Friendly service. Terrific quesadillas as a starter. Very fat, nearly uneatable spareribs. Quite unfortunate. Nice terrace and overall interesting menu options. Good place to rest and eat after being blown away visiting the fortress in Sagres ;)

We had the nacho's deluxe with pulled chicken as a starter. So freakin' good ! After that i had the Bird burger. Best burger i've ever had. Cocktail moscow mule was not that good. Tip: the glass was just a longdrink and i missed the ginger beer. Good atmosphere and very Nice staff.

Assolutamente da provare! Piatti ricercati e buonissimi. Quantita adeguate per restare in forma. Locale carino e particolare. Ottimo il riciclo dei bancali di legno. Personale cortese. Mi dicono che apre da Aprile a Novembre. Davvero da non mancare!

It's a nice place and would look like that in every Berlin hipster district. Waiters are very nice and food was great. Seems to be a place that is preferred by the German community.

We had some excellent food here. I got the ribs €11 and they were delicious just fell off the bone as described, not a massive serving though plus sides are ordered separately. We also got loaded fries€7 and a chicken enchilada €10 which were both great also.

Very nice service, relaxed and cosy atmosphere. We had small starters with a tasty humus. The bird burger was 10 out of 10 pulled pork 9 out of 10.

Haben 2 Burger bestellt. (Wird ohne Beilage serviert) wir sind satt geworden und beide haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Nettes Lokal, bei warmen Wetter, abends draußen sehr schön.

Third time in this place and although the vibe and the food are still great, the service is not. Staff doesn`t speak portuguese AND barely speaks english. No bread or soup so beware if you bring in small kids.

Good chill atmosphere! The food is between O.K and Perfect, it depends on your Taste. It's not to much of the Hippy surfer style like in some other places, so you can really relax without back thinking. The Staff is very sympathetic. Well some of them because on is there and can't even get a smyle from her face... It disturbs the atmosphere... and we was there more than once... Please read this and don't be angry like " yeah because..." Jsut take the feedback and use it! Because you can really destroy the food if the Waiter is unsympathetic and just awful!

Coole/chillige Atmosphäre, alles hausgemacht egal ob Essen oder Getränk. Cool eingerichtet, ist groß, während man auf das essen wartet kann man auch eine runde billiard spielen. Karte etwas schwer zu lesen, sieht Aber trotzdem gut aus, und gibt auch genug essensmöglichkeiten für Vegetarier.

Pulled pork burger, “Fall off the bone” ribs and sweet potato side were glorious, eaten under the beautiful dusk sunshine! Perfect pitstop on the way to Cabo de Sao Vicente for a sunset. Great selection of beer too to whet the pallet.

Sehr leckeres Essen, ganz zu schweigen von dem selbstgemachte Eiste. Bloß der Fischburger war etwas zu trocken und nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack.

Resturant looks cool. Two of the three staff were friendly. Had a (?)German waitress who was terrible. Abrupt and unfriendly. We ordered nachos and a salad. Never got the salad. “Supreme nachos” were supreme on the chips but light on the over salted beef. Probably could have a nice dinner here. But ours was pretty terrible.

If you are looking for some local place, this is for sure not the one you sholud pick.
They serve mostly burgers and some other fast foods. All the place is decorated with modern stuff.
The price I paid for burger + french fries = 11€.
House wine 0,75 = 9€.
Not too good, not too bad.

I had the chicken tacos and they were delicious, excellent melding of different flavors and textures. Hubby had the classic burger with potato wedges. The meat was seasoned nicely but could have been a smidge more pink in the middle, it was over cooked. Overall an excellent find.

Loved it so much that we decided to come back the next day: friendly staff, a nice location very well designed with lampions. The background soundtrack was very good, in line with the well done burger, fries and tacos. A huge Aperol Spritz for 5.50€ is a very good deal.

Péssimo atendimento, fomos literalmente "corridos" por um pessoal que só fala Inglês e apesar de mesas vagas inventaram uma " lista de espera" . Impossível esperar pois a ausência de ar condicionado no interior tornava isso impossível. Conclusão:" Not Portuguese friendly". Ainda há disto no Algarve e chegou a Sagres... Triste. Fugir!

