Pedro Silva: I lived in a studio in Mezzanine Students House. The studio(s) are apart from the rest of the house, so you have some more privacy. It is not a huge space, but but you have everything you need for your daily life. The backyard (that is situated between the house and the studios) is amazing. And it is a good place for people in the house and studios interact with each other. The Students House location is good, since it is not very far from downtown, but also, really close to the subway. Alexandra, who is part of the management, is very helpful, always available to chat and to fix any reported issues. It was also nice to meet, chat and have a drink with the other residents.

tin rezek: The rooms are clean well maintained, they are new but you can clearly see that the landlords are taking good care of them. The cleaning ladies were nice, but I loved the relation that I made with the owners. They are very nice people, helped me with everything that I asked of them and I am very thankful for a great experience they provided me during my stay. I would recommend anyone that is searching for a place in Porto to stay at Roof residence just on the kindness of the owners. It is near the Norte shopping center which has everything you need and by the Metro it is a quick trip to the city center. Thank you Diogo and Manuel again!

Esperei mais de 45 minutos para que alguém me viesse ajudar a cortar as prateleiras com arame. Pedi à central de atendimento ao cliente principal para chamar alguém várias vezes, mas eles nem sabiam se alguém estava trabalhando naquele departamento naquela época, o que mostra a total desorganização e má administração que a loja sofre. Inicialmente, eles mentiram dizendo que a pessoa estava no almoço, depois no intervalo do banheiro, e eventualmente admitiram que não sabiam o que estava acontecendo. Depois de 45 minutos e alguns clientes pedindo assistência, ninguém apareceu e decidimos sair. Olhando em volta, vi que eu não era o único cliente sem rumo à espera de alguém para vir ajudar, apesar dos numerosos trabalhadores que andavam por aí e passavam o dinheiro.

Normalmente, quando entro na Best Buy, um representante aparece num instante para me perguntar se encontrei o que eu precisava. Hoje não. Eu tinha de ir procurar um representante e ambos disseram que tinham de fazer alguma coisa e que voltariam. Eles nunca voltaram. Acabei indo para a web e comparando críticas em aparelhos de TV. Não havia muitos sets disponíveis nos corredores. Eu peguei um set e fui fazer checkout. O checkout foi muito rápido com apenas uma pessoa na minha frente. Então, as coisas saíram bem, mas parece-me que estava um pouco magro no serviço na loja.
