Très bon accueil en français.. Établissement très propre... kitchenette commune avec en libre service eau, café, thé, whisky, porto.... petit déjeuner simple mais compris.....Situation en plein centre proche de tout pour découvrir cette charmante ville. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Chambre de 2,5m x 2m (justelemplacement du lit)Impossible de ranger les valises. Le petit déjeuner est impossible au delà de 6 personnes en même temps (dans un couloir). Bravo pour lemplacement de lhôtel.

No tiene ascensor. Fundamental hay que subir 3 pisos con las valijas que gracias a la amabilidad de las chicas que atienden la recepción que se subieron y bajaron las tres valijas me quede si no me Iba, destaco esto porque es lo mejor del hotel. Lo demás malo, el velador no queda encendido hay que apretar y sostener el botón lo soltaste y se apaga. Agua en la ducha olvídate, una miseria ni para enjuagarte. Fui a un Hostel en el cual tenía todas las comodidades menos precio. No lo recomiendo.

Very well located. Employees are very kind and it was very clean. Rooms/equipements are as described on the website. My room was one single bed room with a shared bathroom. It was maybe a bit small but not expensive. 5 stars for the value for money and beds which was very confortable.

Netter Empfang am Check-In, Lage des Hotels ist tip top.3er-Zimmer etwas klein geraten, wer aber anspruchslos ist und nur was zum Schlafen sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Das Frühstückangebot ist überschaubar, aber es ist für jeden was dabei.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, personal amable y siempre dispuestos, pero las habitaciones muy chicas que apenas se entraba en el baño y un poco cansador las escaleras. Desayuno correcto y sencillo, y con unas preparaciones especiales por Navidad. Otra cosa rescatable es que se podía utilizar la cocina y comer algunas cosas de Navidad hechas por el hotel en cualquier horario del día sin cargo extra.

Petit hôtel/pension super bien placé. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli et majoritairement en français sil vous plait, après une journée de voyage ça nous a bien arrangé. Un monsieur charmant nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de lhôtel, que le petit déjeuner était offert et laccès à la cuisine ouverte à tous. En prime lhôtel met à la disposition de tous 2 bouteilles de porto dont une qui a 10 ans dâge, et bien cétait bien agréable et très bon, nous navons pas boudé notre plaisir que dy goûter à plusieurs reprises !!La chambre numéro 10 est assez petite et manque de place pour le rangement mais comme nous ny étions que pour dormir on sest arrangé. Petit soucis aussi car il navait pas le double de la clé et on la gardé les 4 jours de notre présence donc pas de ménage fait et jai changé les draps moi-même mais ils ont proposé et quand on a eu besoin de quelque chose on nous la toujours très gentiment donné.Un peu bruyant car la rue pas loin mais avec des boules quies pas de soucis.Nhésitez pas et profitez du lieu et de son emplacement idéal.

Pokój mały ale przytulny. Minus, że w nocy jest tam głośno ze względu na knajpy, ale jedną taką noc da się przeżyć. Plus za możliwość skorzystania z kuchni przed południem.

Great location and free, help yourself Port wine and bottled water. Location is excellent. It's cheap too, but so are the rooms. Overall it provides what you can expect for the price.

The staff were very unfriendly, first mixed the booking and with 2 rooms reservation they provide only 1 room for all my family. And the worst part is that the manager bother us at the room, after midnight, asking about the payment.

O quarto em que ficamos era muito pequeno e en todo o hotel nota-se talvez demasiado o passar dos anos. O atendimento foi bom, mas dadas as condições, tenho dificuldades em chamar-lhe hotel. Pareceu-me mais uma pensão...
Como só estivemos uma noite, acabou por não ser problemático, e tendo em contra de que quem vem conhecer o Porto vai passar grande parte do dia fora, pode-se desculpar, mas tendo empresa conta os preços, esperava mais...

Habitaciones muy anticuadas y pequeñas pero todo muy limpio. Ubicación excelente. Pero los desayunos se sirven en un recinto muy pequeño en el que no cabe todos los huéspedes y hay que desayunar de pie.

