We had an amazing sea cave tour on the SUPs with Jean-Louis and it was such a great experience and a wonderful time. Whenever you are in Sagres, this is definitely a must.

What a fantastic SUP experience: astonishing scenery and outstanding team! Jean was such a fun, experienced guide. Although it was our first SUP experience, he made us feel at ease and safe, being a great instructor and inspiring us with his enthusiasm. He also deeply knows and cares about the environment and caves. Added bonus: Jean made plenty of photos, which we received at no additional charge. No need to bring your own camera. At the end of the trip, Helena gave us also a yummy, local food festival tipp. In a nutshell: thanks for everything, we’ll be back!

Worth every penny. Took the paddle board cave tour. First time paddle boarding. Scenery was incredible - a corner of Algarve you cannot visit on your own. Kind, professional staff. Teaches you to safely operate paddle boards. Lots of fun!

Jean Louis et Helena sont exceptionnels, accueil et conseils, gentillesse. Ils savent partager les bonnes adresses de Sagres. De retour d'une superbe excursion SUP avec Jean-Louis de SUP Sagres. Une activité géniale sur la côte sud du Portugal, en toute sécurité avec un instructeur qualifié et sympathique parlant anglais, français et portugais. Nous avons visité de magnifiques grottes lors de notre sortie et vu plusieurs poissons et plein d'autres petites bestioles marines. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié que notre sortie se déroule en petit groupe.

Not a recommended neither honest company. I did book waza apartment and had to confirm the booking with 255 Euros with a bank transfer to SUP Sagres. Their cancellation policy is: The reservation canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. On first of April, due to virus alarm, we had to cancel our booking 75 days in advance, as we were confined in our home, but the owner did not abide by his own rules and surprisingly he responded to my booking cancellation request with the following message: Of course we can also refund your deposit but we have to keep 50€. This is the bank transfer fee, the AL administration fee, the accounting fee. Thank you for your understanding." Being this an intraeuropean operation, European banks doesn’t charge any commissions for intra-community bank transfers, and in any case 50 euros is ridiculously high fee, so I feel I was swindled. I will not repeat the experience with SUP Sagres, and will suggest others to be careful when dealing with this company.

We had an absolutely brilliant morning with Jean-Louis our on the water. He was a brilliant instructor, gave great tips and took us to some incredible caves. Going in and out of the little caves was such a fun experience. Also, Helena was very helpful over email and the booking was very easy. Both are so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get out on the water and explore the incredible coastline! Thank you both!

We had an amazing first SUP experience with a super guide. We learned a lot from him about the caves and the ocean. We felt super safe. Because we were a small group we had the opportunity to do some snorkeling and swimming through the caves. Thanks a lot also for the lovely pics, hope to see you soon!

Jean-Louis and Helena are just an awesome relaxed and very caring couple. We spend our second holidays here in their apartments and went for a SUP ride with Jean-Louis. They are living at the end of the world and at the same time in paradise very recomendable. We are definitely coming back.

Our morning of SUP with Jean-Louis was a highlight of our time in Southern Portugal. Jean-Louis is experienced and professional, but lots of fun, too. He perfectly balances safety and adventure, especially with our 12-year old kids. The scenery is stunning and we loved how he took photos to help us remember our favorite activity during our holiday. If we could repeat any part of our holiday, the SUP with Jean-Louis would be it!

Jean-Louis is an excellent local guide and water sports instructor. The apartment is pristine and the interior design by his wife Helena is beautiful. We loved exploring the caves and beaches by sup. All the equipment is top quality. Highly recommend!
