Terrible lounge. When we got there there was very limited food: ice cold croquettes, some salad remnants but no forks, etc. I kept thinking the food would be replenished over the next hour and a half but nope. When I left there was literally no food, yet they were still accepting payment for people to enter. The food selection was bad anyway, with white bread cheese sandwiches and soggy salads. The alcohol was mostly empty. Sad since it's the only option at this airport.

Booked this lounge for a late flight, was in no way informed that they close at 23h. Only after dropping my bags and arriving at the lounge reception at 22h30, I was informed of the close time, also, that no food was left. If you're handling late night flights, you should be serving your customers during those hours.

This is quite a small airport lounge but comfortable and the facilities are good. The food selection is limited but is good quality and so this is a good place to relax before a flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful and so I always enjoy visiting this lounge whenever I can.

Pretty good size lounge on the upper floor around gate 31 and Sunglass Hut. There's balcony overlooking the gates down below and seatings inside as well. Drinks, snacks etc. Priority Pass accepted with no issue.

Me pareció una sala muy comoda, muy grande, tranquila y con variedad de canapés y bebidas. Baños muy amplios, impresora, copiadora, cargadores. La decoración es moderna; los sillones en muy buen estado.

Excellent site to stay in and relax while waiting for your flight. You can get in if you have a business ticket or by booking a fare of 24 euros, which is worthy considering the prices of food and beverages in the airport.

An ok lounge used mainly by most major airlines flying into Porto. It is also a priority pass lounge. Staff are not the friendlist bunch. Food and beverage offerings are ok. Nice for a short stay to relax or get some work done before your flight.

It’s a neat little clean lounge. They don’t serve any hot items but whatever snacks they are serving are LOT better than many major lounges in the USA. Even though I didn’t try, their wine and liquor collection was also impressive. Spent there almost half of the day (5:30 am till 7 pm) and was surprised to see that it never got too crowded, there were always seats available. Only wish they could improve 2 things...1: keep the wash/restroom a bit more cleaner & 2: either collect the used plates/glasses frequently from the tables or make a designated area where guests can drop them off for the staff. The whole time we were there, our tables were cleaned only twice...which is little inconvenient as they are little side coffee tables. Otherwise it’s a great place to relax between transits. If you are lucky, you can even get to enjoy live music played in the main floor of the airport for the passengers.

ラウンジとしては平凡です。ただ、ポルトワインが飲めるので1点加算した。

다이너스 카드를 이용해서 들어갔는데 생각보다 제공하는 음식이 많아 놀랬네요. 급은 김해공항의 KAL라운지정도로 보시면 되고요, 특히 여기서 제공해주는 나타(에그 타르트)는 너무 맛있어서 가는길에도 하나 주워서 먹었네요.

The food was gross. I ate something hard in my ham sandwich, and then the meat in the empanada was a cold brick. Pastel de nata was soggy. Wifi wasn’t great. Drink selection was good however. Plenty of seats; enjoyed the seating on the balcony. Ample amount of monitors to view your flight/gate info. Other than that, meh.

Хороший выбор алкогольных и прохладительных напитков, можно ещё раз перед вылетом попробовать пусть не самые лучшие и дорогие, но вполне вкусные марки портвейна. Тарелки с закусками обновляются часто, но они все холодные, возможно из холодильника. Места ожидания удобные, снабжены розетками.

Long waiting at the front desk because of a buyer of voucher and the two (!) ladies did not succeed in establishing. Six persons waiting but no movement. Tables full of used glasses, plates and litter; after one and a half hour someone took away the litter, without cleaning the tables. Food is nearly inexistent be it for some cold fried snacks that only taste good if hot. A very poor lounge for Star Alliance standard!

The one and only VIP lounge in Porto airport. Well organized. Friendly staff. Good food. High speed internet.

The toilets need an upgrade. In over 2h the dishes were never collected and the floor was left crunchy and dirty. They constantly run out of things and they only get re-stocked upon specific requests. Food options a disaster. Nice port selection.

My husband, son in law, and my pregnant daughter went to enjoy the airport lounge before their flight back to Canada on Monday morning, via Air Transat only to arrive home and go to the hospital on Tuesday and all 3 had food poisoning! This is simply not right, people need to know that these public places can be trusted and hygiene is watched and foods are safe to consume! Who ever is in charge... do your job or find another job! Take responsibility. Not a good ending to an otherwise great trip to Portugal

Was there few days ago over 2h the tables next to me and the floor wasn't clean at all. Very litle selection of food only few salty nibbles. Out side salad was removed over 2h I don't think was following healthy and safety rules. Good selection of drinks

Ainda é melhor que o saguão mas os salgados estão frios, imperdoável para um lounge VIP na Europa.

Quite nice. They have a huge selection of wines and port. In addition they have pastries like natas! But sadly they aren't very fresh. Still the food is okay and there are also many non-alcoholic beverages to choose from too.

only this loung in Porto Airport, small with inside and outside seating with selection of food and drink, dont forget if you have an international flight go to lounge before you go to passport control

Reasonably serviceable airport lounge which can get quite busy during the day. There is not much in the way of hot food, but there are some snacks and a reasonable drink menu
