Nonetheless, Margarida (I guess an employee from the property) and the cleaning lady whom took care of the apartment twice during our 5 days stay, were about the best in this place. The apartment was small, bedrooms had no doors. Only two electrical heaters per apartment (no central heat or air conditioner) Bathroom had problems with the toilet; they moved us to another but the brakers kept on tripping all night and we just had to sleep with covers to resist temperatures of 4 degrees C. One of us developed fever and strong coughing, hope it is not serious. By the way, they wanted us to pay in cash before showing us the apartment and said credit card terminal wasn't working. I rejected paying cash. Finally they managed to make the terminal work. I paid the full amount by credit card but they didn't give me an invoice saying they would send it by e-mail. I'm still waiting. The charge was through a company called Vintage Oporto. To communicate with management had to be via SMS or using my cell. Of course all these should've alert us but due to the dates (Dec 29th...specially on the 31st), being in an unknown city, and that they already had my credit card number in a non refundable deal, didn't give me a margin to try to find a different property.

As hipóteses de ser alguém da sua família é o suficiente para a quebrar na primeira sessão. O resultado é que as críticas deles são uma mentira. Eles trocam opiniões positivas por um restinho alto. Se você precisa de móveis este carro, poupe o seu dinheiro e pague os 200 dólares extra. Esses caras são vigaristas.

Fui lá pedir ajuda com uma peça para a minha porta de vidro deslizante e ninguém me ajudava. Nas ferragens o cara era legal, mas não sabia o que eu precisava fazer, apesar de estar mostrando a ele o que eu precisava. O atendimento ao cliente também não sabia o que encomendar e estava me mandando de volta para as ferragens. Se você trabalha em uma loja como esta você deveria ter mais conhecimento sobre os produtos e estar disposto a ajudar as pessoas que precisam dele.
