We had a relaxing stay in room 104. It comes with a bigger balcony ( deckchair+2 chairs) and is facing the ocean sidewise. Afternoon and evening sun, less windy. Great to sit on. During our stay end of May wasn't a single deckchair out at the beach!!! We were the lucky ones.
For check in you need to stop/ unload in front of the hotel, fetching the access card for the garage at Praia hotel( 10/15min walk) and walk back. You have to do this every time you take the car out of the garage!!!! A bit annoying. But at least they provide parking.
The room had a good size, big wardrobe and comfy beds. Bathroom was ok, we could turn around. Very clean and huge towels. At day time a lot is going on outside-remember first beach row. Nighttime was very calm and quite, sleeping with open window was very ok.
Next door is a nice common living room- facing the ocean. Good for chilly evenings to have a drink.
Breakfast was good. Bread selection, cold cut, cheese, jam and fruit plus yogurt. Juice selection and coffee/ tea.
One evening we had dinner at the restaurant- you get 10% discount- good wine selection. Fish stew is the signature dish, we had squid and sardines. Both very good, a bit underseasoned though.
We can only recommend this hotel

Сантехника хромает)),дверь на балконе... научили закрыть правельно-чтоб ветер через щелочку не дул)), место куда вставляют карточку...для того чтоб свет зажегся-пришлось собрать,иначе он отваливался мне в руку. Люди хорошие доброжелательные.

Great location on main square and steps from sand of beach, seemed like all rooms have a view of ocean. Breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, free parking at another hotel nearby (5 min walk) and loading area near hotel. Would recommend and stay here again.

I booked one night on Hotels.com and decided to stay a second night so booked again on Hotels.com. I had to make payment directly to the hotel. When I checked my credit card statement there was a third night charge. I was still in Nazaré so went to the hotel to see why I was charged a third night. The receptionist said it was for a ‘no show’ for the 2nd night. This is a 16-room hotel!!!! And they cannot see I was booked in? VISA went after the hotel for the refund but I didn’t need the hassle Hotel Mar Bravo. And get rid of your receptionist. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public. She knew I was not a no show and should have resolved this on the spot.

Très déçue. Après avoir attendu ce lieu de détente depuis longtemps voilà que nous tombons sur un soir de carnaval !!!
La direction aurait pu nous avertir qu'il y aurait du bruit jour et toute la nuit !!!
Obligés de partir dormir à sao martinho do porto. ..
Même pas d'excuses. ...
Hôtel à ne pas recommander. Très bruyant !

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in top Lage am Strand. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, mit Blick auf den Strand und Klippen. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und ok. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft immer gerne. Bedingt durch die direkte Lage am Strand und Promenade mit zahlreichen Lokalen, ist der Lärmpegel etwas erhöht. Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum zu hören. Für jemanden der in der Stadt wohnt, wahrscheinlich auch bei offenen Fenster ok. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Great location small hotel nice place. We have a room at the front corner, with great views. Rooms are around 16 m² only, but are very tastefully done.
Breakfast was nice although it was a cold offering (not hot breakfast) The bread and pastries were exceptionally nice

We had an ocean view room and the view was great! The room was however quite small for two people. We arrive there by car and it was not difficult to access and unload our luggage. The parking was free but far from the hotel. Breakfast and the service were decent.

Bel hôtel complètement rénové sur le bord de la plage. Tout est neuf et d’une propreté immaculée. Stationnement souterrain gratuit à 5 minutes de marche. Petit-déjeuner complet et bon. Hautement recommandé!

The location is fabulous, (right across from the beach and less than a 5 min walk to the funicular), the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and it had a nice bathroom which is a big plus!

I think it would have been better to have taken a room with one of the little old ladies down the street for a third the price. The room was small and not worth the price paid. The staff seemed disinterested in their job. Breakfast was fine, and the view was great, but we wouldn’t go back there if we were to return to Nazaré.

Lugar con una bonita decoración pero hasta aquí llego la alegría, carnes demasiado secas, patatas que parecen paja, y arroz basmati ( a saber de que día estaba hecho) mala comida y lentos hasta exasperarme!!! Para rematar un cafécito bien requemado, por si quedo alguna duda para no volver jamás....

