Nicole McGeough: Villa looked a lot bigger in the pictures than it did in real life. The area was quiet enough but our rental car windscreen was smashed 5 days into the holiday even though it was parked in a secure safe place and on the last night we were broken into, the man had gained entrance through the patio door behind the sofa so please please make sure you check all windows and doors before going to sleep because I have seen other reviews stating the same thing whilst their stay. It states the check in is 4pm but we were made to go for something to eat and come back because the cleaners had not finished and to make matters worse when we arrived back the cleaners forgot to leave us the keys so we had to wait for a Jet2 rep to arrive with them. The location is good and near some good bars and restaurants but would definitely recommend having a car. The downstairs twin room is infested with ants coming in through the outside door and the patio/swimming pool area is also the same so you need to keep footwear on at all times! For the price we paid I will not be back to this villa, especially after seeing how many times it has been broke into in the exact same way and still nothing has been done to secure the place!

Acabei de ter uma experiência horrível com o departamento de aparelhos. Um careca de óculos. Muito rude quando estávamos a perguntar sobre um certo forno. Ele ficou mais rude quando lhe dissemos que não íamos comprar hoje. Eu queria ver o forno pessoalmente. A resposta dele foi que eu não o podia fazer aparecer por magia. Soooo, parece que vou a baixo! Já estive em vários outros BB&Bs e nunca experimentei um nível de serviço ao cliente como esta loja experimentou. Recebido à medida que entramos, falado enquanto andávamos pela loja, por vezes até mostrei novas odidades aleatórias por um vendedor que está a limpar ou a armazenar prateleiras. Está sempre limpa e os funcionários são sempre úteis.

Entrou para comprar um microondas e um frigorífico de 10 metros cúbicos. Foi-lhes dito que não têm entrega gratuita em artigos da loja. Eu disse bem, desde que alguém me pudesse ajudar a levar o micro-ondas para o meu carro. Depois o vendedor pergunta se vou ter de pôr o frigorífico no chão. Eu disse que você espera que eu carregue um frigorífico de tamanho médio no meu SUV e o leve para casa também? Sim, ele disse. Não, obrigado, eu disse. Agradeço que o Home Depot me lembre porque já não faço lá muitas compras.
