audrey: Overpriced vs the quality of service expected of a 5* resort. - The kids club isn't one. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our kids in the care of the entertainment team, and as far as I could tell no one did. There are cartoons on at all time, so children daring to play with toys are being policed rather than entertained unless actively requested by parents hovering. - the last 3 days of our stay were crammed with noisy revellers presumably because the hotel massively discounted their rooms to not suffer losses towards the end of the season. Meaning that the indoor pool was horrendously crowded and noise throughout the hotel was epic. - the queues to get served at the bar and seated at the restaurant was overly long (even before the invasion, so never ending after that). - Very limited choices in the food, and the only other restaurant served roughly the same thing as the buffet. - There are no views, the hotel overlooks houses and a road. - on the plus side the family room are spacious, functional and well designed. - a good choice of drinks (better than other all inclusive 5*) - The hotel is a 10min walk from 2 beautiful sandy beaches, 20min from the marina and 40min from the old town (Albufeira).

Teresa Stjohn-jeffrey: Felt previous review was a little harsh so have decided to review myself. Just returned from a 2 week holiday at pinhal santo, it is a typically Portuguese villa, lots of dark wood and sparsely furnished but it was huge, extremely comfortable seating in the lounge, one of the largest fridges I've ever seen, the beds weren't particularly comfortable but in England, everyone seems to have pillowtop mattresses which are hard to beat, that said, I slept fine after the first couple of days. The pool does have a leak which the owner is aware of which is why he came by every couple of days to top up, he explained that he hasn't been able to fix it during the season as he has been fully booked but will be sorting it when the season finishes at the end of October. It in no way detracted from our holiday and we used the pool every single day. He was very discreet when he popped by to do pool chores and the villa was lovely and private with huge electronic security gates. The dog that was 'roaming wild' was a small, very friendly dog called bear, who is kept on a long leash at the owners villa which is down the very end (a long way off) of a no entry track on the premises. He unfortunately , occasionally, gets free and rushes up to get a fuss. He was never a problem, never enters the villa, never barked, jumped up or in any way made himself a nuisance. I cannot wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, it is not new or modern but was a fantastic villa for us, not too far from things but far away enough that we could whoop and holler around the pool without bothering anyone.

Se eu pudesse avaliar esta classe, classificaria. Fui comprar uma máquina de lavar roupa, o período das vendas foram apenas sentados a conversar um com o outro. Não havia outros clientes. O serviço era abismal. Eles agiram como se os estivessem a interromper. Quando a interação finalmente aconteceu, o vendedor agiu como se fosse inconveniente e estava lhe fazendo um favor. Eu não recomendaria esta organização seja o que for. Os produtos que eles ofereciam com o mesmo que em qualquer outro lugar a um preço ainda mais caro mais eles curavam para a entrega quando concorrentes como a Best Buy Lowes Home Depot não o fazem! Eles estavam tão fora de linha que compramos a máquina de lavar roupa em Lowes. Quem iria imaginar. Aparelho directo? Irá direcioná-lo imediatamente para fora daquela loja apenas com a atitude

Eu estava completamente frustrado com a minha experiência na loja. Eu entrei para fazer uma compra. Quando cheguei à loja, Darrin (que parecia ser gerente) gritou literalmente para dois funcionários dizendo "ei, pare de falar ali". Volte aqui para o registo". Embora eu aprecie que ele queria garantir que os clientes fossem atendidos de forma eficiente, o tom dele estava completamente fora. Eu fiz uma compra e fui para casa para descobrir que o item não funcionava. Também perguntei a uma funcionária se ela sabia se um item no qual eu estava interessado vinha de uma cor diferente. Ela me disse que não costuma trabalhar nessa área. Ela não se ofereceu para encontrar alguém que o fizesse e também não se ofereceu para verificar online. Então, quando decidi fazer o pedido, eles me levaram de volta aos fundos da loja para fazer o pedido em um balcão onde poderiam colocar o pedido. Porque não podem fazer isto num registo ou na frente de atendimento ao cliente? Além disso, a frente da loja junto aos registos está completamente desorganizada e torna difícil para os clientes saírem pela porta. Definitivamente não é o meu lugar favorito para fazer compras. Eu também fiz uma devolução e eles pediram a minha carteira de motorista para fazer a devolução. Eu tinha meu recibo, então pedir a carteira de motorista não faz sentido para mim. Eles não precisam de todas as minhas informações pessoais.
