We stayed in "Casa de Gondomil" for 4 days (4 adults with 2 babies). It is a small restored rustic house, very cozy and with all the amenities you need to spend a great stay. The property has many spaces to explore. The pool is great and offers a breathtaking view. We also took great advantage of the kayaks that were made available to us. It makes the trip to the beach of bitetos much faster, and much more pleasant than if you go on car. Also, the fact that they had their own wharf was a bonus, because whenever we did nautical activities (there is a company for that purpose within 5 minutes), we were picked up directly from the house. The hosts are very approachable, and helpful people. It was great listening to some of their stories. In summary, it was the perfect stay for us, as it a balanced place were you can rest, relax and enjoy the douro valley, but also, perform activities like wakeboard, tubes, ski, kayaks, etc.
