I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Positiva: El apartamento muy cómodo, pequeñito y con todo lo necesario. Negativa: La situación y el barrio. No estaba muy lejos del centro, pero con las cuestas que hay.... Y el barrio con poca vida a partir de la noche

Positiva: El trato de la propietaria ha sido excelente y el apartamento es tal y como se ve en la foto.

Positive: Landlord was so kind and care of us ! Can feel well. Good viewing and kitchen is nice as well.. Negative: It’s too much cold ! Didn’t sleep well because of just cold even if has a gas heater. And it’s pretty far from center for walking distance

긍정적: 일단 짱이에여.ㅋㅋ혼자간게 조금 아쉬웟는데 친구나 연인끼리오면 더 좋을거4ㅏㅇ아요 부엌도 좋았구요 여러사람이면 볼량시장에서 장봐서 해먹어도 좋을듯! ㅎㅎ 날씨가 여기 급히 추워져서 그런지 숙소 공기가 좀 추웠던거말고는 아주 좋았어요. 처음왔을때 영어로 친절하게 설명해주신것도 좋았구요. 욕실에 샤워기가 높이달려있어서 저같은 난쟁이들은 잡기 힘들...ㅋㅋㅋ. 부정적: 숙소가 시내랑은 멀어요. 근데 포르투자체가 다른 도시보가 위험한 구역도 아니고 지하철 3정거장이면 가는 곳이라 접근성이 엄청 안좋은것두 아니에요ㅋㅋㅋ치안이 안좋은 지역도 아니라서 전 괜찮았어요. ㅎㅎㅎ

Positiv: Parkplatz direkt neben der Unterkunft in der Tiefgarage. Stadtkern bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (15min.) Super Angebot an Frühstückbars. Metro direkt um die Ecke.

Positif: Confort,calme et proximité du centre. Accueil très sympathique. Ce que nous avons apprécié également c'est l'indépendance que nous avons en logeant dans ce type d'établissement . Nous pouvons prendre le petit-déjeuner à n'importe quelle heure, aller et venir comme nous voulons etc.... Négatif: Le parking très étroit

Positif: L'emplacement géographique et la sécurité de l'immeuble et de son parking et sa propreté.. Négatif: La chambre sur la rue très bruyante malgré la très bonne isolation mise en place.

Positif: La réception par Maria ,l'appartement super bien situé pour visiter la ville. Négatif: Le coin cuisine avec plus d'ustensiles pour cuisiner même si dans Porto l'on mange pour trés peu cher

Positiv: Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und informative Gastgeberin. Die Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß erreichbar (15-20 Min); während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes haben wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gar nicht benutzt. Das Auto kann man in hauseigener Tiefgarage abstellen.. Negativ: Das Bett war für uns etwas zu hart, aber dies ist die subjektive Empfindung.

Positivo: D. Maria muito simpática e prestável. Estacionamento privado disponível. Apartamento espaçoso e muito confortavel. Transportes publicos muito proximos.. Negativo: Apesar de central, falta comercio nas proxmidades, pelo menos uma pastelaria. Tem um cafe mesmo em frente mas que abre muito tarde para o pequeno-almoço (10h).

Positiv: Maria war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, Sie hatte hilfreiche Infos zur Stadt und zur Metro, auch wo man essen gehen konnte wusste sie. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Zimmer waren sauber und es war ausreichend Platz. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug um bequem sein Gepäck in das Apartment zu bringen. Der weg zur Metro beträgt 5 Minuten und zur Hauptstation Trindade rund 10 Minuten, von da aus kann man alles sehr bequem erreichen und die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man nicht direkt mit dem Ticketautomaten zurecht kommt.. Negativ: Der Komfort des Bettes.

Positief: Het appartement is wat ons betreft ideaal gelegen. Op minder dan 5 min zit je op de metro richting centrum en zelfs te voet is het centrum zeer dichtbij. Maria, de eigenares, is zeer behulpzaam. Wij zaten aan de achterkant, waardoor het uitzicht leuk was.

Positiu: El llit era còmode. La dutxa gran. La cuina ben equipada tot i que per menjar hi havia una barra i a mi em resulta més còmode una taula amb cadires normals. Negatiu: Falten accessoris per penjar la tovallola de mà i el paper higiènic.El balcó del apartament dona just a sobre d'un cementiri antic. A mi no em fa res però s'hauria d'informar perquè hi ha gent a qui li pot resultar desagradable.

Positivo: A localização e o apartamento são muito bons. O esquema também me agradou bastante: a proprietária recebe a gente, explica tudo, nos deixa as chaves e ficamos como donos do apartamento, tudo sob a nossa responsabilidade. Achei muito prático e ótimo.

Positivo: Perto do centro. Apartamento impecável. Simpatia da senhora Maria, que bem sabe receber os hóspedes.. Negativo: Um pouco de claridade no quarto pela manhã.

긍정적: 생각보단 다운타운에서 멀지않았고 적당한거리였고 큰슈퍼마켓이 가까이 있어 편리했다 인터넷카폐가 근처에 있어 컴퓨터 쓰는데 유용했다 하지만 속도가 느림. 지하철역과 기차역도 가까운편이다 호스트가 최선을 다해 도와준점 기쁘게 생각한다. 부정적: 약간 비탈길이라서 걷는데 조금 힘들다 밤에 늦게 귀가하기엔 부담스러웠다

Положительный: Просторный апартаменты с полноценной кухней и достаточный набором посуды. Апартамент сосотоят из 2 комнат - кухня-гостиная и спальня. Хозяйка Мария - очень доброжелательнвй человек. При необходимости помогала во всем. Подземны паркип. Негативный: Нет стиральной машины, оплата тольно наличными.
