ce qu'on recherche. Nous avons eu droit à une visite de pièces privées et surtout de la chapelle, à ma demande. Les propriétaires aiment raconté l'histoire de leur maison et sont très sympathiques. Leur employée Elizabeth est adorable.. Négatif: Prendre un repas sur place mais nous en avons discuté avec les propriétaires et cela leur est impossible de faire restauration. Néanmoins on peut utiliser leur frigo et des tables sont à disposition..

Non sono stati operati eccessivi stravolgimenti all' impianto architettonico, per cui è senz'altro possibile trovare sistemazioni più funzionali, se è ciò che si desidera. Difficilmente, però, si può ottenere di più in termini di autenticità e suggestione. È un luogo in cui il tempo scorre più lento. I proprietari, Ines e José Maria, manifestano una gentilezza e una signorilità di tempi lontani. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, che offre senz'altro un'ulteriore opportunità di trascorrere una giornata in pieno relax. Positive: The place is magic. Inês and the husband are lovely hosts. We felt so welcome. The mansion-house is something I have never seen: so full of history, details and a magic atmosphere. Every single detail brings you back in time and when the place was built more than 400 years ago. From the first floor, where our suit was, you can literally walk to the other side of the house passing from a little inside bridge from where you can see the little family Chapel. Breakfast was great and full of choices and we had it outside in the courtyard. The place generally is full of peace and calm. We stayed one night and were able to recharge the batteries, relax in the nice pool and switch off. This will be our favourite retreat when visiting Portugal in coming years.. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The place is amazing with its history, cozy & charming atmosphere. On top super friendly & helpful staff/family who makes you feel like home & royal at the same time. We fell in love with the place so much that we decided to stay for an extra night on our road trip. Perfect hidden gem for all. Positivo: de tudo….a casa é linda e está bem conservada, a localização é excelente, perto da cidade mas com a calma e a quietude que procurávamos. o pequeno almoço é excelente, variedade e acima de tudo qualidade. a zona da piscina é uma maravilha. mas, o melhor de tudo, são os anfitriões, maravilhosos em tudo e que nos fazem não querer sair mais de lá (fomos para um noite, ficamos duas e so não foram mais porque não podia mesmo ser) é certo que voltaremos :) Ana&Rui. Positive: Very nice historical house. Very nice and efficient staff. Nice pool. Nice bed and WC. large room. Good breakfast and the staff made an effort to provide Vegan options. The house is very interesting, the grounds are very agreeable with trees and grape vine trellis around the pool. Parking space available.. Negative: Does not have Ar conditioning (but the house is not very hot and they provide a fan). Does not have TV in the rooms, only one in the dinning room..

Positief: Het ontbijt is geweldig. Het wordt geserveerd in een prachtige eetkamer met o.a. net gebakken cake, warm uit de oven. Je ochtend begint hier met een feestje. De kamers zijn ook erg mooi en sfeervol ingericht en met een goed bed.. Negatief: Niets.

Olimme Outeiro Tuias-Manor housessa 21.6-24.6 välisen ajan..emmekä pettyneet.Paikka oli todella upea ja huokui vanhaa aikaa..Vanha viinitila oli muutettu pieneksi isäntäperheen pitämäksi hotelliksi..Sellainen vilpitön ja huolehtiva vastaanotto ja se ystävällisyys jollaista ei ole tullut vastaan..Talon huoneet voisivat kertoa menneestä satojen vuosien historiasta..isäntäperheen ollessa 11 polvi herättää kunnoitusta..
Aamiainen joka sisältyi hintaan oli maittava ja siitä ei mitään puuttunut,runsas se oli.Lapsille iso piha alue ja uima allas lisäsi viihtyvyyttä.Tämän paikan pitää ensin joku löytää,suomalaisia ei ole ennen ollut..
Marco de Canavas on 5 min päässä autolla ajettaessa ja sieltä löytyy kaikki..Itse Douron laakso on sinällään nähtävyys.
Porton lentokentältä on 45 min matkaa,navilla ei voi ajaa väärin.
Sellainen tunne tuli kun lähdimme isäntä perheen saattelemana,tänne pitää tulla toistekkin.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a wonderful stay. We met the whole family and they are extremely kind. They welcomed us warmheartedly, were flexible and gave us lots of great recommendations. The house is really special and so are the owners. We loved it. It is great for anyone who enjoys a unique stay and does not want to stay in a commercial hotel.

Ein wunderschönes B&B mit Pool und Garten in einem alten Herrenhaus mit eigener Kapelle. Die Gastgeber sind extrem nett. Wir saßen unter den alten Platanen, da haben eine kalte Flasche Vinho Verse aus dem Ort gebracht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinem Balkon.

Hier kümmert man sich wirklich um den Gast.
Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer in einem altehrwürdigen Anwesen.
Zum Frühstück gab es u.a. hausgemachte Marmeladen, Kuchen und Limonade.

In a word? Unbelievable. Unglaublich. Inacreditável. απίστευτος. Simply putting a 5/5 on my experience here doesn't do it justice. I've visited Casa do Outeiro several times, each time returning with more people in order to share this unique property, steeped in history, charm, and Portuguese hospitality with them. It's easy to get to from Porto (approx. 45 minutes via car or an hour or so via train) and it's worth booking 2 days at least (you won't want to be rushed). The surrounding local offers horse back riding lessons via Escola Agricola, incredible boat tours along the Douro River, and sensational wine cellars. Value for money is through the roof and the hosts are some of the best in the business. Thanks to Jose Maria and Ines for such a wonderful time, each better than the one before.

I stayed at the house for an extended weekend with some friends and it was fantastic! The house is beautiful with truly amazing hosts! I felt like I was visiting family and spent all the days eating delicious food and relaxing. A truly perfect destination for a nice romantic weekend or a fabulous occasion as the location has a beautiful venue for bigger gatherings.
For breakfast we had freshly baked croissants with homemade jam and it was delish!

Booked on Airbnb. Lovely personal hosts. Good place for a family, they seem to be ready to host also babies. We also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh OJ and fruit.
