Worst customer service ever. Spa and indoor pool was burned down, and we only got offered a lousy voucher for a different hotel about 10min to drive. Useless if this is not on side.

Exceptional standard of accommodation. Very quiet and well maintained. Small gym is a brilliant extra with good equipment

Bellissimo appartamento in due piani con terrazza panoramica e piscina. Vista oceano. In zona vicinissima a belle spiagge. Buona la pulizia e gentilezza della reception.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Häusern im gehobenen Stil, was die Ausstattung betrifft. Zumindest unsere Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Zwei Bäder, moderne Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine. Kleiner privater Außenpool, Gemeinschaftspool auf der Anlage mit Sauna und Fitnessbereich. Also alles, was das Herz begehrt. Und dann die Strände in der Gegend. Wenn man sich traut auf Schotterpisten etwas abseits weiterzufahren, findet man recht einsame Buchten mit schönem Sandstrand. Wasser ist für Atlantik natürlich entsprechend kalt.

cuidado con este propietario! me he sentido totalmente engañado,hice una reserva en booking,y al dia siguiente me exige el propietario hacer una transferencia de 100 euros,cuando quedaban 10 meses para las fechas reservadas. Le pido me deje unos dias para realizarlo,y me entonces empieza a mandarme varios correos y amanezarme que si en 24 horas no le hago la transferencia me cancelara la reserva.Al final la cancela 3 dias despues de que yo la hubiera realizado en boking. veo que aprovecha ese mismo momento para subir la tarifa general (yo cogi una buena oferta en booking) y asi poder sacar mas dinero por la misma reserva. Booking no medio ni me ayudo.

Very bad service! I do not recommend this place, especially to families. We had a sewer backup caused by a broken sewer pipe that flooded most of our apartment. Mar Da Luz refused to send us someone to help on the pretext that it was Friday night and they were not offering 24 hours service. I had to cleaned everything and get out contamined things by myself! We have been moved in another unit only 24 hours later without our apartment being cleaned in the meantime even if we have ask for many times. We were with two young children (1 year and 3 years old) including one who was sick and feverish at that moment. We were constantly told that they could not do more. (Not even wash the floor while waiting to be moved?!) All other guest have been checked-in that day before they start to prepare our new unit... From my point of view, this is disgusting and very disrespectful. I have been very disapointed by that situation (not the sewer backup, but the service we had then). I would never recommand that place to anybody.
