Had to wait 30 mins for the shuttle today and then the driver proceeded to take 2hrs to get us to our hotel in portimao from Faro airport. Waste of money, take public transport!

Great service, fast and very polite, our driver Ruben was very friendly, making us feel comfortable and most welcome. Minus one point due to not being able to find the attachment on one of the seat belts. So far so good to our holiday in Portugal, granted its only the first day, but if it continues like this it's going to be fantastic.

This morning , 6 o’clock ,Joâo M Silva picked us up at Orado Marina app. Albufeira. What a nice man hè is ! The best driver ever and also very kind! comfortabel ride whit nice conversations. Next time we will ask for Joâo!

Très mauvais, à fuir! Des opérateurs téléphoniques qui vous raccrochent au nez, des horaires non modifiables, impossible de joindre qui que ce soit... première et dernière fois que j’utilise Ce service, aussi cher qu’un taxi.

AVOID!!! Was made to over 2 hours for our shuttle service from Faro airport. Portuguese girl with American accent at front desk keep lying to us and all she kept saying was the bus is 2 mins away. Very bad service. I don’t want this stress at the start of my holiday!! AVOID!!

Motoristas que praticam condução perigosa e põem em risco a integridade física de quem anda na estrada. Hoje fui pressionado por um motorista vosso que não sabe os limites de velocidade, não sabe o que é distância de segurança e ainda tentou provocar um choque travando de forma brusca após a minha mudança de faixa da via. Tenham noção que isto é crime.

Excellent efficient service with professional drivers. No wait time when I arrived and picked up to the minute I was informed for my return trip.

Have used this company for years in Portugal. This time around very bad service. Normally journey take 60-70 minutes but this time took 2 hours. Driver passed the same restaurant 6 times.

This company were a swift and efficient service. The drivers were friendly and informative. We had a lovely journey between the airport and hotel.

Poorly organised and full of rude, unreasonable and unprofessional staff. A service I simply cannot recommend nor will I ever use again. I travel very often to places all over the world and this is my 7th visit to Portugal. The transfer was delayed by almost half an hour without apology, no seating was provided so we had to stand or sit in neighbouring businesses. When we were finally collected the staff had obviously not reiterated to the driver correctly as he was then having to check all our paperwork. The driver then insisted that we hand in all our bags...I had a handbag...he was quite rude about how the ‘Portuguese security’ would not like me keeping this on my person. I refused, as did my husband with his small bag which of course did not go down well I must add that we were not the only travellers to do this. As it turns out, there was absolutely NO ‘Portuguese security’ and so therefore could have been avoided. Our holiday has now been delayed and been out to a bad start. Not a service I wouldn’t have expected from a country that has such wonderful people.

Me and my friend missed our plane back home today because of "Best transfer 4U"... Our flight was about to depart around 10:40. When we tried to reach "BT4U" for our transfer at 7:30 in the morning, support told us their software system was down for maintenance and could not help us at that moment with finding any of their employees to come and pick us up. They told us to try again later... Customer support had no clue of when their system was going to be up and running again... When we tried again 20 minutes later their response was basicly: that there could be a chance a driver was going to show up, it could be that no one shows up at all, in that case, find another Company for your transfer... Seriously... They were clueless... We booked another transfer Company after that call and arrived 10 minutes late for check-in at the airport... When we went to complain in their Company booth in the airport of Faro they told us that we could not blame them in any way. When they transfer you to the hotel at the date of arrival, they give you a paper ticket including information about your transfer back (I know you have to clearly read any given information they provide you with) but none of their staff that we saw and spoke too implied in any way this small piece of Paper is of such significant value. They had our phone numbers, our email adresses, they knew in which hotel we we're staying. They did not try to contact us in any way at all even though our transfer vouchers we're sent by EMAIL before our trip... The thing that freaked me out the most is that their employee at the booth in Faro airport also told us that a driver DID show up that day for us to pick us up (without any contact of confirmation) at 7:30 am at our hotel. The driver did not see any of us waiting outside so went inside the hotel and asked the staff about us. Appearantly, me and my friend we're not on the list of people staying in the hotel... (Which is complete BS!!!) She went on and said that it was a known hotel in Albufeira and if we really stayed their during our holidays the staff would have told that to the driver... Basicly, she was implying we we're some kind of con-artists/liars... Appearantly the driver also did not do any further effort in contacting us( by phone for example ) even though he was already at the pick-up Point... I Found BT4U's service disgusting, literally every person we had contact with was rude and clueless. If you have any problems with their service, they will not try to support you or look for any solutions. Instead they will try to put the blame on their customers, make up a story if they have too. And if that doesn't work out for them, they will try to imply you are lying to them... It was a horrible transfer for us and it could be a HORRIBLE TRANSFER 4 U! Take Care when using their services!

Looked after my husband and I on recent trip to The Algarve, fast, courteous, efficient service for hotel transfer compared to the usual Tour operators bus which can take hours, we were dropped off after 25mins at our hotel so very happy.

