J'ai personnellement dormi en dortoir 4 personnes, la literie était confortable, la chambre et les sanitaires propre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Faro. La dame qui m'a reçu parlait parfaitement le français et l'anglais.

Ambiente amigável, cordenados por brasileiro que são pura simpatia, recomendo sucesso.

Camera dislocata in un apparamento, abbastanza nuovo, ma raggiungibile solo con auto (circa 300 metri) arredata da solo letto e comodino. Sprovvista di sedie e senza un tavolino dove poggiare una valigia. Una luce non funzionante e un bagno sguarnito di qualsiasi primario confort (asciugamano ospiti, bustine shampoo o sapone e nessun bicchiere). La prima colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, è risultata pessima, sporca e inesistente.

Cerca del centro, habitaciones sin decoración, tirando a descuidadas. Cama dura e incomoda, trato impersonal. Pasillos y espacios comunes estrechos. Caro para lo que es.

Dla niewymagających. Pokoje i łazienka w pokoju czyste, ciepła woda, ale w pokoju nr 5 śmierdziało kanalizacją. Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa, bardzo blisko lotniska. Śniadania tylko na słodko, najtańsze dżemy, zero sera, wędliny czy warzyw. Owoców też brak.

The hostel has a nice rooftop patio! Staff very friendly and accommodating. However, the doors of each room had no lock, which was a bit odd.The rooms were very small with the bunk beds really close together. Kitchen could have been cleaner. Overall, an OK stay.

Recepção por parte do staff muito fria e distante. O quarto com cama dupla, qualidade acima da média. Pequeno almoço de fraca qualidade e variedade, pão, manteiga, doce, leite e sumo. Estivemos que estar pedir chávenas e talheres, pois não existiam ao dispor, o empregado para estar a fazer um favor a estar ali a fazer o seu serviço. Parecia que estava ainda a curtir uma trip ou a curar uma bebedeira, enquanto mal humorado tomava o pequeno almoço.

Do not stay here if you can help it. There’s a reason why it’s one of the last places with open rooms during tourist season. No AC, dinky fans that don’t do anything. Right next to a thoroughfare, so it’s extremely loud from the cars/buses/motorcycles/trains passing by all the time. (Which means you can’t even keep the windows open to try to cool down). Rickety beds, no curtains, no reading lights, extremely tiny lockers. Staff doesn’t take out the trash in the room trash cans, so it smells. The rooms don’t even have locks on them. Staff will let randos and their friends into the hostel unsupervised. It doesn’t feel safe or secure at all. Just 3 showers and 3 toilets for the ENTIRE place, all of which are gross. Horrible breakfast - no options, runs out of food in the first 30 minutes, staff doesn’t care. tiny kitchen, gross mini fridges. Rooftop “bar” is just some tables on a roof. Rude staff, no hospitality and no help at all. It’s close to the train station and bus depot, but the city is so tiny that it’s not even a positive. AND ITS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU’RE GETTING! Seriously, it’s cheaper to get another hostel, decent hotel, guest house, airBNB, or B&B if you can (book early!)

Zur Not kann mans auf Durchreise nehmen aber: Im Sommer extrem heiss in den Schlafräumen, kein Schatten auf der recht lieblosen Dachterasse (wäre das echt so schwer?). Personal auch nicht übermäßig zuvorkommend und häufig abwesend, nicht mal abgetrennte Klos. Ok es ist nur ein Hostel. Für 8 Euro könnte man das schon ertragen. Rabattiert 33 Euro pro Person im Achtbettzimmer sind dann aber letztlich zu viel des Guten. Für die nächsten Nächte hätte es dann noch mehr werden sollen, nein danke. Da dann doch lieber gleich ein 5 Sterne Hotel oder eine Parkbank, beides bietet mehr Vorteile.

Adorei o hostel! O quarto quádruplo é ótimo, com lockers e ventilador. Há toalhas no hostel de graça, três banheiros limpinhos, uma cozinha bem equipada e um café da manhã maravillhoso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos também!!! Com certeza voltarei lá!!!

Cheap and clean place (with the exception of the disgusting bell) located at 50 meters of the train station. The omnipresence of the staff in common areas (kitchen) is often troublesome and noisy.

Le réceptionniste est super sympa mais la qualité de l'auberge est à revoir.. chambre sans chauffage, toute petite fenêtre, matelas très très fin...

Понравилось,осталась ещё на одну ночь.Если б не был снят отель в другом месте,осталась ещё бы на три ночи.В восьми местном номере нас было только две женщины .Пошли мне на встречу работники хостела при заезде и выезде .Прибыла в хостел почти в 12 ночи,приняли без всяких доплат. Правда я им заранее написала. При выезде оставила свои вещи и сама ушла на экскурсию,тоже без доплат .Приветливый обслуживающий персонал .Есть кухня.Остановка автобуса с аэропорта на углу возле отеля.В ванных комнатах чисто.Рекомендую.

Foi uma experiencia boa para 7 horas de sono. Depois de um més, consegui dormir sem acordar com o pavor de ter alguem me tocando, Tive tb a sorte em estar em um quarto onde ninguem roncava feito trator desgovernado e nao acendiam a luz e tb nao havia gente sem nocao fazendo festa e acendendo a luz, Tive a sorte de nao ter que pagar caução para entrar, Tive a sorte de nao me negarem a nota fiscal do servico de alojamento que comprei, Tive a sorte do local ter mais de duas casas de banho para o tanto de gente hospedada, Tive a sorte da casas estarem limpas, Tive a sorte do local estar limpo. Agradeco pelas 7 horas de sono que nao tinha fazia um més :) Mt obrigada.

