Vinho de talha. Um local com muita história, onde podemos provar um vinho produzido da mesma forma desde a época dos antigos romanos, o vinho é produzido em talhas de barro. Após conta com agradável local para um almoço com pratos típicos do Alentejo. Recomendo fortemente!

Experiência única. A Honrado Vineyards é uma empresa que mantém um processo de vinificação ancestral, o vinho feito em talhas. O seu vinho tem aparenta características únicas como o aroma , que não se vêm nos vinhos que consumimos no nosso dia a dia. Aconselho a todos os consumidores a provar o vinho Honrado e a visitar a adega da Honrado Vineyards , Cella Vinaria Antiqua. :D

Um dos lugares mais impressionantes que já visitei. Parece uma cápsula do tempo, uma mistura de museu e uma adega tradicional onde tudo tem uma história por trás. Vale a pena visitar. E não deixe de comer no restaurante ao lado que é da mesma família, eles fazem o melhor porco do Alentejo!

We had an incredible tour and tasting that was so unique! We learned so much about the process of making Tahla wine in giant clay vessels the way the Romans and people from the region have been doing for thousands of years. Honrado Vineyards is a family owned winery and restaurant that carries on these traditional methods of wine-making. Our guide, Claudia, was so helpful, and we learned so much about the culture of Portugal in the process. Apparently a lot of families in the region still make their own Tahla wine to drink with their family! Also, the wine tasting itself was amazing! We tried four wines and along with a whole snack board including fresh bread and jam from their restaurant next door, which we will definitely visit next time we are in the area! The white wine ended up being one of our favorite whites we’ve tried! We usually prefer red wine, but in this process, they actually leave the stems and seeds in during the aging process so it is full of flavor, but still chillable and refreshing. I’m so glad we made time for a winery stop because it ended up being one of the highlights of our whole trip!

Ein wirklich schöner Ort um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Es gibt einen tollen Wein und typisches Essen das frisch zubereitet wird. Auch wenn wir kein Portugiesisch sprechen, wurden wir toll und nett bedient und alle erklärt. Wir waren begeistert.
