Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Não é um bom serviço hoje. Interceptei um gerente a contar grandes histórias sobre o seu almoço. Ele parecia bastante irritado por eu ter pedido 10 pés de cobre de grau L. Por mais que o material te custasse, achas que o velho fuddy se teria oferecido para o levar por mim. A senhora da caixa era outra coisa. Ela provavelmente falou connosco quando subimos. A minha audição é má, com máscaras não tenho hipótese. Ela parecia bastante irritada por eu receber um recibo de papel que ela tinha de me tocar e entregar. Eu não acredito que vou voltar ao Home Depot por um bom tempo!!

Um simpático senhor mais velho disse-me que podia encomendar um Ratchet de combustível 1/4" ou eu podia voltar numa quarta-feira/quinta-feira enquanto ele se esgota. Voltou hoje, numa quinta-feira, uma senhora disse-me: "não carregamos aqueles que eu teria de encomendar". Então continua a encontrá-lo no site deles para encomendá-lo, e agora está tentando me dizer que eles não vendem ferramentas apenas quando o cara há apenas 2 semanas me mostrou no site que eu posso ter ferramentas apenas ou combinadas tanto no combustível quanto no não-combustível. Se ela não quer fazer o seu trabalho, nem sequer me ajuda. Que desperdício do meu tempo. Aqui vou eu no eBay se tiver de esperar pelo envio......
