Nicole McGeough: Villa looked a lot bigger in the pictures than it did in real life. The area was quiet enough but our rental car windscreen was smashed 5 days into the holiday even though it was parked in a secure safe place and on the last night we were broken into, the man had gained entrance through the patio door behind the sofa so please please make sure you check all windows and doors before going to sleep because I have seen other reviews stating the same thing whilst their stay. It states the check in is 4pm but we were made to go for something to eat and come back because the cleaners had not finished and to make matters worse when we arrived back the cleaners forgot to leave us the keys so we had to wait for a Jet2 rep to arrive with them. The location is good and near some good bars and restaurants but would definitely recommend having a car. The downstairs twin room is infested with ants coming in through the outside door and the patio/swimming pool area is also the same so you need to keep footwear on at all times! For the price we paid I will not be back to this villa, especially after seeing how many times it has been broke into in the exact same way and still nothing has been done to secure the place!

Tivemos um problema com o nosso congelador e contactámos a Dick Van Dyke Appliance World. Eles nos acompanharam prontamente e cada pessoa com quem lidamos foi profissional. Jim foi a pessoa de serviço que consertou nosso freezer e hoje ele funciona como se fosse novo em folha. Também falei com Dee, a Gerente de Serviços, e ela foi muito prestativa e conhecedora. Ela estava 100% determinada a nos fornecer um serviço superior e conseguiu isso. Recomendo o Dick Van Dyke Appliance World a qualquer pessoa que precise de novos aparelhos ou de assistência em qualquer um deles.

Recentemente foi substituir um telefone avariado porque não era fã da AT&T. Eles oferecem um ótimo atendimento ao cliente, mesmo durante esta pandemia eles me ajudaram a configurar o meu telefone. Quando saí de lá estava mais conhecedor das características do meu telefone, de como cuidar melhor das portas para ajudar a parar os problemas anteriores que estavam ocorrendo com meu telefone, algumas dicas e truques, e um sorriso. Saí de lá sabendo quais seriam as adições na minha conta e nenhum sentimento como se eu tivesse acabado de ser jogado. O melhor serviço de sempre no departamento telefónico.