Si eres surfista y británico, es tu sitio. Si eres turista español, quizás encuentres sitios mejores. Comida bien, algo lentos, sólo hablan ingles (creo que ni portugués). Comida a base de tacos y nachos, pero buena y con cantidad.

Wir waren gestern Abend, an einem Samstag Abend dort und es war zu Beginn schon recht gut gefüllt. Da hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Bedienung noch ganz gut funktioniert. Später, als alle Tische besetzt waren, hatte ich den Eindruck leider nicht mehr. Das gipfelte dann darin, dass wir sehr lange auf die Rechnung warten mussten, die dann auch noch falsch war. Das Essen war lecker, die Karte ist wohl was die Auswahl betrifft recht eingeschränkt. Trotzdem ein schöner Abend.

Perfecto para cenar después de ver la puesta de sol en el cabo de San Vicente. La comida bien pero a base de tacos, hamburguesas y nachos. Eso sí, cantidades abundantes. No llegamos al postre de lo llenos que estábamos.
El local tiene pinta de nuevo y muy buen ambiente con carta de cervezas artesanales. Todo el personal joven y muy amables pero quizás escaso porque fueron algo lentos para servir.

El restaurante muy bonito y muy bien decorado. Los camareros eran todos muy amables, pero un poco lentos y distraidos. La comida estaba muy rica. Pero tardaron mucho en traer las bebidas y la comida. Además el agua estaba caliente y tuvieron que traer hielos continuamente bajo petición.

"Hippe" Lokalität mit gepflegtem Außenbereich. Eher junges Publikum. Essen mexikanisch angehaucht, sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist etwas weiter weg vom Meer, von daher ist es weniger windig. Das Personal ist für Portugiesische Verhältnisse sehr fix, die landestypischen Wartezeiten für Bestellung, Rechnung anfordern usw. gab es hier nicht, was nicht unbedingt negativ war :) Preislich etwas teurer aber nicht unverschämt. Gerne wieder!

Nettes Surfer Lokal, perfekt geeignet für einen Mittags Snack oder ein entspanntes Abendessen. Mit verschiedenen Tortillas, Enchiladas & Co. ist die Küche mexikanisch ausgerichtet. Aber auch lecker aussehende Burger gibt es hier. Sowohl für Fleischliebhaber als auch Vegetarier ist etwas dabei. Nur Seafood Liebende haben es hier schwer. Wer keinen Hunger hat, kann hier auch leckere Cocktails schlürfen.

El lugar es ideal para cenar con amigos o en pareja. Tiene una luz muy tenue y un rollo que me encanta. El personal muy atento. La comida esta muy rica, tipo mexicana, también tienen ensaladas y hamburguesas. El precio a mi parecer muy razonable con la calidad y la cantidad. Las quesadilla de queso y pollo geniales y nosotros no tuvimos que esperar mucho. Sirvieron bastante rápido.

Great atmosphere and nice interior design. The menu also looks great. Unfortunately the allergy card is not correct as many things that are marked gluten free actually are not which is dangerous for people with coeliac and other allergies. This could be such a great place :-(

We had the large nachos as appetizer, it was very well-balanced in toppings-vs-nachos (lots of cheese too, yum). Next we had the bird's burger and the ribs. Burger was cooked just how I like it and the ribs fell of the bone (as advertised). The iced tea and lemonades are a must, highly recommended!

Always incredible food. Great selection for vegetarians/vegans (shout out to Marisita for her incredible vegan ribs). Always great service by the floor staff and the lads behind the bar. Sweet decor. Quality is just ordinary nowadays. Since they have a new menue the burger buns are dry and the fries taste broning. Before they had special sides like coleslaw, sweet potatoe mash and stuff but it all dissappeared from the menue.

Three little PUFOs.
Tan buenos creando expectativas como decepcionando. El local tenía mucho rollo y personalidad, enormemente atractivo para postureo instragramer. Los precios son un auntentico PUFO. 5€ por un yogurt, que estaba muy bueno, pero no dejaba de ser un yogurt, la cerveza 5,6€. Solo fachada faltaba fondo, un atraco.

Wir waren in Sagres, in mehreren Restaurants von kurzen essen. Mit Abstand war es das das beste Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt super und einzigartig. Wir waren auch sehr von der Location überzeugt. Sehr lässig mit Stil eingerichtet.

