Gerard Fleming: This is a normal carpark on both sides of the Rio Tamega bridge. There are no dedicated parking spaces for motorhomes. The spaces are all car sizes except for 7 larger spaces beside the exit. There is no signage but that's where we parked for the night. During the day it was pretty empty but at night we were the only vehicle. During the day you can park under the bridge for shade but during the late evening it's used for car/people meetings and that's why we moved. There are NO services. There are some small bins in the carpark. The town is 5 minutes down the river path towards the Roman bridge, the oldest bridge in Portugal. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from but most close at 7pm. The old town is interesting especially the old ramparts. We had a quiet and peaceful night eventhough some cars and people were talking in the carpark until 1am. There was also some road noise but it didn't bother us. Bugs/Mosquitoes. (They love us..) We did not encounter any mosquitoes here.

Recentemente precisei de substituir um microondas em minha casa. Donnell era um excelente vendedor. Definitivamente, ele não me intimidou para um microondas em particular, o que foi bom. Todo o pessoal era maravilhoso, o cavalheiro Steve que ajudou a levá-lo ao meu carro era muito charmoso e eu saí com um sorriso no rosto. Grande coisa!

Está à procura de um tapete novo? Eu aviso-te... não cometas o mesmo erro que eu cometi! Eu deveria saber pelo terrível serviço que recebi no departamento de piso, mas estou com a cabeça dura. Esperei algumas semanas na instalação do meu tapete novo... removi todos os móveis e o tapete antigo antes dos instaladores chegarem. Os instaladores foram muito rudes e completamente pouco profissionais. Eles exigiram dinheiro extra para completar o trabalho!!!! Senti-me intimidado e encurralado. Tive que perder mais tempo ao telefone com a minha loja local e enquanto o trabalho estava concluído, tenho que questionar a qualidade do trabalho considerando tudo o que aconteceu durante a instalação. Nunca mais vou escolher o depósito de casa para a instalação do pavimento!!
