Not more than basic. The rooms smell bad and you feel filthy after one night of sleeping there. Even though it is dry and cool outside, the rooms feel sticky and humid. The most annoying thing was that I extra asked if it will be calm during the night and they said yes it is calm here - loud music and party on the street until 5am. It is ok when you want to save money and just need a place to sleep and a nice rooftop in the middle of party area

Muita limpeza,um terraço amplo,serviço de bar e staff atencioso. Recomendo.

Awesome location. It is in heart of Faro. 2 minutes from Proximo Bus station and 5 mins walking from train stations. Nice terrace and staff is really nice especially the Brazilian girl.

Ria Terrace is a small and cosy place to stay if you are visiting Faro. Reasonably priced, very clean, smooth check in, availability of terrace and kitchen make it a perfect place for families and solo travelers. They serve breakfast at the price of €5. There is bar nearby which is open till late. It is just a 4-5 mins. of walk to railway station and 2 mins. walk to the bus station.

Ubicación perfecta, zona de mucho ambiente y a dos pasos del centro. No sé si en temporada alta será igual porque hay muchos bares y pubs alrededor, por lo que igual es ruidoso, pero cuando he ido yo, sin problema. De aspecto antiguo pero todo muy limpio y confortable. Muy buena experiencia.

Adorei, perto de tudo (centro) tudo muito limpo, quartos, zonas comuns e wc com água quente sem problema nos banhos. Fomos muito bem recebidos e colocaram-nos a vontade para fazer tudo, até uma cozinha para caso a pessoa queira fazer a sua própria comida e microondas para aquecer.

Best place to stay in Faro! I would like to say that host is amazing, my girlfriend has left her phone and this gentleman gave it back! If you are looking for the nice place to stay in Faro with great location do not hesitate and book Ria Terrace!

Really cool place. It has lounge zone with kitchen on the roof, apartments are clean and wide. And it's not expensive

The Hostel ist quite bis, especially the roof top terrace. Unfortunately our room didn't have a windows to the outside, so it was really hot in there.

Trato agradable y habitaciones justas pero bien. Por el precio muy bien. Hay una cocina bien equipada. Lo que no nos gustó es que abrieron nuestra habitación para limpiarla mientras estábamos fuera y pusieron todas nuestras cosas personales en un sofá. Encontramos la habitación con las puertas abiertas y sin nadie vigilando. Con mi iPad y demás temas personales expuestos. Muy mal en ese aspecto

We spent 7 nights in room of Ria Terrace guest house. The bathroom was awful,bath was really dirty and old. There was cold during night. And the worst was that all room was smelling like mustiness, blanket, pillow also. Our pajamas had smell the same. Unfortunately I didn't find nothing good in the room. I wanted send picture of bathroom, but somehow it isn't possible here, I think.

Accueil sympa, mais hôtel bas de gamme et très bruyant, je me suis fait dévorer par des insectes. Il faut aussi beaucoup de courage pour prendre sa douche

A party was organised until 7 am and we woke up at this time to take our flight so we didn't sleep during all the night ! We paid a room in order to sleep, not for a party !

Also wer wirklich nur aufs Geld schaut ist hier richtig. 35€ pro Nacht und das wars..ok WLAN gibts dazu aber das wars. Der nett gemeinte Ventilator bringt bei der Hitze naja sagen wir mal wenig. Das schlimmste allerdings ist der muffige Geruch im Zimmer, welcher sicherlich nicht gesund ist. Dazu kommt ein kratzen und beißen nach der ersten Nacht, wobei ich keine Mücken im Zimmer fand. Daraus kann sich jeder selbst ausmalen von was das kommt. Ich hab nach einer Nacht das Hotel gewechselt obwohl die Leute recht freundlich rüberkamen und es nicht wirklich dreckig war. Dennoch hatte ich kein sauberes Gefühl in meinem Zimmer.

Nice guest house. It was a bit warm and therefore (because you could not close all the windows) a bit loud at night. But the breakfast is worth it and the staff was really nice :)

Affittacamere modesto, tranquillo e abbastanza pulito...peccato per l'acqua fredda e per il fatto che la cucina sia ad uso esclusivo del proprietario, può preparare la colazione per 5€ Nel complesso struttura un po' vecchia ma per il prezzo non male.

