Gostei muito da experiencia no hotel..

Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff, near the beach, nice breakfast and got a gift from the hotel!

Overpriced vs the quality of service expected of a 5* resort. - The kids club isn't one. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our kids in the care of the entertainment team, and as far as I could tell no one did. There are cartoons on at all time, so children daring to play with toys are being policed rather than entertained unless actively requested by parents hovering. - the last 3 days of our stay were crammed with noisy revellers presumably because the hotel massively discounted their rooms to not suffer losses towards the end of the season. Meaning that the indoor pool was horrendously crowded and noise throughout the hotel was epic. - the queues to get served at the bar and seated at the restaurant was overly long (even before the invasion, so never ending after that). - Very limited choices in the food, and the only other restaurant served roughly the same thing as the buffet. - There are no views, the hotel overlooks houses and a road. - on the plus side the family room are spacious, functional and well designed. - a good choice of drinks (better than other all inclusive 5*) - The hotel is a 10min walk from 2 beautiful sandy beaches, 20min from the marina and 40min from the old town (Albufeira).

L’endroit est sublime, accès sur plage d’Albufeira juste magnifique. L’hôtel est à première vu digne de ses 5 étoiles seul bémol ; - le ménage , traces marrons sur les murs et le dessus de lit + cheveux dans la douche. Nous avons passé deux nuit et seulement le lit à été changé. Pas les serviettes de bain. Je trouve ça abusé pour le prix que nous avons payé (200e la nuit) - la restauration et notamment les bouteilles d’eau hors de prix (4,5e la bouteille de 1,5l), ok on est sur du 5 étoiles mais tout de même . Sinon piscine et complexe super beau. Personnel sympa également.

Local de boa qualidade para passar uns dias. Boa piscina, e bar da piscina. Restaurante e ementa de boa qualidade.