Central location and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room is clean but was quite small and not very well maintained. Note: There are no lift so need to carry luggage up the stairs. But the lady serving me was very nice as she helped me to carry my luggage up.

what a bad experience for me in Porto. I have booked and full pay to hotel 10 days before my stay, but when i arrive for check-in, no one can speak English, only a man speak only Portuguese at the reception. after i told him i come for check-in, he make a phone call about 10mn and told me that the room was fulled occupied, so they change me to stay at others hotel and lied to me that other hotel have metro station in front. cuz he barely speak English, so i go with him to other hotel and it about 15mn drive from city center, the metro 20mn walk away. i feel like i've been cheated by them. they just ruin my trip to Porto for the first time. hopefully agoda give them a good penalty. so if you guys wanna book have to check with them clearly, not to have bad experience like me.

Great Location in the heart of the city center friendly staff but the facility needs some improvements. 1 small problem we faced is that theres no elevators since the hotel is so small. But yet I recommend everyone to book it without hesitation.

The staff are very and helpful. The location is fantastic. However, the cleanliness and the facilities are terrible. The room is very small and all inside is old and broken. There is no lift for heavy luggages and accessibility.

Rooms are small but they have everything you need (including TV and A/C) and the location (right next door to the Torre dos Clérigos) makes it easy to find from wherever you are in the city!

I checked in late. The staff didn’t speak English. It was pay at the hotel so I did but the staff asked me to come back to confirm the payment. I came back later and there was another person. they asked me to pay again saying the payment didn’t go through. I showed them my bank confirmation for they payment but They insisted and I had to pay or leave. So I payed again. The rooms have no sound proofing. It’s extremely noisy. Even if someone moves something in any other room you can hear it. But the location is great. Staff next morning was nice and did speak English.

Good day. What level of service and respect are you talking about? Look at the pictures with bed bugs and hair in bed. You charge a lot of money for a low level of service. You respond three months after posting a comment, this already speaks of your service level. You are responding in Portuguese to your guests who do not know Portuguese. Good luck to you. Never again.

Frühstücksraum zu eng, zu wenig Platz. Im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer hat es zuwenig Ablageflächen, sonst war alles in Ordnung.Ideal gelegen, von ueberall sehr gut erreichbar.

Hostal was only adequate. Breakfast was disappointing--only bread, one kind of sliced cheese, weak coffee, no juice, and cornflakes. Kitchen was way too small for more than one person to move around it. It was, however, very convenient to some major sites and they let me leave my bags there, after checkout.

It has a great location close to Sao Bento train station. The staff are lovely and helpful. Free breakfast and free Porto wine for you :-) . However, the quality of rooms and facilities are very low and is not suitable for family and couples. Just for solo traveler in my view.

Die Lage ist genial für Partygänger aber auch für jeden anderen, zentraler geht nicht mehr. Taxis stehen praktisch vor der Haustür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, Bad ebenfalls. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wände in der ersten Etage zumindest aus Pappe zu scheinen sind, etwas störend.

This hotel is really cozy close to the Clerige Church. The room was clean and the personal were really nice. As welcome drink we got wine and some home made liquor which was really delicious..
If I come back again to Porto. I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thanks

優點
1. 臨近Sao Bento火車站及捷運站，交通很方便。
2. 房間滿整潔。
3. 冬天有葉片式電暖爐。
4. 單人房空間滿小，如果是要攤開大行李箱，要稍微挪移房間內的椅子才打得開。
缺點
1. 飯店只能靠樓梯上下，寬度也較窄，抬行李箱到房間會頗費力，櫃台在2樓，房間則是2到4樓。
2. 自Sao Bento火車站到飯店有陡坡，推行李箱會頗費力。
3. Wifi有時會異常，設備有連上Hub，但會連不到網頁，需要把Hub電源重開才能正常。

Braganca Hotel is definitely a budget option. For the price its pretty good. The rooms are small, but clean. The bathroom is shared. The mattresses are super hard, but that was fine for me. There is a kitchen area with a microwave, so you can make your own food if you are really on a budget. There is a staircase and no elevator, which could be hard for some to carry luggage up. The staff were friendly. The hotel is right by the main nightlife, which can be noisy at night.

