Le prix est très correct, le petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix, mais si cet hôtel vaut le détour c'est surtout pour venir partager la bonne humeur de la patronne qui saura vous communiquer sa joie de vivre !

Basic, clean lodging with very pleasant woman looking after the hotel. From checking in late after coming from airport, to breakfast and check out, she was there to make sure everything is fine. The hotel wasnt the nicest I have stayed in, the shower was a bit small, but it was everything needed in a hotel stay, with a nice lady keeping things together.

Petit hôtel familial en plein dans le vrai Portugal la patronne parle plusieurs langues dont le français sympathique et plein d informations.

Lolita was an excellent host. She made us feel very comfortable. We really enjoyed talking to her. The hotel had no elevator.

Basic but very acceptable, very clean little 2 star hotel. Met many fellow travellers who stay there regularly. Comfortable bed, good hot shower, room big enough to place your stuff in it. Basic but filling breakfasts. Rubys diner is right next door, also a wine bar and other restaurants just down the road. Lolita runs the place by herself and is a real character. If you get a chance have a peek inside the little church on the plaza next door.

Las fotos de este hotel nada tiene que ver con la realidad. Habitación con humedades, una cama más vieja e incómoda que las de la casa del pueblo de mi abuela. La mampara del baño se me cayó en plena ducha.. Muy mala estancia.
Lo único "pasable" el desayuno. Básico pero bueno.

Habitação simples porém aconchegante. Ambiente limpo e um atendimento na recepção por parte da D. Lolita sem igual. Sinta-se em casa. Atenção apenas ao sino da igreja ao lado que toca das 8Am às 10pm.

I'd really like to know where the good ratings for this place are coming from... The rooms were small and loud, the breakfast wasn't special and the host was annoying. She talks too much and even forced us to leave a positive comment in her guestbook! Never again!!!

Ce petit hôtel est très accessible, la patronne, une très charmante madame, saura vous accueillir, elle parle un très bon français ainsi que l’anglais,.
L’hôtel se situe très près de la côte, à moins de 10 km de Peniche, via une voie rapide.
L’hôtel est en face d’une charmante église, la population locale est comme bien souvent très accueillante, laissez vous tenter par le charme incroyable de cette région.
Les chambres sont propres et au calme. La propriétaire des lieux est vraiment gentille et au petits soins pour vous. Je la remercie infiniment.
Il y a à côté de ce petit hôtel un bar très agréable par ailleurs.
Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Huele muchísimo a humedad, las toallas, sábanas y hasta la ropa de nuestras maletas estaban húmedas. No es fácil aparcar. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien, ellos lo saben pero no parece que vayan a arreglarlo.

Très bel acceuil, la dame charmante et parle français. Nous avons même eu droit à des cours de Portugais. Petit village typiquement Portugais, les gens du village très sympathique.

Hotel acolhedor com boa localização (perto de Peniche). Ficámos no quarto quádruplo, ideal para quem viaja em família e tem crianças. Pequeno almoço com alguma variedade e na companhia da incrível Lolita - a anfitriã.

This is an older hotel located in a small square ion the centre of the town. It is quaint and they provide a small but adequate continental breakfast. The rooms are not roomy but they kept clean and are serviced daily.The hotel is run by a very helpful and seemingly tireless lady who was always available to offer information on the local. There are few restaurants and bars in town offering pretty good quality.The main drawback is the due to the age of the hotel the soundproofing, both internal and external, is not of a modern standard. You will hear pretty much everything happening in the adjoining rooms and corridor and the comings and goings in the square outside the hotel. I was aware of the church bells sounding between 07.00am and 22.00pm, so this did not come as surprise.

This hotel is a convenient place to stop for anyone who has come north along the coast right up to Peniche, and wants to visit Obidos. Spending a night in Serra dEl Rei (the hotel is NOT in Peniche!!) will save you money. The hotels facilities are quite ancient but well maintained, everything is very clean, the continental breakfast is totally adequate, the hostess is a very nice lady. One possible drawback is that a church near the hotel rings its bells till 10 pm and restarts at 7:30 am.

The Hotel is about 15 mins from Obidos one way and 15 mins from Peniche and the coast the other way, so its a good base for day trips. The village is nice but fairly quiet - 2 good restaurants and a nice cafe/pub. The Room size is just adequate and the staff are very helpful. Parking in the village close by is easy. Easy access from the main roads or the freeway.

ao chegar ao local, a recepcionista diz-me que não tinha nenhuma reserva
"a minha patroa é maluca, não tenho aqui nada para si" - foram estas as suas palavras.
considero que este tipo de comportamento reflecte o tipo de profissionalismo e gestão do espaço.
Em suma, não recomendo a experiência a ninguém

Marazul is the perfect place to stay if you want to play golf around the Óbidos/Peniche (Bom Sucesso, Praia D'El Rey, among others) areas without paying massive amounts of money at 5* hotels. The lady Lolita took care of us and was extremely nice. All in all, the breakfast was fresh and had good variety. Wifi is available free of charge. Will come back for sure.

Man muss nicht immer in den Hauptort, die paar Kilometer nach Peniche machten nichts aus, das Hotel war es wert.Nette Führung, immer hilfsbereit.

On our arrival we were welcomed by the manager who is a very friendly and efficient person. Our room was basic but nice, and as it was a cold evening we were given an extra heater to keep the room warm. We could prepare our own food in the hotel guest kitchen, and we could obtain either cooked food or fresh ingedients nearby. We were given good advice on what to see in Peniche and in Obidos both of which are nearby. We spent an enjoyable two days in the area travelling by car and would be happy to return. The breakfast was nice. Modern highways make it easy to reach the hotel which is located in Serra d'El Rei.

Serra DEl Rei ist ein kleiner alter Ort, der bei einem kurzen Rundgang einen gemütlichen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Hotelpension ist klein mit einladendem Empfangs- und Frühstücksraum. Die Leiterin ist sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht, begegnet ihnen aufgeschlossen und sehr warmherzig. Da sie über ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Französisch-Kenntnisse verfügt, konnte sie viele nützliche Hinweise für die geplanten Ausflüge geben. An das Zimmer sollten Gäste allerdings keine allzugroßen Ansprüche stellen.

Clean rooms, a very friendly and helpful owner of the Hotel. You can find a really good restaurant at 2 steps from the Hotel.
