SUCH a wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious, wonderful variety of vegatarian, vegan and fish dishes for everyone. The staff are so so charming and on hand to make recommendation for drinks pairings. So much care and attention and pricing is so so reasonable for the very high end but unpretentious experience. :)

Passionate people making amazing food. Probably one of the best (if not the best) restaurant in Sagres. Original, qualitative, creative food, some side treats and great discussions with the restaurant teams. Yes it’s more expensive than a 4€ panini you can find in the same street, but it’s definitely not the same experience. If you can ( ) : go there ! Between 20 & 30 € per person for a great diner with drinks.

Nice place, decent service and lots of vegetarian and vegan options for those interested. It was quite expensive though, and some of the dishes were a little basic and small for what they charged. Nice for a try, but too expensive to go there regularly.

We’re staying about a 20 minute drive from here up in the national park, and had Mum’s recommended to us by our Airbnb hosts, and absolutely weren’t disappointed.
Such a lovely restaurant with both vegan / veggie and seafood options, a real gem to find in Portugal (its like they don’t understand being a vegan in this country - everything is meat and bread!). The food was delicious, although the service a little slow - probably because they were busy.
Also, little tip: they are a tiny restaurant that seats maybe 40 people at most, and they get very busy. I absolutely recommend booking if you don’t want to miss out on eating here!

cooles, hippes Restaurant mit einer tollen, modernen Küche. Ganz verspielt eingerichtet mit einer sehr gut sortierten Bar und einen sehr motiviertem Bartender. :)
Die Speisen überzeugen! Nicht ganz so preiswert, aber sein Geld wert.

Hermoso local, totalmente diferente a los que tienes por la zona, de la misma manera que sus precios. Es para cenar de manera tranquila, sin prisas (quizás demasiados lentos, pero se nota que preparan cada plato en el momento). Conviene reservar por lo menos un día antes para ir a cenar. El precio medio esta entra 25-30 euros por persona.

What a treat to find in Sagres! We had a beautiful meal and I had some of the best vegan food in a very long time. The interior is gorgeous, drinks menu is extensive, and there’s something for everyone. Thank you!

Nous avons bien mangé dans ce restaurant dont le personnel était très accueillant et efficace. Cependant, les prix étaient trop chers. Nous avons payé 18 euros des Lasagnes (certes bonne) et de la salade.

One of my two favourite restaurants in Algarve. Fantastic place and delicious food as well as wines.
While waiting for food to be served, you have time to enjoy the interior and all the art on the walls.

El personal de este precioso local es lo que te hace sentir bien, como en casa. La comida estuvo muy buena más elaborada que en otros restaurantes de la zona. Además de restaurante es cocteleria y hacen unos combinados muy cuidados. Fuimos con nuestro hijo pequeño y fue todo perfecto.

Locale stupendo, ricercato ed accogliente, rispecchia il carattere dei due proprietari italiani...simpaticissimi, cortesi e di mestiere.
Il cibo accontenta tutti i palati, amanti del pesce, vegetariani e vegani. Ottime materie prime e cocktail fantastici.
Non c’è credit-card per scelta dei gestori (c’è un atm a 50 mt) , rapporto qualità/prezzo più che buono.

Le meileur resto de sagres de loin. Un peu plus cher que la moyenne mais vaut le détour ! Ambiance jazz bar, service attentionné sans etre trop présent, amuses bouches offerts...
Nous avons pris le cappuccino au parmesan et morue en entrée .. dingue ! Plats délicieux, petite reserve sur les desserts mais bon ensemble en général

Excellente cuisine , pleine de saveur et d’inventivité , une carte très variée où les végétariens peuvent aussi trouver leur bonheur , un cadre assez hétéroclite mais au final très chaleureux ..
bref une très belle surprise que ce petit restaurant de Sagres qui ne paye pas de mine au premier abord !

Locale molto accogliente, i due proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, cibo di gran qualità(forse uno dei pochi della zona).
Tutto ottimo dal barracuda come antipasto al polpo come secondo fino al millefoglie come dolce, il tutto accompagnato da ottimi calici di vino(chiedere al barman vero esperto di vini e cocktail nonché gran intrattenitore).
Se siete in zona non potete non farci un salto!

Beter dan dit vind je niet in Portugal zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een fantastische avond gehad. Veel keuze uit drankjes cocktails laat je verrassen het is een eigenaar met veel passie voor zijn werk en dat is te merken. Ben je in de buurt ga hier naartoe. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed voor wat je krijgt. Dit is echt in 1 woord amazing

Local con decoración muy cuidada, cálido y agradable. El personal atento y muy educado pero la comida no vale nada. Emplatados muy cuidados pero sabores imperceptibles...Comida totalmente insípida y sin ningún carácter. Caro, no lo recomendaría.

