Ray Chen: This winery experience is what you are hoping for when you book your trip to Duoro Valley! We arrived as their last guests of the year and the owner could not have been more gracious as a host and more amazing with giving us the time and expertise with our wine tasting of 7 wines. It was too cold so we decided to forgo the tour but I'm sure it would have made it even more amazing. Our tasting lasted 2 hours with great advice, tips, education, and moreso just a wonderful sense of the love of wine and people! Pro tip- although they have a space heater, it's best you bundle up. They also only accepted cash on our visit. You'll want to call ahead to ask if that's still the policy. Felicidades!

Nunca se sabe o que vais encontrar. É uma loja mais antiga e algumas coisas podem ser mais lixo que tesouros, mas quase sempre encontramos algo para levar para casa. Eu comprei puzzles, coisas para o quintal, canivetes, cartazes de música ect.... daqui. Se você quiser sair de casa por um tempo, vale a pena parar aqui.

SAIU DO QUARTO E VOLTOU 5 MINUTOS DEPOIS E O QUARTO INTEIRO FOI INUNDADO. CAUSOU DANOS NO VALOR DE $500. ENVIEI AO GERENTE DA LOJA LARANJA DO PORTO A MINHA CONTA DE REPARAÇÃO. ELE DISSE-ME QUE IRIA CONTACTAR O FABRICANTE PARA ME REEMBOLSAR E PASSARAM 6 SEMANAS E ELE RECUSA-SE A DEVOLVER OS MEUS E-MAILS OU OS MEUS TELEFONEMAS.... NÃO DESPERDICE O SEU DINHEIRO NESTE GRANDE NEGÓCIO QUE RECEBI CUSTOU-ME 500 DÓLARES E AGORA NEM SEQUER A CORTESIA DE MOSTRAR QUE ELES ESTÃO POR TRÁS DOS SEUS PRODUTOS.

Os funcionários da loja eram muito simpáticos, mas não tinham conhecimentos actualizados/correctos dos seus departamentos. Fui propositadamente a cada departamento e perguntei a um assoc. de departamento sobre a localização de um item e se cada item podia ser comprado. Eles eram todos amigáveis, mas em 2 departamentos havia um gerente de departamento disponível.
