Lunch special was delicious and hearty for €5.90 the garlic naan could be eaten alone it was so good. Great flavours and food was not spicy. The Indian Chai was not as flavourful as we hoped, but overall a great flavourful experience.

Na verdade a Casa tem cardápio indiano com outras receitas de Regiões vizinhas a da Índia o Chef /cozinheiro me parece que é de Bangladesh ! Fui duas vezes na Casa e foi um grande escolha que fiz nas duas vezes uma no almoço e outra no jantar.O cardápio no almoço tem alguns pratos só no almoço e que são muito bons com média de 20 euros e no Jantar já temos o cardápio principal com um preço acima disso até 38 euros.O serviço foi bom com garçon educado e da sugestões boas do cardápio.As receitas são muito boas , tenho um certo gosto pelos temperos indianos e Orientais e seus perfumes e texturas.Sao bem finalizados e a apresentação é boa.Lugar de decoração simples e bom banheiro e limpeza correta as mesas e cadeiras são simples tbm há toalha nas mesas e talher são bons.Tem uma humilde carta de vinhos mas ha opções boas e corretas para oque se oferece no Menú.Fica em um lugar tranquilo e rua tem lugar para parar carro.O bairro aonde fica o Namastê é a cidade velha do Faro no Algarve.

Ainda só tive a oportunidade de experimentar o Naan do Namastey que é muito bom por sinal e a disponibilidade e a atenção do staff é de destacar.
Têm take-away, e está muito bem localizado.

I ordered mix veg and it was food for the trash. It was cooked from frozen veggis, overcooked, no taste ... horrible. I asked why they dont use fresh stuff. Answer: the fresh we need for salad. Hallo?
So never more. Thanks.
Next to Namastey is Papaya ... very good place with fresh food.

We had the lunch. I would not recommend it. Even though the lunch was cheap it was not good. Would not visit again. Have had many curries but this was the worst.

Great little restaurant in Faro. Close to marina. Food was quite good, portion sizes on the smaller side and also the dishes were pricey for a casual restaurant setting; but the service was friendly and if you're craving for a curry, do give this place a try.

Food was ok. Wasn't the best we have ever had, but wasn't the worst either. If your craving Indian this restaurant will do. Cheap lunch special for approximately 6 Euro. Menu is available in English. Restaurant accepts credit cards.

Good Indian food. Amazing host and uncleji was very welcoming. Good value for money and they were kind enough to keep our food packed for us when were flying back to Frankfurt. Going out of the way is the best way to get five stars!!

The restaurant waiter was very patient to explain to us. We want a curry that is not spicy, he introduced the curry chicken very delicious！
We have ordered two Indian breads, they are also very delicious！The only less than ideal is that the curry vegetables taste lighter.

Good location, gentle staff but the more important thing about a restaurant is food, and the food was unbelievable small for the price they charge. Paid 22€ for a starter + main dish and drink but the Naan (bread) was bigger than the lamb... Disappointing.

Très bon restaurant indien. Les plats sont excellents et pas très cher, je conseille fortement.
⚠ : Le riz doit être pris en complément de votre plat car n'est pas en accompagnement. Cela n'affecte pas vraiment l'addition.

what an amazing experience we had. The absolute loveliest staff and i have to say the BEST curry (not too much OIL) I have ever had ever in my life the food was amazing and we all had an amazing meal and night would defiantly recommend this to anyone customer service was mind blowing chef specially came out to ask us questions about how you would want your dish? I found that quite impressive. we stayed in Faro for 4 days and out of those days we ate here 3 times. The food was delicious and we over eat. staff was so welcoming. if you are visiting FARO i would definitely recommend this place. Loved every mouthful!!!

Não há comida que nos faça sentir tão vivos como a indiana. Uma culinária centrada no masoquismo de cada indivíduo que nos dá a oportunidade de castigar todo o nosso trato digestivo sem razão alguma, com o uso de diferentes especiarias, misturadas num caldeirão de bruxa, que resultam numa mistela tão picante que faz a nossa cara tão vermelha quanto as costas de um bife no verão.
No menu irão identificar, no final de cada prato, o quão picante este é. Numa escala de nada, pouco picante, suave e muito.
Mas tem de entender que esta escala não foi feita por portugueses, mas sim pelos gerentes indianos, cujas mães davam leite acompanhado de Tabasco.
Portanto, se for a pedir o muito picante, faça o com a certeza de que vai aproveitar a experiência total de ir a um bom indiano, tanto no restaurante como na sua casa de banho mais tarde, mas essa última parte, pode já não gostar.

I had the lunch special (Chicken). It was really good and filling. The bread is a o good and fresh. The staff was very friendly and even customised the food to our liking. The prices are unbeatable. Best meal I had in Faro till now. I'll come back the next day!

Ristorante abbastanza accogliente. Semplice con piatti tipici della tradizione indiana. I cibi sono molto speziati. Il sapore del curry è molto intenso e prevalente. Cucina nella media.

Little costly...if you compare food in Portugal..it's costly...it's the same rate as of Brussels Belgium...chef is good but you need to give him time...one tip...biryani is actually chicken curry mixed thoroughly with rice...veg samosa is awesome.

Went in looking for a budget friendly place to have lunch.
6€ menu includes soup, salad, rice, curry, a drink and a cafe (portions are fairly small but all together it is pretty filling).
Soup and naan breads were amazing. Curry was good but not spicy at all.
Would recommend, atmosphere is nice and nice service.

Friendly staff, good but not excellent food, good atmosphere. We were promptly seated and helped by a very friendly waiter. We sat in a covered are that was well decorated and quite warm on a chilly late afternoon. The food was good, but not excellent and the prices were reasonable.

Restaurante hindú junto al puerto de Faro. Mis 4 estrellas son porque el lugar es muy pequeño (casi cenamos junto a otra pareja) y algo caro (casi 40€ dos personas). Por lo demás la atención es buena y lo mejor sin duda es la calidad de la comida, perfecto todo. Recomendable!

Very ordinary......not impressed at all. We had veggie biryani and kept remarking that it looked like frozen supermarket veg too quickly prepared with the rice and not tasty. Run of the mill - but don't want to put anyone off as waiter seemed like a good lad.

Really good indian restaurant! The food was actually amazing... Both the quality and the quantity served was impressive. It is usually not very crowded in here. The staff speaks good English. The authentic indian drinks are also prepared fresh. This retsaurant offers takeout as well and we ate here more than once during our stay. Extremely close to the main coastal walking area near to the ship docking yard.

It’s a big turn off for me, when you are asked to pay extra for rice or naan. Our food can not be eaten with forks and knife, so it’s pretty lame. Dish is around 10-13€ so they can easily add plane rice with the dish. This 3 star only for above mentioned reason, my food is not arrived yet.

Chicken tandoori and prawn pacoria were good, the chicken Korma was nice however no rice comes with it. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the one mistake they made. The one problem I had with it however was that there was no outdoor space for eating but I can see why with the small space they have.