Lockeres Hostel, coole dachtetrasse, super nette Leute...aber viel zu teuer und sehr abgewohnt inkl dreckiger Bettwäsche ...schlafen unmöglich wegen Lärm und Party auf der Straße (an einem Mittwoch )...absolute Katastrophe...für den Preis eine Frechheit.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Incredible terrace with views over Faro central. With just 6 rooms, very peaceful, despite being right in the centre of Faro. Rooms could be a bit hot in summer, I imagine (no aircon)... noting people lived all over the world without aircon until not that long ago! ... People need to give reviews based on the price of the place they stay in. You cannot expect a 5 star 50 sq.m. penthouse room for the price of a room in a small old building with real character n Faro!

location could not be better and roof top terrace is a brilliant place to relax day or night. rooftop kitchen allows you to store and prepare own food and honesty bar provides beer and soft drinks if your not ready to venture out. i loved the building with loads of character but facilities may be basic compared to others but did have great bed, remote fan and great water pressure from shower

Very friendly people, great location but rooms are super hot without AC and the fan did not help at all. Also beds are rather uncomfortable - not a pleasant night

Sembra più un hostello di passaggio che un b&b, su accede solo salendo molte scale, calere arredare male, pulizia insufficiente, letto scomodo, niente tv né wifi, parcheggio impossibile nelle vicinanze

Franchement l’hôtel est horrible. Pour notre première nuit, on nous a donné une chambre qui sentait le produit des cafards, on a demandé de changer de chambre mais ce n’était pas possible. J’avais trouvé plusieurs cafards dans la salle de bain. Bref une auberge vraiment à ne pas recommander.

Easiness of finding hotel location: 5/10 It was located in a nook and cranny location, that asking directions from the locals were our best bet albeit the guidance of our GPS. Fortunately, there was a small white plaque situated on the left side of the main red door stating "RIA TERRACE", & the numbers of contact. Easiness of contacting host: 1/5 We stood out in the cold trying to ring the bell and call him. Just remember - calling code for Portugal lines are +351 before you key in the numbers on that white plaque. Parking: 4 - 5/5 FREE Parking spaces along the street are aplenty on the right side of RIA TERRACE. If there are not enough spaces, you may park near a church called Igreja de Sao Paolo, about 100 metres away, which requires a payment only from 9am to 8pm. Dining: 3/5 For dinner/supper, most shops only open at 7.30pm. Not before. Nonetheless, I would recommend supporting this cozy family-run cafe called FLAVIO, also situated about 100 - 200 m from RIA TERRACE, at R. Infante Dom Henrique 61A, Faro, Portugal. Savour authentic Portugese fare like Cod fish and Shark Meat for no more than 6.30 euros per dish (and its quite a big portion!), while fresh fruit juices go for 1.90 euro per glass. We were blessed that when the chef overcooked the portion and could not fill it on our plate, he dished it onto a smaller plate and served the remaining to us. Its also a blissful sight to see their young children helping out with laying the cutleries and table paper napkin. Very initiative and FLAVIO gives a very homely feel. Conclusion: FLAVIO saves the day!

Para um desenrasque serve, falta de qualidade

It is perfectly located for arriving with the airport bus or by a train. You can walk easily to the hostel and find food on the same street. Easy to book tickets for further destinations and take the bus or the train. Lovely lounge room and roof top with a reasonably well equipped kitchen. Our room was horrible. No windows and not much fresh air and bunk bed in stead of a double bed. There were doubles in the other rooms. We were not lucky enough to get a proper double bed. I did not get a chance to meet the owner but the Brazilian girl form the staff was welcoming. Just a little suggestion: on the roof I would use those beautiful tiles I staid of the fake grass. Arriving on the Satuorday night did not seem to be a good idea. There was a party on the roof until the morning. I would stay there again but probably not on the weekend.

arabischer Macho leider mussten mehrere Gäste vor der Tür warten bis der Besitzer vom Essen zurück kehrte. Niemand war im Haus anzutreffen oder machte die Tür auf. Darauf angesprochen wurde der Chef, offensichtlich arabischer Herkunft, aggressiv und hat uns sogar mit Rausschmiss gedroht! Null Verständnis und Einsicht. Sowas geht GAR NICHT! Wertvolle Zeit vertrödelt..Preis Leistung demnach auch nicht angemessen. PLUS zentrale Lage und die Nähe zum Busbahnhof
