Melhor localização e impossível

Very welcoming staff. Clean, spacy and modern (bath)room. Very good location by the river, eventhough it's quite a walk uphill (take a taxi back to the airport ). Nice suprise for New Years Eve.

Super lage und hammer frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sind sehr gut. Was mich persönlich störte war das die matratze langam durch war und das das personal ständig den lift blockiert oder gebraucht hatten so das der kunde öffters warten musste. Heisst aber nicht das ich nicht wieder buchen würde. Haben sich sonst sehr viel mühe gegeben

Excelente. Ubicación perfecta para visitar el centro. Apartamentos grandes y bien equipados, todo perfectamente limpio, ordenado y cuidado. El desayuno genial, todo de primera. El personal magnífico, atentos, educados, hablando varios idiomas y dispuestos a ayudarte. La relación precio prestaciones es muy buena. Sin duda para repetir.

Great location. Large, beautiful room! I gave it 4 stars because the service was not the greatest. We called about parking and they told us to check in and they would help us. Well, you can’t drive to the riverfront and we got stuck on a street with a popup up barricade. In the middle of traffic. They should have directed us to the parking garage that’s 5 minutes away. Would’ve saved us a bunch of stress. If you stay here, get ready for a great stay, but park at one of the many parking lots or garages instead of driving to the hotel first. Also, don’t count on the toothpaste they mention in the guest services book

Hotel com excelente localização em Porto. Quartos bem decorados, café da manhã e bar de frente para o Rio Douro e funcionários atenciosos. Destaque para a funcionária Andreia extremamente simpática e prestativa com ótimas dicas. O wi-fi podia ser melhor, mas todo o resto é muito bom.

We stayed at this boutique apartment hotel for several days, and preferred a back apartment, much quieter! We had delightful views of roof tops, local people's windows and alleys. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. The building is very old, but beautifully restored using a modern theme. Floorboards can be creaky, but that's part of the charm. The hotel is in the tourist part of Ribeira, so in the busy part of the river front. Buskers play/sing their music (mostly good) quite loudly, during the day and into the evening. Lots of cafes and restaurants. So a very lively place. A 5-10minute walk to a laundromat, hop-on hop-off buses, little supermarkets, shops. Walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. Booked a restaurant for us, with a river view, helped us with posting a parcel back to Australia, and gave us good general advice about getting around. Good level of English too. The cleaning staff were fantastic. Friendly, smiling & helpful, everything cleaned beautifully everyday. Breakfasts were simple and fresh, loved the scrambled eggs and pancakes. So good to sit outside in the morning sun overlooking the river and even the dining room was bright & fresh with French doors opening onto the balcony. Great hotel, definitely recommend it.

Très bien, bien placé, vue superbe et terrasse très agréable.

Location was great and the hotel was nice, the front desk staff was very rude, sneaky and unfortunately ruined the entire hotel experience for our party of 4 travelers. English speaking tourists BEWARE if you don't speak Portuguese when dealing with the front desk.

I got Bird pooed in front of the hotel and asked to borrow their bathroom. They told me they do have a bathroom. Which hotel does not have a bathroom?

Gustowny, kameralny, romantyczny hotelik ulokowany tuż nad rzeką. Bardzo ciepły i przyjazny klimat. Miła obsługa. Polecam. Dodatkowo pyszne śniadania. Pokoje są duże, jasne i bardzo czyste.

저는, 객관적이고 보편적인 시선에서 리뷰를 올리고자 합니다. 먼저 단점은, 위치와 내부 구조는 좋았으나 내부 유지 및 관리가 절실히 필요한 아파트호텔이라는 것입니다. 1.필수 인지 사항을 충분히 미리 말해주지 않는다. 2.중간 동을 제외한 별동에서는 보일러 시설이 좋지 않아 조금만 물을 써도 뜨거운 물이 바닥나고 얼음물처럼 차가운 물만 나온다. 3.해결력이 있는 직원들은 뻔뻔하고, 나름 친절한 직원들은 반대로 해결력이 극히 부족하고 알바생의 그 이상도 이하도 아닌 모습을 보인다. 또한 총괄 매니저는 의욕이 없다. 4.가끔 객실에서 지린내가 난다. 그다음 장점은, 강 옆의 아파트호텔로서의 장점과 위생, 식당의 장점입니다. 1. 도루 강을 향한 뷰가 정말 멋지다. 2. 일부 소변 냄새를 제외하면 위생 관리는 잘 되어있다. 3. 아파트호텔 식당이 괜찮고, 식당 직원과 요리사들이 매우 친절하며 투숙객의 요구를 적극 수용한다. 이 리뷰가 모두에게 도움이 되길 바랍니다.

