Our stay in Studio 1 at ExtendAll was amazing. Bruno, the host contacted us prior to arriving, even making us feel welcome before we even set foot in the apartment. He met us in the morning and gave us an overview of the main sightseeing highlights in Porto, as well as answering all our queries during our five-stay day. The studio apartment is superb, equipped with all the modern cons and situated right in the middle of all the action taking place in the Ribeira district. The Sao Bento train and metro stations are within walking distance. ExtendAll comes as highly recommended....

We have been there no for the second time. Joao and Bruno are perfect hosts. The studio apartment is perfect. Everything is clean and the furniture is awesome. We will come again. Keep this concept. Near by you will find a lot of place with good food . Thanks for the great time in Porto

Atendimento impecável. Fomos MUITO BEM recebidos e orientados pelo Bruno, que nos ofereceu todo o suporte e acolhimento necessários não somente na entrada, mas durante toda nossa estada na cidade do porto. Probablement l’un des plus beaux endroit où loger à Porto. Un lieu cosi où l’accueil chaleureux rime avec professionnalisme. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de la vieille ville. La chambre est magique et offre tous le luxe d’un grand hôtel. Bravo !

The room we stayed in was fantastic - absolutely massive with a large and super comfortable bed. Because the hotel was designed by architects it had a reall great feel to it, with unique features throughout. The bathroom was also really big with a powerful walk-in shower and the kitchen area was perfect for our needs. Our welcome was lovely with Port and chocolate on arrival.The only downside was the noise - there is currently a building site next door and banging started as early as 7:45 in the week. Similarly, the floors inside the hotel are wooden so noise really travels. On the last day of our stay there was banging from the room above us from 9-11am solid as the cleaners rearranged the room and it honestly felt like a herd of elephants, even with ear plugs in. If you plan on getting up early this wouldnt be a problem whatsoever, but if youre planning on a relaxing lie-in you might be disappointed.

Ich habe es geliebt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es liegt sehr zentral. Die hosts sind total nett. Hausgemachter Wein von einem Host war auch total lecker!
Sehr moderne, hippe, sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Das Bett und die ausziehbare Küche sind der Wahnsinn! Ich komme aufjedenfall wieder!

Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Bruno y su entrega a la hora de hacerle más cómoda la estancia a los huéspedes. La decoración es espectacular, la ubicación es muy buena y la atención muy profesional. Sin duda, para repetir!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The building was very old & full of character. Bruno, the owner is an architect & it really showed in the internal decoration. The apartment was spacious, very well equiped & airey. All amenities were modern & good quality - with every kitchen untencil you could require, plus crockery, coffe machine, microwave & even a washing machine (including washing liquid). The area was beautiful, very steep cobbled streets & amazing restaurants on your doorsteps. We would definitely stay here again. My only thoughs are if you are not able to walk well Porto might be a bit too steep for you - many hills & steps. Porto is well worth a visit.......& dont forget the local Port & wines!

I stayed in the studio with two friends. It was wonderful! We were greeted with a local port tasting and a map with highlights from the neighborhood and greater city area! The studio is beautiful and the views are amazing! I highly recommend staying here!

Positive: Hosts were really responsive to texts about the city and restaurants/attractions. Lovely space with comfortable beds and small kitchen which was convenient. Free parking in a surface lot steps away. Great location!. Negative: Would have liked to have a common seating area and/or dining chairs.

Positiva: Es un lugar precioso reformado con mucho gusto. El alojamiento tiene una cocina y todo lo que uno puede desear.. Negativa: Personalmente nos faltó que el chico estuviera cuando nos fuimos... y la localización no nos gustó demasiado.
También nos faltó algun tipo de bar o máquina de vending o por el estilo.

Positive: The room was lovely. The best thing however was the greeting on arrival. The host has a map of the city on the wall where travellers have put recommendations of places of interest or places to eat. We had a virtual tour of the city, as well as a glass of port and chocolates on arrival. Very mod con place right in the centre of town.. Negative: Fairly noisy from the loft apartment but this is to be expected in apartments. Did not deter from the fact that this was an excellent place to stay.

Negatywna: Za duży hałas dobiegający z ulicy. Parking darmowy na sąsiednim placu jest bardzo trudno osiągalny - mało miejsca, duży ruch.

긍정적: 이번 여행 중 가장 만족스럽고 완벽한 숙소입니다. 아파트 형태라서 넓고 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있었고, 매니저의 세심한 배려와 완벽하게 커스터마이징된 시설이 인상적이었습니다. 포르투를 다시 방문한다면 무조건 다시 묵을 계획입니다.. 부정적: 바닥이 목재여서 윗층의 소음이 약간 들리는데 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아닙니다.

Атмосфера, чистота , вид из окна, месторасположение, продуманность каждой детали интерьера - всё на высоте!Соседнее заведение Hungry biker - одни из лучших завтраков, что можно найти в Португалии! Great location close to all the sights but just far enough away to feel really local.Fantastic food and drinks at a good price. Bruno our host and a local chap renovated and designed the whole building from the stairs to all the furniture. All very individual and smart not to mention practical.A very warm welcome from Bruno and even a bunch of roses for my wife.All in all a fantastic place and good value.Local guides on trips showed excellent knowlage and passion for Porto and its culture. Would recommend a walking port tour and a Grahams port tasting. Bike hire is a great way to get around too.

Benoit explained us everything we needed to see in Porto at the beginning, with a little glass of Porto & chocolate.The room was very clean, there was everything we needed to have in a room.Plus, the hotel is very charming, with old stone in the wall around the windows. The bathroom is also very convenient with a large shower.In the Kitchen, there was some rice & pasta (no need to go buy foods the first day).I highly recommend this hotel.

Accueil super chaleureux avec petites surprises à la clé. Très propre, hyper fonctionnel, très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût, beaucoup de rangement disponible, salle de bain superbe. Légèrement bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur la rue sinon rue assez calme dans lensemble.Je recommande fortement cet endroit à Porto assez accessible du métro, mais attention aux rue en montée et en pente !!

I do highly recommend this calm and peaceful place for you to sleep and spend at least 3-4 days in Porto
The loft my best friend rented was WAOUH !
Every things was available if you needed.
The hosting and welcoming was more than expected , we get introduced by the owner to the place and what we can find around .
A bit tricky to find a place to park your car , if you do have one , but the owner knows perfectly how to place you to find a place .
The view from the loft is breathtaking and you could at least rent it for 6-7 people .
Please consider this review and go and visit her . She is lovely plus we were welcome by treats , I leave you to guess what !! :)

Stayed here during my stay in Porto last month and I don't have anything bad to say about the place.
The location is pretty central but not so much so that you're bothered by the tourist crowds at all hours of the day. A few minutes down the hill is the Ribeira and the Palacio da Bolsa and a few minutes up the hill is the Torre dos Clerigos and some trendy bars beyond this.
The apartment itself was great. I stayed in Studio 2 which was really minimalist and light but with everything that you need to enjoy your stay in Porto including a fold away kitchen. The apartments are in the mediaeval district of Porto and housed in a beautiful building with an architecture/design studio on the ground floor. Talk to Bruno about the building if you want to hear more about it.
Bruno was the man that welcomed us and helped us through our stay. Whenever he was around he was always filled with enthusiasm for Porto and some great ideas of where to go and what to do. He really made us feel welcome in the city.
