Tutto pulito ed in ordine. Sotto all' appartamento si trovavano due ristorantini e a pochi passi il centro di Ribeira. Marta la proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Oporto è da visitare è una cittadina caratteristica e piacevole. Consiglio la struttura.

Positiv: Prima Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Haltestelle für Bus und historische Tram direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurants direkt nebenan.. Negativ: Das Bad war verschimmelt, Flecken an der Decke und in der Dusche. Es roch modrig. Wir fanden es nicht besonders gemütlich.

Positiv: Super, bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist perfekt!!! Marta ist eine nette Vermieterin, sehr unkompliziert bzgl. Ankunftszeiten und flexibel, da sie nebenan arbeitet. Direkt nebenan vegane Community mit hippstiger Stimmung, Live-Musik und günstigen, guten Wein. Portweininstitut ist ums Eck.. Negativ: kein sicherer Parkplatz, portugiesische Großstadtsituation... Die Fotos beschrieben die drei Appartements von Marta, daher keine klare Zuordnung im Vorhinein möglich. Nur zwei Kochplatten und kein Ofen. WLAN ohne Funktion ! ! ! Die Kommentare, dass die Möwen ab 5Uhr so schreien, dass nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken ist, stimmen.

Pozytywna: Wygodny apartament dla 4 osób, czysto, świeża pościel i ręczniki. Właścicielka bardzo uczynna dla gości- bez problemu odebraliśmy klucze wieczorem w dniu przyjazdu i przechowaliśmy bagaże po wymeldowaniu (samolot powrotny mieliśmy w nocy). Wyśmienita lokalizacja dla uwielbiających podziwiać urocze zabytki starego miasta, spacerować promenadą wzdłuż Rio Douro aż do samego Atlantyku, przeprawiać się przez mosty w celu odkrywania Porto, zwiedzać miasto na rowerze (blisko wypożyczania). Doskonała komunikacja regionalnym tramwajem lub autobusami na plaże- dla tych którzy lubią bezkresne wędrówki po piasku i fale oceanu polecam Madalenę. Głodni i spragnieni nie będą daleko szukać- wokół mnóstwo klimatycznych restauracji, stoliczków i lokalnych smaków.