Hotel lindo bem localizado mas com péssima gestão de atendimento. A diretora Andrea não sabe lidar com os hóspedes e os coloca em situação vexatória e humilhante. O hotel não disponibiliza no site e nem nos app dos parceiros informações sobre serviços de recepção com bagagens. Péssimo serviço para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Além de termos sido recebidos com lençóis de cama sujos de sangue ou algo parecido, porta com problemas nas travas e cofre sem funcionar. A gerente Andrea nos colocou em posição vexatória usando de artifícios para defender-se de modo a nos culpar pela falta de informações dos serviços oferecidos e não oferecidos pelo hotel. A gestora é absolutamente deselegante e não trata o hóspede com as cautelas e protocolos de praxe. Cuidado aos hospedarem-se neste hotel enquanto estiver sob essa gestão!

Very nice experience. Lovely apartment with plenty of room to move. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very central location with beautiful view towards the river Douro.

Very nice aparthotel amidst very touristic Ribeira quarter with refurbished rooms, combining historic substance with modern installations. Very cozy if you have the chance to get a front room with view on the Douro River and on the Dom Luiz bridge. Nice breakfast, unfortunately only from 8.00 am on (and even then the buffet is not yet dressed), which is not suited for people staying for business. Very nice and helpful personnel. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Top hint in Porto!

1泊だけだったのがもったいないくらいに、ポルトの町は素晴らしく、またこのホテルは中心地にあり立地もよく外に出たらすぐに広場があり、部屋も広くとても快適でした。

Staying in river bank in the center part or the most visited part of the city is a totally different experience to the others. Please try to sit on the top of the walls of Ribeira (the cafe of the hotel is over there, and there are also a number of dining places to choose). There are wonderful singers, energetic people, and unforgettable sunset. One must feel relax and joyful if s/he sits there for dinner. If it is a couple, it would be very romantic.

Fantastic view from over the river. We loved the juxtaposition of the modern furnishings with the centuries-old stone walls in the room. A special bonus was watching a seagull sitting on her nest on a nearby roof.

The hotel provides excellent river view in the crowded area. The room quality and space are very impressive. It is no doubted that it earns high score from the online booking service. The breakfast is great and we enjoyed the meal pretty well.

Porto river apartments are the perfect escape from bustling Porto. Space was large, clean, and comfortable enough. Quiet when the windows are shut and in the middle of the action when open. This hotel is made for the independent traveler and should be treated more like an apartment. Do not rely on concierge for much for than directions or basic recommendations. There is a small market around the corner for filling the kitchen, uber for car service and restaurants near by.

I've never had my expectations blown away as much as I had with this stellar location and their service. One of the best hotel I've stayed at on the planet without exaggeration.

Must be the hardest bed ever. Great location. Friendly staff and decent breakfast offering. If your staying here for a few nights. Good luck fitting all your items in the closet. It's very limited space. I used a stool as a shelf. :)

Nice little hotel next to Duoro river. Entrance is interior so hard to spot. Interior is very nice and a full kitchen but I wonder why you need one if you only stay for short time and with that price I doubt you stay longer in that place and need to cook.

Aparthotel de 4 estrellas con un diseño muy moderno y algunas habitaciones con vistas sobre el río Duero

Be careful to book this hotel if you don't have an alternative accomodation! We have been in contact several times before arriving and the night before the reception cancelled our confirmed booking on us. We had to leave Porto as similar accomodation was all sold out for the weekend. Will never book this place again.
