La comida y el café bien. El servicio pésimo. Pedí un vasito de agua para una pastilla y me sirvieron agua hirviendo. Cuando les dije que sí podía ser fría la señora me dijo que no había agua del grifo fría así que me pusieron una botella de agua. Cuando entré al baño, comprobé al lavarme las manos que si tenían agua fría y cuando salí les comenté que había sido un detalle muy feo... La señora se puso muy agresiva y empezó a amenazarme con llamar a la policía si me movía. No aceptaban tarjeta de crédito y no llevábamos efectivo así que mi madre tuvo que acercarse a un cajero y a mí literalmente me encerró a empujones dentro para que no pudiera salir corriendo, cosa que no iba a hacer en ningún caso. De nuevo continuó con las amenazas de llamar a la policía pese a explicarla que sólo les había dado mi opinión respecto a ese mal trato con sus clientes a lo que ella respondió con una retahíla de insultos hacia los españoles.
Habíamos tenido la suerte de alabar durante todo el viaje la amabilidad de los portugueses, excepto esta mujer sin duda. Agresión verbal y física. Pese a que estaba bueno, no le recomiendo a nadie pasar por este mal rato.

Lovely little place. We got a hot chocolate and asked for it extra thick. It was so thick you could basically turn the cup upside down. So great. And a really nice cookie to dip in it too.

Local tranquilo y familiar en la Rua das Flores.
Nos atendieron muy bien y rápido. Las camareras fueron encantadoras. Recomendamos tomar café + tarta por su calidad y su bajo precio. Si pasas un par de días en Oporto, es recomendable que hagas un desayuno o merienda en la chocolatera. También tiene múltiple variedad de chocolates. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Beautiful place to be in a very nice street. The coffee both on the outside and on the inside has comfortable tables to sit down, have breakfast or lunch and have coffee. I normally visit small places to experiment the flavor of a fresh brewed coffee but this time it was not the case. Prices are good and the environment inside is nice. There's both sweet and salty options to eat but I believe the specialty in Portuguese places are pastries and the typical "Pastel de nata" so most of the places you visit have a very good one and this one didn't dissapoint me at all.

Une serveuse très sympathique et très attentionée!
Au niveau des menus, 2 menus proposés par jour (exemple: QUiche+salade ou lasagne + salade)
Ou bien encore des toast au choix (J'ai opté pour le Chorizo/Mozza)
Le menu brunch est a 10 euros
Le chocolat est excellent !!! On le cure meme avec la petite cuillère a la fin, accompagné le d'un bon pasteis de Nata !

Accueil parfait, nous sommes tombés sur ce petit restaurant par hasard. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter ce petit coin de paradis avec ces magnifiques douceurs et surtout le chocolat chaud qui est à tomber par terre !! Passage obligé au prochain voyage à Porto ! Le brunch est une merveille pour 10€!

Beautiful little Cafe. Highly recommended the quiche for breakfast. My partner had the bacon and eggs (in case you're expecting an English style, it is served as scrambled eggs with bacon through it). It was delecious.

A quite cosy place with a nice outdoor dining area. We had apple cake which was delicious and then we tried the hot chocolate with port wine, which wasn't really for us. It is quite pricy as well so if you don't have to grab a hot chocolate i think there are other cheaper places to grab a cake.

Eher teuer im Vergleich zu anderen, Sandwich klein und sehr ölig. Limonade 2.5€ und sehr wässrig/süß. Sehr kalt drin dadurch dass die Türe nicht richtig zu geht.
Schokolade können wir nicht beurteilen.

Lovely little place, stopped by on a whim as it looked so quaint and pretty and of course, chocolate. Ordered a hot chocolate and cappuccino, and it was a delight to have on a chilly Porto day out on the terrace. If you enjoy chocolatey indulgence in many forms, give this place a try.

Un sitio muy agradable y diferente para desayunar dentro del caos de la ciudad de Oporto en un puente!! Esta en una de las calles mas centricas y tiene mucha variedad. La chica que atiende las mesas es muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, algo que se agradece. Muy recomendable. Repetire en mi siguiente visita!!

I just read hot chocolate and went into this tiny cute shop haha and to my pleasant surprise, I found the hot chocolate the best I ever had! I also decided to get myself a chocolate cake slice which looked appealing and it didn't disappoint me either. It felt like eating a proper homemade chocolate cake, not too sweet not too bland and amazing texture. I had to go back to my Google maps to find this place so that I can save it is how much I liked the cake! :)

I give 2 stars because the girl who attend us was very nice. Compared with Oporto its super expensive, we ordered 2 breakfasts and coffee's, 14e aprox!! Pardon but a scrumble egg with bits of bacon and 2 pieces of non toasted bread.. so expensive. Oh, and the order was a way slow...