The location of the hotel is good but the traffic is very loud. The room smelled totally gulli. Unfortunately, the internet did not work. The prices are also way to high for what you actually got. It’s exactly like the other negative ratings described it.

Niet een aanrader voor een langer dan 1 nacht verblijf in het midden van Faro Stad alles een beetje minder dan elders in Faro van personeel tot slaapmogelijkheid dunne doorgelegen logeer matras na twee nachten rugpijn . Habitación sin cortinas,entraba la claridad desde muy temprano.Como en la esquina ,la gente aparcan mal,los autobuses no pueden pasar y desde bien temprano empiezan a tocar el claxon,te despiertan los bocinazos.Las almohadas y el colchón malísimos.Sin aire acondicionado.

Un endroit très chaleureux et convivial, un staff au top et très amusant. Un rooftop qui a le mérite d'être là et une situation géographique très intéressante ! Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoile, mais son ambiance entre l'hôtel et l'auberge est très plaisante. Les chambres sont simples mais largement suffisantes !

Beware of booking with this Hostel. I am not able to give any review on the Hostel 33 except knowing that it is very near the train station cause upon check in they will tell you they are overbook despite having a confirmed reservation and persuade you to stay at their friend guesthouse Sao Filipe which is 2 blocks further away with very steep step and very narrow corridor and small room. Left with no choice as is my first trip to Faro with so many luggage so I have to accept it. The rate for a room in the guesthouse is half of the rate of a room with a private bathroom at Hostel 33. Please be aware and not be cheated. They could always informed me earlier through email but they waited till I arrived so I am very disappointed with such dishonesty.

Perfect location, a minute away from the train station and 2 minutes away from the bus station (by foot). There is a very frequent bus to the beach, and it's also close to bars, restaurants, and a few minutes from the old town. We stayed in a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a lovely tiny terrace. Very recommended.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bunk bed super comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Great rooftop terrace! The breakfast was basic, but it was included with a very affordable stay.

The faciities are 5* - bright rooms, clean bathrooms, kitchen and great roof terrace. The location is even 6*! -30sec from train station, 2min from bus station and 7min from.old town. The lower score is due to loud location - town busy street outside the window, surprisigly loud staff (doesnt help when you arrived late, tired and all you want is bed&sleep) and breakfast - its basic ok, but absolutely no local twist.

Really lovely place, right near faro's bus and train stations. We got a double room rather than a bunk, it was clean, comfortable and cool. There was a wee balcony area and a chair and table to enjoy the summer air. Breakfast was basic but good and the communal area was adequate. Would definitely stay again

The hostel was clean and the staff were all lovely. You can join other hostel guests for an evening meal for only €7. The lockers are a decent size and no need for your own lock. The dorm we were in on the ground floor was next to a reasonably busy road and the fan was particularly noisy so between needing the window open for the heat and the fan noise it wasn't the best couple of nights sleep I have ever had.

Nous somme resté deux nuits dans cette auberge à Faro et j'ai été satisfait. Par contre, l'absence d'air climatisé, lorsque les chaleurs extérieures atteignent les 37°C , est un point à améliorer

The hostel was simple with not to many accommodations. Showers were quite small, but the employees were welcoming and nice.

Good location opposite train station. Part-time traveler staff was very friendly to oriented and explain when checked in. But the perm staff looks very hostile and painful to smile. Room was ok, comforter have to be used under bed sheets as it dun seems to have a washable protective layer. Was quiet during day, but surprising got crowded in the kitchen (also dining area) in the morning. 2 bathrooms attached with toilet have barstool for clothes. Overall, all basic needs met though not the best place to mingle with fellow travelers.

The room, bed and especially Toilet was good. one problem : the room's door was open all the time and anybody could come and go. It's better that the doors would just open with some cards and only the room renters have the cards.

Stayed 3 nights. The volunteer work away people were young, cheerful and helpful. The hostel was clean. Had 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor. Roof area is nice. They could improve with window or ceiling fans for the unbearable hot nights. I will visit again in my future travels.

Pillow is super uncomfortable. Super noisy because the front door shut loudly. No AC. A lot of mosquito. I can hardly sleep! If you want to leave the luggage after 1 p.m., you have to pay. Pro: Das Hostel ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und z.B. das Bad vergleichsweise hochwertig. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und hat angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Betten waren (im Vergleich zu anderen Hostels in Portugal) wirklich bequem und auch sauber. Contra: Die Bezahlung musste vollständig im Voraus erfolgen. Das Frühstück, das mitgebucht werden musste, war sehr schlecht (billiger Supermarkttoast mit Marmelade, in die jeder sein Messer tunkt; schlechter Kaffee aus einer alten Kaffeemaschine). Das Personal schien teilweise unorganisiert, unprofessionell und schlecht abgesprochen. Wir haben z.B. unterschiedliche Informationen zur Gepäckaufbewahrung bekommen und mussten unseren Tag dadurch umplanen. Eine Frau am Empfang telefonierte mit Freunden, während sie mit uns sprach. Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Der Preis war merkwürdig hoch.

Awesome Hostel! Everybody made me feel right at home! I had a delicous dinner here at night and the pubcrawl after was alot of fun! The rooms and facilities were all very clean. I'm sure to come back! Special thanks to Ricardo and Glen for a great time out!