Surprised!!!
I had no expectation, it was late, I felt starving, I was tired....
You get in and wow!
The place is definitely particular, in the way that it makes you curious.
You ask for a table and... Yay, kitchen is still opened and they have a table; excellent!
I have food allergies, and they took it very carefully (not everybody does it).
I had a glass of Alvarino and a bottle of water.
I had the fish if the day + rice w lime and ginger parmisan cream; my advice is to try every food apart and then mixing together (don't forget the sause w lime... It makes the difference).
Ended up w Marven: tipical Portugase. Very good the guys got it perfectly right.
I spent a little bit more than usual (a lot less than what I could pay in italy) here in Algarve, but the quolity of food, the nice presentation of dishes and the super caring service, I ain't spent much at all!

Un lugar con mucho encanto. Todo lo que comimos estaba buenísimo.Me encantó el plato que siempre está en la carta (siento no saber cómo se llama, pongo foto)
La decoración muy Bonita, en cada rincón descubrirás algo curioso (foto de una radio que había por alli)
Muy recomendable, estuvimos muy cómodos y nos asesoraron muy bien a la hora de pedir

Très agréable découverte de ce petit restaurant à Sagres à tendance végétarienne. Explosions de saveurs en bouche avec des plats très frais. Mentions spéciales pour les pâtes et le millefeuille fruits/chocolat/chantilly, un délice! Sans oublier l'accueil fort sympathique et raffiné de la patronne et du personnel. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Upscale restaurant with a nice vibe. Great atmosphere and service. The food presented very well but we thought it lacked flavor and didn't taste as well as it looked. This was also the most expensive meal we had in Sagres, by far. There aren't many other similar upscale options, but still more expensive than others. As a result, wouldn't consider this great value for money but it's worth a try.

Descubrimos este sitio de casualidad y decidimos entrar a cenar. La sorpresa fue grata. Servicio excelente, comida exquisita y la decoración muy bohemia y romántica. Es una pena que no podamos repetir xq nos ha pillado de viaje y tenemos que volver, pero si pudiéramos, repetiriamos encantados!!!

Had an incredible 3 course meal of Michelin star standard and on the house palate cleansers in between our dishes.
It was reasonably priced, cheap even, for the standard.
Staff were all lovely and the timing between courses was particularly good.

Fantastic restaurant with no less than four vegan options for mains on the menu (we came back two evenings in a row to sample them all), one vegan entree and a heavenly vegan dessert. The owner was incredibly friendly and has a contagious love for food and wine. The restaurant itself is very cozy and nicely decorated, we will surely come back on our next time in Sagres.

Ein von außen betrachtet eher unscheinbares Lokal, das Einen jedoch beim Betreten von der Gastfreundschaft und der Gemütlichkeit gleich mitreißt. Die Preise sind teilweise etwas übertrieben, man wartet teilweise auch für's Essen, aber das gleicht sich geschmacklich sofort wieder aus. Die Gerichte sind sehr ausgefallen, ein Genuss mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gemacht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren gleich zwei Mal hier und können es nur empfehlen.
Es gibt zwei Zutaten die in jedem Gericht gleich sind!!!! : Liebe und Leidenschaft.
Es ist super lecker und handwerklich super zubereitet. Ich bin so glücklich das wir Euch im Urlaub gefunden haben. Alles TOP. / Sterne min. Auch für Musik und Ambiente. Kennt Ihr Mathias Eick: "Oslo" from the album "Skala"? mal anspielen.

Immer wieder ein Erlebnis! Hier wird mit Liebe gekocht (und gegessen). Absolute Empfehlung, gerade wenn man vegetarisch/vegan essen möchte! Es gibt aber auch ausgezeichneten Fisch, gerade der Thunfisch ist ein Gedicht. Wirklich ausgefallene und sehr einfallsreiche Küche und sehr gute Weine. Und erst der Nachtisch...
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wirklich kompetent und die Empfehlungen beim Wein passen immer ausgezeichnet. Unbedingt reservieren, keine Kartenzahlung.

Una gran experiencia cenar y conversar con el encargado y parte de su equipo.
El local un espectáculo. Ecléctico, bien decorado y lleno de cosas curiosas.
Según entras ya te das cuenta de que va a ser un gran sitio para foodies, gourmets, amantes de buen vino y gin- lovers.
La cena genial, especialmente el capuccino de bacalao. Un plato muy curioso, diferente y delicioso.
La cocina fundamentalmente vegetariana, pero también tienen pescado y huevos.
Y rica, muy rica.
Estuvimos muy bien atendidos y tenemos que destacar también los gin tonics. Qué bien preparados y qué diferentes.
Un gran sitio que recomiendo mucho.

Le cadre était très sympa, dans une ambiance brocante. La cuisine est créative avec des options veganes, mais elle manquait pour mon plat de saveur et d’assaisonnement. Le service était un peu lent en soirée. Pour information, le restaurant ne prend pas de carte bancaire.

