If you’d like to feel hospitality of the ordinary Portugese people, this is one of the places to go. The owner does not speak English but goes an extra mile to give the best food he has. We stayed in the town for 3 nights and I popped in for espresso and arranged for a dinner later in the evening. It doesn’t have menu so you either ask for meat or fish meal but you get served with started, bowl of salad, generous mains, desserts and wine. The bill is not itemised but rather paid per person and we have paid 15e per person for 3 course meal with wine. Last but not least, views are breathtaking. Felt like we entered hia house and he served the food he had.

Typique. Sympa. Belle vue. Perchée. Bon café et apparemment bonne cuisine.

Sensationeller Blick übers Dourotal. Super gastfreundlich und bemüht! Einfache Hausmannkost, sehr lecker zubereitet. Schlichtes Lokal, da gehen wir heute nochmal hin.

Très bon restaurant les gens sont gentils une vue très belle et ils parlent français nourriture bonne et des très bon vins

Almoços apenas com reserva. Come-se bem, bebe-se bem e o preço é muito em conta. Da varanda, onde se pode almoçar, uma vista deslumbrante.