Great transfers from Faro Airport to Tavira and picked up for return journey. Both on time, excellent and helpful drivers. Definitely recommend

Very disappointed from checking in with the agent at airport to be told to wait about an hour next to a wall to be shouted to a coach to resort & taken to most of the algarve stopping at approx 12 stops before our drop off 2 hours on a coach is not accepted... we did not bother with the return transfers if we had of know we would have got a cab , thankfully the bar next to eiresol apartments did transfers & only 30 minutes , will not use this company again 3 hours compared to 30 minutes

Simple return transport from Faro airport to destination. Needs to be slightly better organised at airport though..

Have been using this company for a long time. Normally takes 1.5 hours including waiting time to get to the resort but this time it took 3 hours for my aunt and uncle. as it was a large coach they couldn't take them to reception so had to walk. Both in their 80's not very good .

Wir hatten den Transfer vom Flughafen Faro nach Lagos zu unserem Apartment und zurück. Hin war alles etwas unübersichtlich. Den Schalter der Firma muss man etwas suchen. Hier bekommt ein Ticket mit Kontaktdaten für den Rücktransport. Zum Glück auf englisch und deutsch. Ansonsten geht die Kommunikation nur auf englisch. Leider gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheit im Wartebereich, teilweise sitzen die Gäste auf dem Boden. Wir hätten die Möglichkeit gehabt im Caffè zu warten, allerdings waren wir uns nicht sicher ob man uns dann nicht vergisst. Irgendwann wurden dann aus der Traube der Wartenden einzelne Gruppen zusammengestellt. Nach 30-40 Minuten Wartezeit auf die letzten Fluggäste die auch in unsere Richtung mussten ging es dann los. Alles wirkte nicht wirklich professionell. Der Rücktransport lief besser. Wie beschrieben online auf die Seite gegangen, Daten eingegeben und die Abholzeit wurde angezeigt. Abholung war pünktlich.

The pick up from Faro Airport was professional, although we have a wait for the final couple to board the coach. The driver was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the driver on the return journey was more interested in messenger than concentrating on the roads and her driving. When I politely pointed out that she needed to keep her eyes on the road she told me that she had to reply to her boss and that she was capable of doing 2 things at once. I have to ask what her boss was doing messaging her when he knew she was driving. For this illegal driving, I can only give a 1*

We booked a speedy shuttle which should take no longer than 50 minutes, but took in excess of 90 minutes as they dropped 1 couple to a resort in a different direction to ours. They also use all the back roads to avoid paying on the toll roads. You might as well just use the standard coach.

Katastrophe! Abholung sollte viel zu früh erfolgen. Auf die Frage, was ich über drei Stunden auf dem Flughafen machen soll, war die Antwort „warten. Keine Kundenorientierung, herablassende Behandlung. Lasst die Hände davon!

Me & daughter were picked up from Faro Airport on 1st September but when we finally got to Albufeira we were dropped off about 500 yards down cobbled streets NOT at our Hotel are they're supposed to & didn't know where the hotel was as the woman driver said she didn't speak English. Disgusting Service.

Booked shared shuttle from Faro to Carvoeiro in July..short wait at airport and was the only one in the minibus. Driver very nice so couldn't fault. Haven't used back to the airport

Easy airport transfer. Reasonably priced. Shuttle bus seats about 6/8 people all going to the same resort so it's quick. Good service

The service was great. A shirt wait at the airport when I arrived and then I shared a people carrier with 2 others. The return journey was even quicker as it was early morning 5b of us in the people carrier Again all went to plan . Definitely recommend so cheap compared to a taxi.

Terrible. Please read this before you consider booking with these cowboys. No taxi waiting on arrival despite numerous phone calls and emails (they took £125+ quickly enough though) They blamed their sister company, Holiday Taxi’s, for the mess. Eventually we got a taxi. The driver couldn’t find the address (I could, on my mobile phone sat nav !) I rang the company and said Please, Please don’t mess up our early morning return pick up. I care for my severely mentally handicapped daughter and I have to catch that return flight without fail. No worries they said, just be outside 15 mins early (7am) We were so worried about these cowboys that we went outside at 6.20am and waited. Guess what? No taxi by 7.30am. 2 of their local phone numbers didn’t work so I had to phone their UK office. The guy says he will check and we were on hold for several mins. He finally gets back and says, Oh, the taxi turned up but no one was waiting !!! Absolute Garbage. No taxi was sent more like or he couldn’t find it either…… no one rang me. Nothing. I told the guy this and said, Send a taxi now ! He said, No can do. Call another company, Bye. Jesus Christ. I rang 4 different companies before we got someone to come and pick us up and that cost me a further 50 euros. I’ve not heard from the company since. We were lied to and abandoned, 20 miles from the airport. I will never use Best Transfers 4U ever again. Please, don’t book with these cowboys if you value your holiday and your sanity. We could have easily missed our flight. Utterly Disgusting.

Great service going to accommodation driver went above and beyond!! Unfortunately our driver taking us to the airport from our accommodation didn’t arrive!! When I called at the time we should of been collected 17.55 at the arranged location I was put on hold then cut off, when I tried to call again the office was closed 18.00!!! We waited over half an hour in scorching heat as we had already prepaid for our transfer! Unfortunately we ended up paying another tact €65 to take us to the airport. When I tried to complain the lady at the Best 4U office she said the driver was there?? He certainly wasn’t where we were and where we had arranged!!! Very disappointing.

