Rebecca: Amazing experiences! Dawn Collective Shala, are a group of flowing and flowering, experienced teachers in assistence of life, harmony, mindfulness.. with the best intentions, techniques and love. As a beginner or as a lifelong yogi practitioner, you shouldn't let pass the opportunity to discover this centre perto de Arrifana Beach, if you try any of the classes and events, you will definetly have to come back again!!! ♡

Carole Johnson: Perfect relaxation! A wonderful yoga retreat (even as a beginner), with a superb teacher, Shaini, and vegan food which has never tasted so good. I went with my sister, met lots of interesting people, and felt completely chilled and yet well nourished and stretched out at the end of the 6 days. I cannot recommend highly enough. September is a good month weather wise with warm dry days and cool evenings. We also enjoyed massages (as good as I have ever had), cooking class and mindfulness., as well as walking in the hills and on the beach. What a treat - one of my best holidays ever.