In the midst of the covid-19 chaos, while we were trapped in Portugal, we took a bit of time out to self isolate in gorgeous Nazare with a view. This hotel was perfect. We booked one of the side views with the Romance package, but didn't really take advantage of the package (didn't feel like the wine, and they didn't actually offer the breakfast in room option) but the romantic decor made us chuckle, and the view was perfect. However, with a great view comes a lot of street lighting, and while the curtains are block out, they don't quite cover the windows. Just something to note if you need it to be dark to sleep. The ocean sounds were wonderful.
Breakfast was only okay, but the restaurant for dinner was good. Staff were friendly.
We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Very helpful staff, basic simple room but welcoming and clean. No fan in bathroom and a stand in the tub shower not so great. Really didnt like dogs (pets - not necessary companion dogs) being allowed in the property. To top it off they barked the whole time they were left alone in the room.

Très joli restaurant situé juste en face de la mer. Pas mal de choix sur la carte parmis les poissons. La planche de fromage en entrée était très bonne.

Direkt am Meer. Die Straße davor ist eine Einbahnstraße mit wenig Parkplätzen. Das Parkhaus (kostenlos) wird mit einem anderen ca. 5 min entfernten Hotel geteilt. Die Zufahrt ist recht eng.

At first sight wonderful, beautiful, modern rooms. At second glance, unfortunately, how often a handicraft. In the low season we had a side room to the street, which was not the problem. In the evening, a bar or disco nearby played loud music until morning. The windows close badly and the hotel is extremely ring hearing. Who has no "ear protection" with it does not close an eye here! I do not want to imagine how this is in the main season. The breakfast was very tasty, less tasty I found the "half dead" sea animals in the aquarium.

Hotel super bien situé. Vous etes au bord de la plage, des bars, etc. Vous faites tout a pied. Le parking n est pas dans cet hotel. Ce qui vous amene a vous garer devant l hotel, decharger et aller ranger la voiture pour votre sejour car plus besoin par la suite. C est a 5min a pied. Chambre et salle de bain un peu petite mais ca fait l affaire. Petit dej bien. Hotel sympa

Siamo stati accolti da due ragazze alla reception graziose e gentili.

Un buon ristorante sul lungomare, associato a un albergo. Le vongole e i gamberoni erano davvero degni di nota. Le sarde alla griglia erano pure molto saporite, ma alcuni potrebbero trovar faticoso il pulirle dalla spina centrale.

Wir waren nur zum Essen in dem Restaurant. Essen OK. Bedienung gut. Irgendwie allerdings alles etwas lustlos. In meiner Erinnerung habe ich es nicht so gespeichert, dass ich beim nächsten Besuch in Nazare dort wieder einkehre.

This is a great place to stay near the beach on a budget. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast in the morning and the hotel staff are super accommodating and helpful. Would stay again!

gute Lage, gleich am Strand. Auch die Zimmer zur Seite, also mit eingeschränkter Seesicht, sind ok.Wir waren Anfang April 2018 dort, also Vorsaison. Es war kalt, regnerisch ( ca. 10 Grad) und windig.In der Hauptsaison scheint der Ort und Strand total überlaufen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist gut - teuer ist es sowieso überall (für unsere Verhältnisse in D)

