Darren Sharland: As a designer of these places, I would say the space is cute but could do with a little added light and charm... but is streaks ahead of most others in the town. We came in for a lunch and were blown away by the professionalism of service and food. It is the first time in my three years in Portugal that it was done right... each of us received a menu (not the usual share one between everyone), we were given time to go through it and when ready we didn’t call anyone. Udam, our waiter, knew just the moment to come over with attentive & friendly soft service. First came the poppadoms with relishes, then our drinks all ready at the same time, and very soon after, the starters. He let us chat and snack and at the exact moment it seemed like we had finished the food and conversation, he took the plates away. Our main dishes including naan all came out within a minute, at the same time and hot. This might seem obvious to many, but it is a rare delight to have this level of care in the customer experience in Portugal. The food was excellent. Fresh and made with care. Living in Porto, I would come to Nazare just to return to this restaurant. I am not a big foodie, but I pay the premium of eating out to taste something good that I don’t usually make at home in a space that feels welcoming, cosy or interesting with a level of service that leaves me not feeling like something has been missed, forgotten or ignored. Little India ticked all the boxes. We felt right at home here and really were able to relax and catch up with an excellent meal. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

A primeira vez no Ikea e ficou impressionado, gastou 900 dólares e chegou a casa para descobrir que nem tudo está na caixa. Liguei para a linha direta e eles meio que me deram de ombros e foram à loja de novo e os funcionários não foram muito prestativos. Normalmente não faço isso, mas este é o pior serviço de atendimento ao cliente que eu já experimentei. levei 3 dias para ligar e desligar para o número da hotline porque eles dizem que estão sempre ocupados. Não volto a usar. Se você fizer POR FAVOR faça perguntas para fazer bem da primeira vez porque eles não serão de grande ajuda depois de você gastar seu dinheiro.

Fui lá para alugar uma carrinha de carga para mudar alguns móveis. Tirei a minha licença, informações sobre seguros e expliquei as tarifas, então eu estava a caminho. Sem dor. E voltar foi ainda mais rápido. Tive o veículo por quase 3 horas e ainda paguei menos do que o U-haul queria. E para a jovem que trabalha no registo, óptimo trabalho. Capaz de multitarefa e ajudar vários clientes ao mesmo tempo e manteve-se profissional o tempo todo. Manteve a linha em movimento. Aprecio isso.