This Is cool And modern place with nice atmosfere with friendly and attentive stuff. We had amazing meet and vegetarian burgers and super delicious goat cheese salat roasted almonds. I would highly recomend to go to eat there.

Surf's up, dude! That's the keynote to this place. Laidback, chill and leaning heavily on surfing for inspiration. Would not mind spending an evening or three here. As it were we only had time for lunch, but that was evidence enough in favour of Five stars. Flavourful, plentiful, colourful, and servwd with a smile. Visit them if you already haven't!

They has really good food. We went there for a little evening snack and got the soft tacos. They were delicious, also the Limonade was tasty !
The service was not the best, we waited for some times and than got asked twice about the order. But also a beautiful spots in the evening, and the whole place looks really nice.

Die besten Hamburger von den besten Hamburgern (und einem Portugiesen)!!!
Toller Laden mit ausgezeichnetem Essen, Billardtisch - und vor allem absolut liebenswerten Leuten, die ihren Traum zum Beruf gemacht haben. Hut ab!
Auch der vegetarische Burger und die Tacos sind super lecker. Dann noch sehr leckere homemade Lemonade und eine Top Auswahl an Gin - was will man mehr!
Auch die Einrichtung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet - da sieht man einfach, dass Surfer halt Geschmack haben. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch für Familien, sehr kinderfreundlich!
Und wenn sie dann am Sonntag ihren Smoker anwerfen, sollte man sich das auf gar keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Noch nie sooo gute Ribs gegessen - mir läuft jetzt schon wieder das Wasser im Mund zusammen

Tolles Restaurant mit gemütlichem Ambiente für Burger (vegetarisch, mit Fisch, Chicken oder Beef etc.) und Taccos!
Das Essen ist wirklich extrem gut, die Getränkeauswahl riesig (z.B. Craft Beer), der Service sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man kein typisches Fischrestaurant an der Algarve sucht!

Um ein paar Ecken der Hauptstraße gelegen überrascht einen diese sehr entspannende Bar mit vielleicht einem kleinen bisschen zu viel Hipsterism. Essen war top und eine erfreuliche Alternative zu den auf Dauer doch recht eintönigen Fisch- und Wurstmomenten in Portugal, die scheinbar jeder für erwähnenswert hält.

Friendly, quick service. Food was ok - but not that special. The beef chilli on the nachos had too many beans and was a bit mealy. Caesar salad was excellent.
Bandida cider served in branded glasses with plenty of ice - top notch.
The restaurant area feels a bit open and like sitting in a hall.

Keine Ahnung ob man es unbedingt auf die deutsche Gründlichkeit schieben muss (wie die Bewertung die ich eben lesen durfte). Bzw. wie schön das wäre, wenn alle Restaurants in deutscher Hand mit so viel positiver Energie und gutem Geschmack betrieben werden würden.
Dieser Laden wird von zwei netten HanseatInnen und einem mindestens so netten Portugiesen geführt.
Gutes Karma würde ich sagen, wirklich gute Burger, eigentlich gibt es nichts auf der wohlproportionierten Karte, das nicht gut und mit Liebe gemacht ist (habe tatsächlich so ziemlich alles einmal durchprobiert). Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Sagres-Trip und Abstecher bei den 3 kleinen Vögelchen.

Fantastic place. Period. Two reasons: Amazing food and lovely people working there. Try the chicken quesadillas. No really, you should. They have made lots of neat decorations, making a lovely atmosphere. Sidenote to Norwegians: ask for Juan. He speaks Norwegian. Everyone else: also ask for Juan. He is the greatest guy. Neues Lokal (zweite Saison geöffnet) in deutscher Hand^^ Die Betreiber kommen ursprünglich aus Hamburg und deutsche Gründlichkeit merkt man sofort. Rasche Bedienung, alles sauber, Exzellentes Essen und super Getränkeauswahl!
Preise sind verhältnismäßig günstig für diese Spitzenqualität. Wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Absolutely fell in love with Three Little Birds! Every detail is perfect, right from the architecture to the food. It's obvious that a lot of care and consideration has gone into the establishment. The food is very generous and extremely tasty, there's a wide range of proper craft beers, and the service is both professional and friendly. From a personal point of view, I've got to add extra points for the solid graphic design of the logo and the menu - honestly, the menu design is a beautiful balance of form and function (I'd love to know who the agency/designer is behind such a masterpiece!) In summary, if you're visiting Sagres, then you MUST dine/drink at the Three Little Birds - I'd advise both during in the day and the night so that you can get the full experience :-)

What a fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere and wonderful owners and staff. My wife and I ate at the restaurant mid week and the food was fabulous - possibly the best burgers we've ever had (especially the vegitarian)!!. The food is well priced and the staff and owners were lovely. Good luck for the future!!

