Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Tive uma grande ajuda do George no departamento de aluguer. Ele recomendou a ferramenta perfeita para o trabalho e explicou-me porque é que aquele que eu queria arranjar não iria trabalhar para o trabalho. Depois de pegar o lavrador do tamanho que ele recomendou e chegar em casa para ir trabalhar, percebi que ele tinha conhecimento do que eu estava tentando realizar e me deu a recomendação perfeita. Se ele não me tivesse dado a informação que ele me deu, eu não teria conseguido terminar o trabalho com o lavrador do tamanho que eu originalmente queria obter. Obrigado George você tornou meu dia mais fácil!

Fui ao site da Best Buy para encomendar uma tv para recolha na minha loja LOCAL. Através do site, ele fez o meu pedido para a loja Dallas,TX. Eu moro em Montana. Quando eu fui à minha loja local para pegar a TV, o pedido já tinha sido pego no TX. Tenho tentado contactar directamente o serviço de apoio ao cliente Best Buy, a loja de Dallas, sem essa sorte. Este é um processo muito difícil que eu passei uma semana tentando me endireitar e não consegui nada além de um runaround. Quer eu ligue ou use o site, NENHUMA das minhas respostas foi respondida. Os representantes por telefone são rudes e inúteis, tempos de espera ridículos para falar com alguém apenas para ser colocado em espera novamente, porque o sistema automatizado não o envia para o lugar certo. As lojas não atendem os seus telefones para ajudar directamente um cliente. Até esta situação eu sentia que a Best Buy era uma empresa respeitável. Agora eu não vou mais comprar Best Buy online ou na loja. O processo do qual este negócio é gerido não é conveniente para um cliente ter perguntas respondidas, ou capaz de processar devoluções facilmente.
