audrey: Overpriced vs the quality of service expected of a 5* resort. - The kids club isn't one. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our kids in the care of the entertainment team, and as far as I could tell no one did. There are cartoons on at all time, so children daring to play with toys are being policed rather than entertained unless actively requested by parents hovering. - the last 3 days of our stay were crammed with noisy revellers presumably because the hotel massively discounted their rooms to not suffer losses towards the end of the season. Meaning that the indoor pool was horrendously crowded and noise throughout the hotel was epic. - the queues to get served at the bar and seated at the restaurant was overly long (even before the invasion, so never ending after that). - Very limited choices in the food, and the only other restaurant served roughly the same thing as the buffet. - There are no views, the hotel overlooks houses and a road. - on the plus side the family room are spacious, functional and well designed. - a good choice of drinks (better than other all inclusive 5*) - The hotel is a 10min walk from 2 beautiful sandy beaches, 20min from the marina and 40min from the old town (Albufeira).

Teresa Stjohn-jeffrey: Felt previous review was a little harsh so have decided to review myself. Just returned from a 2 week holiday at pinhal santo, it is a typically Portuguese villa, lots of dark wood and sparsely furnished but it was huge, extremely comfortable seating in the lounge, one of the largest fridges I've ever seen, the beds weren't particularly comfortable but in England, everyone seems to have pillowtop mattresses which are hard to beat, that said, I slept fine after the first couple of days. The pool does have a leak which the owner is aware of which is why he came by every couple of days to top up, he explained that he hasn't been able to fix it during the season as he has been fully booked but will be sorting it when the season finishes at the end of October. It in no way detracted from our holiday and we used the pool every single day. He was very discreet when he popped by to do pool chores and the villa was lovely and private with huge electronic security gates. The dog that was 'roaming wild' was a small, very friendly dog called bear, who is kept on a long leash at the owners villa which is down the very end (a long way off) of a no entry track on the premises. He unfortunately , occasionally, gets free and rushes up to get a fuss. He was never a problem, never enters the villa, never barked, jumped up or in any way made himself a nuisance. I cannot wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, it is not new or modern but was a fantastic villa for us, not too far from things but far away enough that we could whoop and holler around the pool without bothering anyone.

Comprei uma máquina de lavar e secar aqui há mais de 11 anos e nunca tive nenhum problema durante todos esses anos. Quando a minha máquina de secar deixou de aquecer há algumas semanas atrás não podia ser reparada, por isso voltei ao No Stuff para comprar uma nova máquina de secar. O serviço foi tão bom quanto eu me lembro. Eu e a minha mãe fomos e encontrámos uma máquina de secar em menos de 10 minutos. O preço é muito razoável e está a ser instalado em minha casa. Eu sempre voltarei aqui primeiro no futuro quando eu precisar de novos aparelhos ou mobiliário doméstico! Muito obrigado a todos os maravilhosos funcionários e proprietário aqui!!

PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO AO CLIENTE. O meu ferro crocodilo estava sob garantia e partiu-se e queimou-me, por isso contactei a empresa que me disse para lhes enviar o ferro e o recibo e eles iriam substituí-lo. Eles tinham o ferro em sua posse há 4 meses e não fizeram nada a respeito. Eles não respondem por cada troca que eu tive que fazer. Meu dinheiro, meu tempo e meus esforços acabaram sendo inúteis, pois a situação ainda não foi corrigida. O tratamento de um cliente outrora leal é embaraçoso. Eu aconselharia a não comprar seus produtos, pois eles não honram as garantias ou não valorizam o bom atendimento ao cliente.
