Nicole McGeough: Villa looked a lot bigger in the pictures than it did in real life. The area was quiet enough but our rental car windscreen was smashed 5 days into the holiday even though it was parked in a secure safe place and on the last night we were broken into, the man had gained entrance through the patio door behind the sofa so please please make sure you check all windows and doors before going to sleep because I have seen other reviews stating the same thing whilst their stay. It states the check in is 4pm but we were made to go for something to eat and come back because the cleaners had not finished and to make matters worse when we arrived back the cleaners forgot to leave us the keys so we had to wait for a Jet2 rep to arrive with them. The location is good and near some good bars and restaurants but would definitely recommend having a car. The downstairs twin room is infested with ants coming in through the outside door and the patio/swimming pool area is also the same so you need to keep footwear on at all times! For the price we paid I will not be back to this villa, especially after seeing how many times it has been broke into in the exact same way and still nothing has been done to secure the place!

Kay McMahon: The house is lovely - absolutely enormous, more than enough space for two families and within walking distance to local restaurants and various coves. Other beaches are a short drive away. The BBQ area could do with some lighting as it's difficult to cook in the dark. The location is suburban with views of nothing but other houses, & either side of the villa two new huge houses are currently being built. The house managers (Algarve Vacation) charge 2.9% to do literally anything so you end up paying for a service that is ultimately frustrating: we had 2 bathrooms unusable from day 1 due to slow drainage, and we told 3 different people yet nothing was done for our entire stay. They spam you with boat trip emails and even send round a (perfectly lovely) person to try to sell boat trips which I find intrusive and unnecessary (we had no intention of going on a boat trip despite the relentless hard sell).  It cost £12 to get our security deposit returned (despite not breaking anything) due to the 2.9% fee. And I'm still waiting for the change for paying for my welcome hamper as they didn't have any cash when we arrived.

Cuidado necessário. Seus preços não são um negócio especialmente bom, considerando que muitos itens são irregulares, ou têm defeitos. Se você tiver cuidado pode encontrar ofertas OK em algumas marcas, mas eu não as achei abundantes. Pelo menos eles são bons em devoluções, então quando você encontrar um problema depois de chegar em casa, você pode devolver itens.

Que loja espantosa! Realmente gostei muito de fazer compras lá. Comprei uma linda e genuína bolsa de couro e um envoltório de quimono! Quem me dera ter mais dinheiro para gastar. A loja tem precauções especiais para o Covid, higienizador de mãos, máscaras gratuitas e ventiladores de rosto para quando fica muito quente.

Acabei de falar com o Cush (gerente) e outro cavalheiro chamado Maurice. Acabaram de me dizer que tinha de usar uma máscara facial se quisesse entrar e ser atendido. Eu poderia entrar, mas ninguém me ajudaria se eu não usasse uma máscara. Expliquei então que tenho uma condição genética pulmonar e que não deveria usar uma máscara só porque. Tanto Cush e Maurice me disse novamente que não importa sobre a minha condição, sem máscara não há serviço. Cush então sugeriu que eu poderia ir à Internet, fazer a recolha do passeio, ou ele iria às compras para mim. Não sou fã de ser negado o serviço por uma condição que não posso controlar. É uma verdadeira vergonha. Eles perderam um cliente.