The location was excellent the room basic but I expected that, no TV - on well I can live without it. WiFi was a bit weak but such is life and I coped. The main thing that influences my opinion is the people and here they were superb and helpful. Free guest coffee, port and food was nice to have and I would say next time Im in the area it will be high on my consideration list.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre , près de la gare, métro, bus. Dans quartier où il y a les restaurants.Personnel sympa.Hôtel et chambre propre.Ma chambre était un peu petite mais le prix est correct. En échange ma chambre donnait sur la rue qui pouvait être bruyante la nuit. Malrgé le bruit je recommande le dernier étage pour la terasse.

Pour notre séjour en couple ce fut parfait ! Emplacement idéal au cœur de Porto à moins de 5min de Sao Bento (métro et trains), au pied du Clérigos (bus nombreuses lignes) et moins de 10min des quais à pied... Hôtel tres sympathique ! Personnel très serviable et comprenant le français et à lécoute de nos demandes et renseignements. Accès à la cuisine de lhôtel (type appartement) avec frigo, micro ondes... café, thé et eau fraîche en libre service. Le plus ? Le Porto de bienvenue D.... Resto au RDC à prix raisonnable mais de toute manière recherchez les cantines ou brasseries locales (souvent dans les petites rues...) qui vous offrent un menu typique (tout inclus) à environ 5€.... Cest courant et très bon !!!

: chambre propre, nettoyée chaque jour. serviettes changées tous les jours.- : porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas du tout, porte fenetre qui ne ferme pas, placard non nettoyé, une seule clé pour 3, personnel peu aimable.

Es un hostal, con ruido en verano (durmiendo con la ventana abierta). La habitación 8 huele mucho a humo de tabaco, aunque el baño no estaba mal. El restaurante en la planta baja, con el mismo nombre del hotel, en la relación calidad/precio.El personal no era amable, pero tampoco desagradable.Fui con niños de 12 y 14 años.

The location was good but there is no lift, the recepsionist was not really friendly...the kitchen has no kettle to make hot water. No water on the dispenser...no tea as promised...some improvement for the service would be good..there were mosquitoes on our first day...however it was ok...the price is good. I would not stay at that hotel for future visit though..

This is not a hotel. It is a hostel masquerading online as a hotel. I had booked two separate rooms. When we arrived the guy at the desk tried to give us just one room saying that we only booked two beds not two separate rooms. After we showed him the email confirmation he pretended to go and call someone in the office and left us waiting. When he came back he still tried to give us one room instead of the two that were booked. After about 30 minutes of waiting he finally relented and gave us our two separate rooms. When we got to our rooms we realized that this was a hostel not a hotel. Each room slept four people on bunk beds with a pull out and a single bed. The bathroom reeked and there was no air conditioning. The only way to get air into the room is to open the balcony door. However, the balcony is connected to other rooms allowing other guest to enter your room if you have not locked it before leaving the room. Its a cheap place to stay but it is not a hotel.

Stay was okay. Room was very small, which is fine, but even with a fan, it was very (VERY) hot in the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Staff was friendly enough and there is a kitchen for basic meals and a fridge/freezer to store food or cool drinks. Decent location as it is fairly close to 2 Metro stations (Sao Bento and Aliados), as well as the Cathedral and the Camino route.

I missed a night I booked because of a flight cancellation that resulted in a 24 hour delay. The man running the place still charged me for even though I stayed an extra night from my booking. Fine. The Wi-Fi didnt work the first two nights, only the morning that we left after I convinced the cleaning lady to restart it. Fine. The hot water didnt work at all and when I asked he said that it does. It doesnt. I asked the cleaning lady again and she said she doesnt know how to it and to ask the guy when he got back. He never came back before checkout. Not ok. The location of course its nice although sometimes the street was loud even at night. Oh and the mornings always began early because the cleaning ladies would chat outside our door every morning. The room was small, tv big, common kitchen nice and large. No one spoke English - I spoke Portuguese. We are a young couple that dont mind small inconveniences that dont usually get bothered by hotel rooms because we are always our and about.

Very conveniently located in the center of Porto. The hotel staff is disorganized. It was small but clean. We were in a tiny room with a third bunk bed; there were only two of us and we had requested a double. It was hard to move around in the room.
