Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Fiquei muito desapontado! Eles tinham no seu site coisas que eu queria pegar. Quando eu tinha conduzido 1 hora para pegar o item. Eles estavam todos mortos... Tenham cuidado... Eu procurei os itens num portátil normal e eles disseram em stock. Quando verifiquei do meu telefone. Disseram que estavam fora de stock. Eu nunca mais lá irei...

Toda a experiência com Donna e sua equipe foi ótima. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente! São tão fáceis de trabalhar com eles, ouvir tudo o que você diz e ajudar a guiá-lo, se necessário. O trabalho nas peças que tínhamos remodeladas e reabilitadas, uma cómoda de meados do século e uma cadeira datada dos anos 1880, foi maravilhoso. E ainda por cima, a volta ao tempo foi muito mais rápida do que o previsto. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa experiência na Time Treasures. De facto, estamos a ter mais 3 cadeiras de reabastecimento. Elas são um achado e um TESOURO! Obrigado à Donna e à sua equipa!

O pessoal de lá foi bastante útil na localização do item que eu estava procurando. No entanto, o item que eu estava procurando não estava em estoque na época. Encontrar um extensor wifi netgear que não precisa de um aplicativo aparentemente é super difícil de fazer aqui em billings... além de que a loja era incrível. Super limpa e seguindo as diretrizes do CDC.