Buena estancia para una noche frente a la primera línea de playa: detalle en la llegada de ofrecer zumo de naranja natural (de verdad) y croissant buenísimos.
Reservamos con una oferta por 60€ con desayuno incluido (2017), y la verdad es que es un buen precio por lo que hemos obtenido.
La habitación de tamaño justo, con dos camas, un armario empotrado y un baño muy pequeño (eso es lo que menos me gustó). Aún así, todo limpio, sin moqueta, con colchón cómodo que asegura el descanso y con unas sábanas muy agradables al tacto (y un olor muy agradable). Las toallas de calidad y grandes, lo cual se agradece, y el lavabo nuevo. La ducha es lo que se veía más viejita, pero en todo caso como todo estaba perfectamente limpio, ningún problema.
El desayuno nos ha parecido bueno para la categoría del hotel, y a destacar el zumo natural que ya resulta difícil de encontrar en hoteles de más estrellas. Además, había yogur, fruta natural cortada, cereales, salchichas y huevo revuelto, embutidos, y cómo no, los famosos pasteles de nata en pequeño y croissant buenísimos (esto lo digo porque había leído que el desayuno era malo, pero desde luego no me lo ha parecido y de ahí sacar las fotos).
Por último, el parking es cierto que está en el otro hotel con que cuentan en Nazare, pero está muy cerca y te evita el problema del aparcamiento.

600 m entfernt. Keine gute Wegbeschreibung. Direkt am Strand aber sehr laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Haben für den Strand Handtücher ausgeliehen. Vorsicht ist geboten die Tücher waren voll mit Flöhen. Wurden sehr geplagt.

Relativ kleine Zimmer, neu renoviert, trotz lauter Umgebung bei geschlossenen Fenstern recht ruhig. Liegt sehr zentral, viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. Frühstück ok- mehr nicht. Restaurant ok, aber es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe viel bessere.

Prachtig authentiek Portugees Restaurant met goede keuken, aan de gezellige boulevard aan het mooie strand van Nazarré.

Für 2 Tage waren wir im Hotel Mar Bravo. Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand gelegen, Anfang Mai noch recht ruhig, was in der Hochsaison wohl eher nicht der Fall ist, da die Straße zwischen Hotel und Strand jetzt schon sehr befahren war. Unser Zimmer war hell und schön eingerichtet, das Bad ist allerdings ein bisschen klein geraten, aber alles sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Strand und den Atlantik war bis auf die Plastikstühle ok (passte aber doch irgendwie in das ganze Interieur (Geschmacksache), das Frühstück abwechslungsreich mit gutem Kaffee und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden das Hotel bei einem weiterem Besuch in Nazarè wieder buchen.

Weve traveled the world. Portugal was something special even for the experienced traveler. Hotel has the finest seafood, and thats really saying something for Portugal.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Unseres hatte einen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick sowie mit Blick auf das oberhalb gelegene Sitio, den dorthin führenden Aufzug und das die Bucht abschließende Fort S. Miguel mit Leuchtturm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Im Restaurant erhalten Hotelgäste einen Rabatt.

Habitación correcta, trató muy bueno, pero el parking está lejos; lo que es algo incómodo y el desayuno deja bastante que desear, pero aun así la habitación muy bien t las vistas increíbles.

Mar Bravo war Perfekt für unseren kurztrip !Check in und Check ist verlief reibungslos. Mit dem Essen im Restaurant waren wir auch zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt zur Zeit in einer mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichenden Umgebung. Die Zufahrt Strassen werden neu gemacht. Im grossen und ganzen ist das Hotel und das Frühstück ok.

chambre très petite, pas de balconhôtel très bruyant, aussi bien vis à vis de lextérieur (mais cest lié à sa localisation) quà lintérieur (ascenseur)

Das Hotel liegt in erster Reihe direkt am Strand und hatte - jedenfalls von unserem Zimmer aus - direkten Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Fön, dieser wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage gebracht. Leider handelte es sich um ein Model ohne Feinfilter, so dass er die Haare meiner Freundin gefressen hat; daher hier eine leichte Abwertung. Die Zimmer waren ansonsten stets sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt und nicht groß, aber dafür sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung und entsprach dem Standard, den man in Portugal wohl in allen Mittelklassehotels bekommt - allerdings ist der nicht gerade hoch...

Schönes Hotel für Ausflüge in die Umgebung Alcobazar Batalha und Tomar. Das Restaurant ist super!Jeder de Fisch mag sollte hier mal essen.

Perfect location. Free parking at another hotel but that was not a problem. Very nice stay, could have stayed longer!

The location is wonderful. There is some noise from the street, but this is to be expected. The windows are modern and muffle the sound. The city has some excellent restaurants - fish and clams.