Great little cafe with homemade desserts and the best hot chocolate. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Will come back here. Ignore past reviews, we had a great experience and food was delicious.

We found this address in our travel guide. We ate the lasagna lunch menu: the taste was fine, the price more than fair, but the lasagna was clearly only warmed up in the microwave resulting in a cold lasagna after a few minutes. The chocolate milk for dessert made it al good and is definitely worth a stop!

Cosy café, with the most delicious hot chocolate we've ever had. Friendly staff and calm atmosphere - it was full but didnt feel noisy or crowded. We enjoyed escaping the rain here for 25 minutes. We would definitely return.

Um sítio com bom aspeto , bonito , para repousar para um bom café com chocolate . Mas com atendimento muito fraco , com difícil vontade de voltar . Infelizmente .

Las empleadas con mala cara, parece que te lo están regalando. Lo bueno viene cuando pides el ticket para saber que has roto, tienen que avisar a la jefa, que primero te exige que pagues para dartele. Resultado 2 cafés con leche malos y una tostada de mantequilla incomestible 5,70€, por cierto tampoco tenían mermelada. Un lugar para no volver.

Be careful this place is a tourist trap. Teriblle service slow and not friendly, not even one smile. Some tables were dirty when we enter, and even after we sat next to one of them, the waiter didn't take the used dishes, and didn't clean the table. We just moved the dishes to another dirty table. It took 45 minutes for a tiny small pie to get to the table and another 10 minutes for the toast, we couldn't eat together because of that. The prices were outrageous.

Het eten is ok, maar heel spijtig dat ze tegen de klant Engels blijven spreken als hij tegen het personeel Portugees blijft spreken. En dan hebben ze nog het lef om tegen elkaar te roddellen over die klant terwijl ze weten dat die hun verstaat.
The meal is ok, but it's very unfortunate they stay speaking English to the client, when the client speaks Portuguese. And than talk together about tbia client when they know that the client understand their language.
Os pratos são ok, mas infelizmente é que as empregadas falam inglês, quando o cliente fala português. Então, falam-se do cliente quando elas sabem que o cliente compreende português.

Muy rico todo, fui por recomendación y el chocolate caliente lo encontré muy dulce, demasiado azúcar, le pongo un 5 sobre 10... Es muy pequeñín y si quieres desayunar o merendar debes madrugar, ya que tienen muy pocas mesas y se llena en seguida.
Las tartas ricas, pero el bizcocho de caramelo no es la Bomba como decían... El lavabo estaba muy sucio y olía mal, si es un sitio que pasa tanta gente, deberían tenerlo en cuenta, y limpiarlos varias veces al día.
Creo q los lavabos son como los zapatos de las personas, hablan mucho de ellos sin conocerlos....

Excelente lugar para ir a desayunar, merendar o tomar un brunch. En nuestro caso fuimos a desayunar, dulce y salado. Las tostas son espectaculares y las tartas estan de muerte!! Sobre todo la de zanahoria. El lugar es pequeño pero super acogedor. Es parada obligada en la calle das flores. Un excelente!!

Es war ein sehr heißer Nachmittag in Porto und wir haben draußen im Schatten gesessen. Es stehen nur 4 kleine Tische draußen: 2 in der Sonne und 2 im Schatten - gilt für 16 Uhr. Ich hatte Quiche mit Salat - war lecker und günstig. Nette Bedienung. In der ruhigen Straße konnte man Straßenmusikern lauschen und andere Künstler sehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Very bad service here. They charge to use the bathroom and the manager lady (very rude) did not inform me of this before I went in to take my toddler to the bathroom. We had already planned to stay for lunch but she made a point to make us feel unwelcome the rest of the time. It was bad vibes all around. In all of Portugal, for the 2 weeks we were there, this was the only time I felt uncomfortable. The Portuguese people are so friendly! Shame on her.

Der Cappuccino war ziemlich schlecht und für ein kleines Ministück Pizza, was auch nur aufgewärmt wurde 5.50€ zu verlangen fand ich jetzt nicht so toll. Besonders da es für kleine Sachen zum Essen genug günstige Alternativen in der Nähe gibt. Die heiße Schokolade war wieder ganz okay und der Kuchen auch. Dafür kann man den Laden empfehlen, da er auch gemütlich eingerichtet ist.

Service was terrible. I ordered the peanut butter banana praline chocolate toast and they used the worst processed bread and it was just really pathetic. The worst part was one half of the toast had end bread and when I sent it back they weren't willing to make me a new one, had run out of bread and charged me to full price for it. Do not recommend. The owners are awful and the food sucks.

Os melhores chocolates frescos que já comi. O espaço possui algumas mesas para um lanche (delicioso). Gosto muito dos bombons com o café a acompanhar! Possui vários bolos e chocolates. A proprietária é extramamente simpática e atenciosa. Encontrei por acaso e agora vou lá de prepósito!