Restaurant veggie topissime. Déjà la déco et l'ambiance vous donnent envie d'entrer, puis de rester. Beaucoup de goût, une musique d'ambiance jazzy...
Ensuite l'accueil de la boss italienne, avec le sourire jusqu'aux oreilles...
Et la cuisine... Des plats légers et délicieux, créatifs, des eaux aromatisées maison, une panacotta au chocolat, sans crème... Délicieux.
Ce restaurant est un incontournable à Sagres

Great atmosphere and decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mostly vegan dishes and a few fish options. Excellent Negronis.
We visited earlier in the evening and were lucky to get a walk-in table but the following evening it was packed out. Opens late if you just want a drink.
Best up-market vibe in Sagres.

Ich kann sowohl die guten als auch schlechten Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Das nervige ist wirklich, dass alles relativ lange brauch. Das kann man durchaus nicht abstreiten. Jedoch ist das Essen einmalig und entschädigt dies im Nachhinein. Der Koch versteht etwas von seinem Handwerk und das schmeckt man auch. Der Preis ist für den gehobenen Standart gerechtfertigt. Wer über die Wartezeit hinweg sehen kann, wird mit erstklassigen Essen belohnt. Den Kraken sollte man probiert haben .
4.5 Sterne sind aufgrund der Wartezeit gerechtfertigt.
Ps. Nur Barzahlung möglich, jedoch ist die Straße runter ein AMT...also vertretbar.

Lugar 100% recomendable, no solo por su sobresaliente cocina vegetariana, si no por divertida, variopinta y multicolor decoración, con un barman italiano capaz de preparar los mejores cócteles, conversar en multitud de idiomas, así como crear una atmósfera inigualable!!!

Nos pareció muy caro para lo que ofrecen, se salva el capuccino de bacalao pero el resto de platos mejorables y caros. La pasta no estaba mal, pero las he comido mucho mejores por 16 euros. El plato de verduras, sin mas. Fueron muy lentos en el servicio y no del todo agradables. No lo recomiendo, hay otras opciones mejores en Sagres.

We were positively surprised by this magic place! The host and hostess were very good ans so was the atmosphere! All the food is fresh and very tasteful! It's not the ordinary stuff but prepared with love!! We will surely come back here!

Restaurant has a unique and interesting decoration which we love, however food really fell short of expectations as they were listed in one of the top 10 restaurants to visit in Sagres. We ordered the ceviche and the codfish and both was so so and the soup of the codfish was so salty that both my husband and I ate only half of it. The other appetizer that looks like a fish cappuccino tasted better.

Memorias que van y vuelven con caras, personas, lugares y cientos de cosas, menos con olores. Parece que últimamente mis recuerdos quieren salir a la superficie y mostrarse como son, en toda su plenitud. Pero por algún motivo, no abundan. No florecen. Hay palabras, historias, días y noches que yo ya no recuerdo. Que yo ya no tengo.
Duele y molesta, porque ya no son mías, ni de nadie. Son momentos perdidos en ese pozo asqueroso que me aterroriza y paraliza. Olvidado y perdido. En una caja. En una foto que nadie vuelve a ver. Sin cabos de donde agarrarse para que el olvido se trague todos esos momentos. Que eran míos y desaparecen poco a poco. Sin esperanza de vida. Sin ganas de que otros quieran contar esas historias. Esos momentos. Granitos de tiempo que se escapan entre los dedos mientras la realidad y el futuro los empujan a patadas. Porque no hay ganas de hacer ni de decir. Son las 4 de la mañana en algún lugar y las 6 de la tarde en otro. A quien le importa si no podemos recordarlo, si no hacemos algo que quede ahí para siempre.
Quema, molesta y se pega. Se pegotea. Pero no se queda. Se la come el agua. El tiempo. Las nuevas risas. Los nuevos ojos. Memorias mías que eran de varios. De varias. Así se me van y no puedo hacer nada. Ni vos tampoco.

Probably the best meal I've had in Sagres. When you get bored of fish stews, give this place a try. The octopus dish aka the kraken was very good. Excellent cocktails, quirky decor.

Very tasety food and friendly service. Unfortunately it took 2 hours to go through the starter and main and since the portions were quite small I still am hungry (were very hungry after a whole day of sutfing). I would go there again but when I have a long evening to spare and am not hungry, for a light meal.

Ever so slightly odd (food, decor, attitude) but ok if you like that sort of thing! Heard one party being told 'we never accept bookings for more than five people'.. And yet there were other parties at least that many, there was space and group looked fine.

Second time we've been. Amazing service and incredibly tasty food. I just had the best fish I've ever eaten. Big call I know but well deserved. The atmosphere is so chilled out its very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Da non perdere se siete arrivati a Sagres. In un ambiente molto accogliente, creato con con gusto da due ragazzi italiani, potrete gustare piatti vegetariani e pesce freschissimo. Ingredienti genuini, ottima scelta di vini, gustosissimi dessert e tutto veramente a km zero! Una vera sorpresa. Giulia e Simone vi fanno sentire a casa. E i loro cocktail? da non perdere!

Perfect vegan food in a very cosy atmosphere. Also the cheerful bartender understands his work. If you visit Sagres, you should stay there for dinner -especially if you're not from Portugal ;-) cheers! and greetings from Germany.
