Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Não sei se foi só hoje, mas esperar quase 30 minutos na fila para a recolha na calçada. A mulher teve de perguntar o meu nome e número de encomenda 3 vezes. Vou tentar uma loja diferente da próxima vez. Espero que eles tenham um sistema ou pessoal melhor. Feliz por estarem aqui, mas se alguma vez houve um tempo para serem pontuais e eficientes... E nem sequer estão a fazer sem contacto.

O meu vendedor, Dewayne Swasey, é o melhor! Durante estes tempos difíceis que estamos passando, ele tornou tão fácil para mim ter feito minhas compras sem sair de casa. Meu marido e eu temos feito negócios com P.C Richard por anos e ele é o vendedor mais educado e honesto que já encontramos.

Pode ser injusto julgar o atendimento ao cliente por uma experiência... mas na verdade, TODAS as vezes que liguei para QUALQUER loja, na verdade conseguir alguém para atender o telefone foi apenas o primeiro problema. Esperei por mais de 20 minutos, e quando alguém realmente respondeu, a pessoa (um orador não nativo, que era um pouco difícil de entender, e provavelmente também não me entendeu), transferiu-me para outro departamento... na sede, e esse número me manteve em espera por mais 30 minutos, deu-me algumas opções para me juntar a um programa de aconselhamento doméstico (e a minha pergunta não era sobre um produto doméstico).... assim, depois de 50 minutos, outra pessoa transferiu-me para serviços comerciais, onde fui colocado em espera novamente! Depois de mais 10 minutos, um consultor de negócios transferiu-me para uma equipa de aconselhamento de produtos. Após a transferência, foi-me pedido para fazer uma pesquisa...e depois desligaram! Depois de mais de uma hora, eu nunca mais consegui falar com ninguém!