Just perfect. Cosy atmosphere reminiscent of Denmark and the "hygge" vibe. Stellar service with friendly and efficient staff. We weren't expecting to eat one of the best burgers of our lives in Sagres, but boy were we wrong (we had the classic with mashed sweet potatoes, incredible). Great choice of drinks as well. Guys, don't change anything!

Nous y sommes allés pour les 16cans de notre fille. C'est un endroit magique. Un cocon de cool attitude. Ambiance surfeur hipster ok mais également quelques couples atypiques d'étrangers comme nous. Les plats sont excellents et les serveuses sont d'une gentillesse inqualifiable. Une vraie belle découverte.

Es un sitio bonito. Sin embargo tiene la música demasiado alta para que sea agradable pasar un rato tranquilo. Si te quedas fuera pasaras frío, incluso en verano. El dueño parece alemán y los trabajadores no son portugueses, lo que elimina el encanto de Sagres. Además, y esto me parece muy grave en un sitio que pretende ser de cocktails en verano, NO tienen mojitos.
Si quieres un ambiente mucho más auténtico, mejor otros bares de la zona.

Sitio espectacular , un ambiente muy bueno . Cenamos hamburguesas la doble y la clásica las dos para chuparse los dedos ! Tarta de queso de postre riquísima la recomiendo . La cerveza Marqués de Pale Ale que nos recomendó la camarera típica de aquí estaba buenísima diferente a la nuestra tenía un toque afrutado . Los trabajadores un trato exquisito .. sitio muy recomendable !!!

Very lovely, fantastic hospitality, great food and chilled out vibe. Max and Johanna's Three Little Birds restaurant and bar is the evening staple. Together with their wonderful staff they work tirelessly to ensure their guests are have everything they will need. This place is fast becoming an institution. The service transcends beyond the limits of standard restaurant hospitality. Anything you need, or need to know they will point you in the right direction. If you need accomodation, a van or advice on board rentals, local spots or anything else make this your first stop. You'll feel at home immediately from the doorstep, they are easily identifiable by their big friendly smiles. They deserve this review, my only concern is not being able to get a reservation when more people learn how good it is! Order "The Classic" ✌

It's a very trendy hipster-esque place in Sagres. It's lovely and welcoming, with a pool table, bar, and outdoor seating for when it's not blowing a gale! We had burgers which were the best burgers we've had in a while, with fab chips/wedges and nice house wine. Average pricing for a nicer/touristy spot and the alcohol isn't particularly cheap, but exceptional food and lovely staff. Would go back.

I think people are getting a bit over zealous with their ratings. This restaurant would be a 3 stars anywhere outside of Sagres. The food is fine, service was fine. Is it better value and better tasting then most of the restaurants in Sagres, yes. Is it 5 stars, no.

It's surprising to be in small town Sagres and walk into this cozy, inviting place that feels like a hipster cafe transplant from another part of the world. The restaurant was pleasantly full the whole time we were there on a Sunday evening, mostly with young people speaking a musical assortment of languages (no fanny-pack wearing tourists were spotted.)
The menu is small enough not to be overwhelming with choices, and the prices surprisingly low for the feel of the place. We had burgers and nachos; the burgers were cooked perfectly with a nice red strip in the middle and well seasoned. The Caesar salad was made with quality greens and gently dressed without being soggy.

Very cozy bar with a great selection of really tasty and homemade food. You should definitely try the burgers, they are delicious!! They have a great selection of drinks as well. Later in the evening there is live music or a DJ which ensures relaxed party atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and have a clue of what they do!

Sehr lecker. Burger war wirklich gut, selbstgemachte Buns gutes Fleisch leckere Soße. Hätte nicht gedacht im Urlaub einen Burger zu bekommen der vergleichbar mit den Burgergrößen Berlins ist.
Einzig die Portionsgröße... Hätte gerne noch einen Nachtisch gegessen. Aber wohin damit.
