Finn et mer pålitelig leiebil firma! Bil ikke levert ved kveldsankomst på flyplassen som avtalt. Fikk kontakt rundt lunsj dagen derpå etter å ha ringt 4 ganger og sendt mail, ble da lovet å få bilen levert på hotellet i.l.a. dagen. Dagen gikk prøvde å ringe 7 ganger innen åpningstid for oppdatering, ingen svarer. Sendt ny mail og fortsatt ingen svar og ingen bil 1 døgn etter booket tid. Skulle helst satt 0 stjerner her!

Excellent rapport qualité prix! Aimable et Très accueillante! (Dora parle français) Surtout Prix très attractif! 90€ pour 4 jours de location "all incluse" je recommande! Possibilité de ramener la voiture à l'aéroport de Faro ( évite frais de taxi) et de la louer là bas aussi. Mais pas de post office à l'aeroport il faut appeler .

The best car hire company. Best price, good email communication, no fussing when you arrive to pick up your car. No queues and no extra charges, no deposit required. Everything goes so easy. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Arrived around 8.30pm with two small children (3 and 4), found the van and filled out the paperwork. The car was delivered quickly, but the car seats I had paid for were not fitted, just loose on the back seat. Had to try and fit them in a dark car park (it was November) which was quite difficult, but when I tried to fit my children in, the seats were not secure and I couldn't strap them in. The employee at Zitauto was unhelpful and quite rude. I eventually worked out, using the torch on my phone, that both of the seats were broken, so had to remove my children, remove the seats and wait for new ones. When they arrived, I once again I had to fit them in a dark car park, so it was nearly an hour before I could leave for my hotel. On the plus side the car was fine and the woman who was there when I returned the car was great. I'll be using a different company next time we visit.

Reservation du 22 au 27 septembre 2019. Au top. Location sur l aeroport de Faro voiture dans les 5 minutes. Pas de frais supplémentaires que le tarif annoncé. Top!

Car broke down. Bad customer service, the person did not speak English (or did not want to help). Their insurance doesn't cover for assistance. So if you plan to rent a car with this company, pray to not breakdown. Because it will cost you a lot in Taxi....

Absolutely Fab car hire company. So great I don't want to share them. Best price, good email communication, no fussing when you arrive to pick up your car. No Queues and NO extra charges for out of hour pick up and drop offs. We had a problem with our car and they travelled to us in Carvoerio within 2 hours and replaced the car. I highly recommend this company.

Can highly recommend Zitauto. The car was there on arrival to Faro airport, Peugeot 308, 24000 km with few scratches. Good service from the staff.
