Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Achei que a sua selecção na loja estava um pouco em falta, especialmente ao comparar o seu inventário com o que era oferecido pela sua loja on-line. Muito decepcionante. No entanto, os caixas e o pessoal auxiliar eram muito conhecedores, prestativos e corteses. Foram eles que fizeram da minha visita uma visita agradável.

Tenho sido um utilizador satisfeito de uma Electrolux durante décadas. Recentemente, decidimos comprar um substituto para o nosso azul claro com mais de 10 anos de idade. O desenho vertical actual tem um acabamento preto, que eu notei que deixaria um resíduo de linha preta nos rodapés ao aspirar paralelamente à parede. Contactei a loja e o fabricante para obter ideias de como limpar os rodapés, e não encontrei um único produto que remova os resíduos com segurança. Isto é muito decepcionante para um produto tão caro como estes aspiradores, pois esta falha de design deveria ter sido detectada pelo fabricante. Quando contactei esta loja com as minhas preocupações, o vendedor tentou convencer-me de que a risca era porque eu tenho rodapés de plástico (o que eu não tenho) - depois de inicialmente negar com firmeza que havia alguma forma de o aspirador poder estar a deixar o resíduo. Embora eu acredite que a Electrolux faz um bom produto, eu nunca teria comprado um aspirador sabendo que, embora limpasse o chão, também iria danificar permanentemente os meus rodapés de madeira. Por favor tenha isto em mente se comprar um modelo da máquina com acabamento preto.
