Parcours sublime, le tracé est très intéressant. Je pensais que le Royal était le plus beau de la région mais finalement je placerai celui devant.

Very popular course and for good reason. Lovely vista, challenging holes and well conditioned fairways and greens. Always worth a visit.

Topp Plätze North und South. Personal sehr freundlich.

Perfect golf course. But Expensive! And crowdy. Simple avoid tourist time and you will have a very nice experience!

South Course, Good Greens, fairways VERY bad shape, ditto tee boxes. Course lay out exellent North Course , good greens a little slower than SC. Fairways a little better but not good. same for tee boxes. To charge 150 Euro for this is pure greed.

The course was in great nick,greens like lightning but the service in club house after was p... poor waited 1/2 hour for 4 drinks,some of our group ordered food and drinks and got food b4 drinks. So course and facilities 5 star the service in club house 1 star.

Vista maravilhosa e local muito luxuoso

Played all 3 in last fortnight. North Course had only just reopened following maintenance week. Other than the tee boxes a bit sandy from top dressing course was in great condition. Lovely flowing holes with some blind tee shots. South Course is fabulous. Greens where so fast. Downhill putts treachourous. At times hard to keep on the green once it went past the hole. Laranjal is the weaker of the 3 but still a great course and that maybe says more about the quality of North and South. It is expensive to play here but you get what you pay for. The courses are presented lovely. Bunkers are kept perfect with bright white sand. Staff are efficient and no shortage of them. Very attentive. It really sets the standard of how golf courses should operate and only let down by lazy golfers failing to repair pitch marks on the greens.

Course not in great condition, tee boxes extremely sandy. Had similar when we came two years ago, greens not in good enough condition at all. Outdoor bar area closed, only area for food / drinks after the round was in a small, busy, indoor uninviting bar area. We went to Vale Do Lobo for drinks after in the end, much nicer.

Gorgeous courses! They are fun to play and the greens are challenging. Playing here is quite expensive compared to other parts of the country and back home. Unfortunately, the staff made our experience less than enjoyable. The first day, we played the South course and were waiting behind the group in front of us for the first 8 holes. Suddenly the group sped up at the 9th and the Marshall told us to finish he hole and tee up on the next in 5 minutes or else we’d have to skip the hole. Of course this was frustrating, but then the Marshall refused to allow my playing partner to use the washrooms. This is unacceptable. We were playing up with the group in front of us and not slowly at all. It distracted everyone in our group and made us all upset. The second day, we played the North course. Another beautiful course. However, the group behind us was hitting into us on multiple holes. Again, we were waiting behind the group in front of us on every hole so we had nowhere to go. I asked the Marshall to ask the group behind us to stop hitting into us as it is dangerous. The Marshall did nothing and on the next hole the group behind us almost hit us on our heads with their tee shot. Because of these bad experiences we asked to cancel our third round however the person at the pro-shop refused and essentially told us to “deal with it”. Unacceptable, especially with groups hitting into us. That is dangerous and could have injured someone.

The best course i have played in Portugal to date. The course, apart from a few parts, was a well sculptured masterpiece of landscaped golf course offering up great views of the nearby marina and an amazing selection of modern and classic designed villas surrounding its border. What i really enjoyed most about this course was that it felt like a more traditional course. The tee boxes were pristine as were the fairways and greens. This course offers up some great chances to score well if you have the ability to attack the green and hold. The bunkers were well placed and a badly placed shot can see you plugged quite easily. This is a course to go back to and play time and time again.

Great course, well set out and in great condition. The only negative I have is that as this was our first game here there could be slightly better signage between holes as there was a 30 minute gap between us going out and the previous group. When we return to the Algarve I will definitely play here again.

"Difficult but rewarding." South course at Quinta Do Lago is a must for everyone playing golf in Algarve. The course has a great mix of difficult and medium holes, and offers great reward for every golfer. The whole setup on all three courses at Quinta do Lago is second to none, and I'll recommend to everyone who's going to Algarve to play golf, to try all three courses.

South is a great flowing course. Buy a shot saver if you aren't playing with anyone who knows the course. Rewards long, straightish. Lovely greens.

Played quinta south. From moment arrived it felt brilliant. Golf staff friendly upon arrival, bar waiter service superb and the whole place was visible clean. Golf course itself was outstanding. Wasn't a moment went past where you just looked around and thought "wow". Definitely going back to play north and south.