Best 4 no one. Got a taxi after being told we would have to wait for the coach to be full before leaving. asked how long this would be and received a shrug of the shoulders. Bus driver told us better to get a taxi. Return trip . Zero correspondence for return. Again booked taxi. Then mini bus turns up out of the blue, wondering why we weren't happy. Totally inept badly run company. will never use again. Waste of mone .

Fantastic service upon arrival to Faro. Driver was very informative. Pickup going back to the airport was over 20 minutes late. I called the helpline number and the lady who answered was very rude and told me he would be another 10 minutes.

Worst transfer company I have ever used, kept me waiting over an hour for another plane to arrive with other groups going to my location and this happened 2 years in a row. I could have made it to my accommodation at a reasonable time if it weren’t for the company keeping me held back. I watched other families and groups go before me to locations close to mine. And the staff are highly rude, didn’t even off compensation of a cup of coffee as I was afraid to move. If I had known my travel agent had booked the same transfer company this year I would not have used them. Cheaper and quicker to get an Uber!!!

Os motoristas não tem formação muitos deles não sabe falar inglês uma vergonha alguns deles tem k ter cuidado o que dizem em português porque hoje muita gente percebe português nunca mais próxima vez vou com transfer privado nê sempre o mais barato presta muitos deles trabalha mais de 14 horas por dia recebe 600 euros de ordenado uma falta de respeito com os motoristas

My wife and I tried to book a taxi at the Best 4U kiosk at Faro Airport to go to Eden Resort. The lady behind the counter told us to take a seat and wait for 10 minutes but when we returned she was very rude and told us to leave for absolutely no reason at all. She became very abusive and started shouting that we had been shopping around elsewhere for a cheaper price, we had absolutely no idea what she was talking about, unbelievable!

Notre avion ayant eu du retard, ils nous ont carrément annulé le transfert en nous disant de nous débrouiller pour rejoindre l'hôtel, en pleine nuit, alors qu'on les avait prévenu. Ils nous avait promis que celà ne poserait pas de problème mais ce ne fût pas le cas! Le pire, c'est qu'ils nous ont aussi fait le coup pour le retour à l'aéroport. Ils n'ont pas daigné se déplacer alors qu'on avait bien un mail de confirmation de leur part. L'accueil téléphonique était méprisant. Purement et simplement honteux! Plus JAMAIS Best transferts!

From Faro airport the service and the driver was decent. However when coming back to Faro airport on 16th December the driver was bad, using his phone whilst driving on the motorway.

Superb lady at the desk in arrivals. Speaks very good English. Very organised and all the drivers are friendly and efficient. The only thing negative, is that my pickup time was 7.45am. For a 2.20pm flight. So I was at the airport by 9.30am. Hanging around 5 hours. Although the portugese traffic was busy on the way to faro airport. Also the driver didn't stop and ask the passenger's if they needed the bathroom. I also found that the car that took me we had blackout windows which felt very suffocating. And no seat belts in the back.

Was in Albufeira and booked via Holiday Taxis app, which was ideal if unable to print transfer details. NOTE: the transfer could only be booked during BestTransfer4U opening hours & details are only available within 24hours of the actual depature time, so wait until then to confirm, otherwise u will not be able to view it! A jolly and helpful Portuguese driver with very good English from BestTransfer4U came on time with a minibus to pick me & my partner up from our Brisasol Hotel on Saturday morning to Faro Airport for £12 each. He also picked up a few more passengers from their hotels along the way and helped everyone with loading luggage. Arrived at Faro Airport on time. I haven't tried booking directly with them at their stand in Faro Airport. But they were very good.

Was picked up by a coach where the driver was on phone all way to airport at times steering with his elbows it was ridiculous

Shocking experience, private transfer booked via Expedia from Faro airport, best4u messed up so missed start of friends wedding. Also known as EV tours. At no point did they say sorry. Seriously avoid!!

Excellent service from this company both at start of holiday and the return to airport at end of our trip. A special thank you to Bruno for being so friendly and helpful on our first day taking us to our accommodation in Sao Rafael.

Brilliant transfer, on time safe and reliable a special mention for Jorge who got us to the airport with ease and with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely use them again.

We booked a shared transfer with our regular agent and the shared service was provided by Best Transfers 4 U, we live in a private condominium and clearly stated the drop off point for ease of access, Best Transfers​ 4 U dropped off at the wrong place late at night and told two young girls " just walk up the hill", our agent apologized for this and provided the return Transfer, reassured by our agent we booked a second Transfer clearly stating the drop off point, from the Airport no problems, the driver confirmed our location for the return Transfer, The return Transfer did not show up at the time stated and after many phone calls giving directions they arrived 45 minutes late, the driver was rude and unapologetic and two girls were squeezed in, there any many companies providing shared Transfer my advice would be to avoid this one.
